Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. The staff were particularly accommodating, friendly and helpful, especially Alessio at reception and the breakfast staff. I ended up staying unexpectedly, so I didn't get to check out the bar, but it looked lovely from a distance. I was expecting a big old worldly room but I was in a modern compact part of the building which was reflected in the very reasonable price. Bath products supplied were by Voya, one of my favourites. I suggest putting them in large containers for environmental reasons but then because they were in small ones I took them with me and got to use them for days. I hope to visit again.
i think I’d heard so much about the place I was expecting five star luxury. It was luxurious but I just hadn’t realised there’s a modern part. As I said, my stay was last minute and very reasonably priced. If there's a next time, I'm staying in the old part!!!!

The breakfast was great. Staff were very accommodating. Nice atmosphere.
Bed a little small but very comfy. Joh Dory fish dinner wasn't great but when we mentioned it, the waiter gave us two free drinks and dessert.

The location was excellent, the bar and restaurant staff were lovely
4pm check on a overnight stay is just wrong , it's actually dark outside before you can book in .. I know we were in a covid environment however if your going away for one night and you only get access to your room at four o clock you don't really get the benefit and the experience of the break.

The decor was delightful in ever room. The hotel was small but intimate and the staff were so welcoming and friendly.
The shower pressure was a bit in some of the rooms. That was the only fault.

Beautiful decor throughout- great taste who ever designed it. Loved it.
Food was awful. No taste to dinner. No taste to breakfast as was completely burnt. Fresh orange juice was delicious. Ordered 2 full Irish - was completely burnt- even down to the toast. Eat in Sash restaurant for breakfast which is beautiful to dine in. Are in The Long Lounge for dinner and drinks. P.S dessert was good
