Great location, pleasant and very helpful staff. Very good breakfast
Not much to dislike. If I have to nit pick: room didn’t have view of the mosel

Newly renovated restaurant and upgraded rooms. The young owners and their team pulled out all stops to make this an amazing stay. I highly recommend Hotel Ley, we will definitely be back.

Good sized room with easy access and individual controlled heating. Klotten is a typical Mosel will be village with several producers and photogenic streets. The hotel is in a perfect location for both the train station and reaching the Moselsteig pathway.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. It is located in a building with a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner from the restaurant. The selection for breakfast is excellent, with fresh cheese and spreads, fresh fruits, and juices. The room was comfortable, however, there was no balcony, like in other rooms. The location is perfect: near the train station and on the bank of the river. The team is very friendly, and, of course, a lovely dog is a great bonus.
Would definitely stay there again, if given a chance!
Nothing to complain about.

Great Location and very friendly staff! They accommodated our toddler a lot.
We got twin beds instead of double bed, which would have been better to sleep with a little kid

The food was great and the staff is friendly
The doors are simply to compare to an apartment bedroom doors, still to open with very old style keys that they make too much noise while other people trying to open their rooms late at night or very early in the morning. Plus room service knocks on each door from 8 am and being talkative to people while knowing noise isolation is very poor isn't a smart thing to do .... the hotel is very nearby the railway which makes it also impossible to have a good night sleep ....

Staff, food, terrace, shower, car park
No AC, no tea/coffee/water in the room, side bed light was way too low- couldn’t read my book

Staff was just the best! So welcoming & cheerful but laid back, relaxed & zero problems. I felt instantly comfortable & at home. Check-in & out were some of the easiest I've eve had.
Breakfast was very varied & delicious: scrambled &/ boiled eggs, cold cuts of sausage, cheeses, cream cheese (so good!), fruits, granola, cereal, nutella, jams, tea, coffee, milk, juice, pudding with chia seeds, different kinds of bread & bread spreads, etc.
Room was very spacious which added to comfort. There was a balcony overlooking the terrace & main street with cars, river & the mountain on the opposite side. I was afraid it would be a bit noisy & they even provided ear plugs (so thoughtful!) but I didn't need those as it was nice and quiet enough at night, I didn't have any issues. Beds were comfy, room very clean. There are stairs but also an elevator at the end of the hallway if you need.
Terrace: they serve some meals (didn't try although prices were reasonable) and drinks on the terrace, it looked very welcoming & nice to sit there in the evening & share memories of the day.
Take some steep steps & walk up this little town, explore the church and the mini cemetery, get up to see the castle ruins, this little town is very nice & undeservedly in the shade of Cochem.
Parking: first come first served across from the hotel, no reservation, free. I was lucky as the hotel wasn't full so there were places.
Overall such a wonderful experience! This is one of those rare place when you don't expect much & just stay there for the night but afterwards you end up getting warm in your heart remembering this place because it was just so cozy & quiet & nice. <3
that I had to leave so soon. Would love to hike around the area

First of all the staff were wonderful and looked after our every need .
The breakfast was exceptional especially the home made porridge fruit which I enjoyed each morning together with the Scrambled egg.
The rooms and bathroom were
Clean and comfortable with great views over the river Mosel.
The whole atmosphere of the
Hotel was most welcoming.
I will definitely return will look forward to seeing Roman his mother the team and not forgetting Vincent the lovely labrador.
There was honestly nothing I did not like and I have spent lots of holidays in various hotels.

The bed was really comfortable!
The wifi did not work in the room (in the restaurant it worked fine) and I had specifically chosen a hotel with wifi because I had to do some work.
