Hotel muy recomendable.

Ubicación. El cuarto de baño especialmente la ducha. Desayuno bastante bueno. Parking público próximo y con descuento por hospedarse en el hotel.

Las plazas del parking son minúsculas.

Ein sehr günstig zur Altstadt gelegenes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück und nettem Zimmer.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da unmittelbar am Rande der Altstadt gelegen

Versprochen wurde, dass öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe vorhanden sind, die 11 € die Nacht kosten sollten. Tatsache war, dass wir das Auto in ein Parkhaus bringen mussten, das mindestens 500m vom Hotel entfernt lag und 15€ die Nacht kostete.

Well located for city trip

- middle of city center so everything close by - breakfast was fine (although only white toast bread I think)

- our aircon didn’t work as strong as expected (therefore quite warm still) but with window facing to main road opening these wasn’t an option - available parking was very tight (11€/night very okay though!)

Location , cleanliness and staff, open outlook was good as was effective aircon.

Lighting in the room was a bit harsh.. some bed side lights rather than ceiling lights only would help lots. Felt a bit stark and cold before bedtime.

Great for location, not really for much else.

Central location was excellent and close to central car park. Good shower. Clean.

Small bed, small characterless room. Bathroom very slippy when wet - and impossible to keep floor or surfaces dry thanks to counter-top basin - so wear spa shoes provided.

Friendly staff although not everyone could communicate well in English. Room was great and spacious, but could be refreshed. Location is great, close to downtime and main attractions. The view, however, was at walls and no balcony

Was hotel with special vibe, enjoyed it. If traveling with kids, they have option of 2 connected rooms, which is nice. Perfect location. Very nice pillows.

Came in autumn and had to search for blankets which was a bit used, but it was no big deal.

Great place to stay in the city center! Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff! We had one lux apartment and it had a huge terrace with a view! The underground city parking is near by, the hotel gives a discount when you pick up the car.

Comfortable stay on excellent central location.

Excellent location - near the Gascona area for cider and Confiteria Rialto and shops and park. Nice bathroom including rainfall shower and heated towel rack. Effective black out curtains.

Car parking is off-site, a few minutes walk away, with a small (20%) discount of around €12 instead of €14/day. Bed was not a double but two large single beds (twin) with a gap in between. I had an injury so had to sleep partly on the floor during the night - bed is relatively soft so watch out if you have back problems but it did not affect my partner.

Superb

This hotel is really in the heart of town and we had a super spacious penthouse room with an amazing view. The receptionist was good and made us feel welcome. The bed was comfortable and the linen and the towels were great. We also had a lovely sitting area and plenty of tea/coffee/water. Everything worked superbly well. The garage was just around the corner and very convenient.

There is no light switch in the loo so the light comes on as you enter. That's fine during the day but a nuisance at night. We asked if they could do something about it and the only remedy is to take the key card out of the main switch. It's not really a disaster but perhaps it can be solved.
