Excelentes habitaciones y baños, magnífico desayuno y buena ubicación cerca de puerta de Brandenburg

Excelentes habitaciones, amplias y modernas, una dando a la calle y otra, muy silenciosa, a un amplio patio. Cuartos de baño amplios y bien equipados. Desayuno de gran calidad y variedad, con un servicio excepcional en eficiencia y amabilidad. Muy buena ubicación, al lado del Tiergarten y muy cerca de la puerta de Brandenburg.

Ein tolles Hotel, das wir gerne wieder besuchen werden!

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, das wir gerne wieder buchen werden!

Für Geschäftsreisen und Tourismus eine prima Adresse

Weiterhin eines meines Lieblingshäuser in Berlin - die Zimmer sind in angenehm ruhigen, freundlichen Tönen gehalten und in einem prima Zustand; auch für die Arbeit ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Gartenstudios sind ruhig gelegen, hier lässt sich nach einem intensiven Tag entspannen. Das Frühstück ist ebenso großartig wie das Personal.

Es ist wohl möglich, Frühstück auf das Zimmer zu bekommen - das habe ich aber erst im Nachhinein gehört. Auch das Wellness-Angebot könnte genauer beschrieben sein. Die Kochplatten in den kleinen Küchenzeilen sind wenig hilfreich, eine Mikrowelle wäre nützlicher.

Nicht, was ich erwartet hatte. Das Grand Hyatt neben an lohnt sich um einiges mehr.

> An Tag der Abreise darf man als Booking.com Kunde den Spa Bereich nicht mehr benutzen. Ziemlich schwach, nachdem man eine Suite für hunderte von Euros pro Nacht gebucht hatte. Absolut mangelhafter Service in meinen Augen > Dies war nur das Sahnehäupchen. Das Personal war etwas unfreundlich und unzuverlässig. Nicht angemessen zu dem Status dem sich das Hotel gibt. > Das Ausstellen einer Rechnung wurde mir ebenfalls verwehrt bei Abreise. Ebenfalls, weil ich booking.com Kunde bin. Dies war zuvor nie ein Problem. > Die Saunen machen mit dem Spa-Personal zu, dementsprechen schwach sind die Öffnungszeiten. Man könnte vielleicht 1-2 Mitarbeiter anstellen, die sich rein um die Sauna kümmern. Oder man spart an allen Ecken und Enden und kassiert ordentlich ab bei den Kunden. > Die Frühstückssäle haben nicht genug kontingent für die Gäste. Wenn man am Wochenende aufsteht zum Frühstück erlebt man Wartezeiten von bis zu 30 Minuten. Reservierungen sind nicht möglich. Ich würde nichts sagen, wäre dies eine 3-4 Sterne Unterkunft und ich hätte ein Default Zimmer bewohnt. Aber diesen Service als 5-Sterne Hotel an Suite Kunden zu geben ist mehr als dürftig und ich werde in Zukunft wieder ins Hyatt, welches gleich neben an ist und bei weitem die schöneren Zimmer, Ambiente, Essen, Komfort und aufmerksameres Personal bietet. Buchung hier ist definitiv nicht empfohlen

het is heel centraal gelegen wij hebben bijna alles te voet gedaan ontbijt is TOP parkeren top on garage geregeld met electro oplaad punten

voor kant hotel is erg rumoerig ivm de straat wij slapen graag met raam open maar dat is geen goed idee

A wonderful accommodation in a great place

A wonderful accommodation on the Potsdamer Platz. Great, spacious and very-well-equipped suite. Comfy bed with a multiple choice of pillow and blanket options. Exceptionally nice and spacious bathroom with both huge tub and walk-in shower. Nice big balcony. Well-equipped and fully-stuffed kitchenette. Very clean and tidy. Quiet and with good blinds. Very nice and attentive staff. Very decent breakfast in a nice restaurant. Finally, a great lobby bar with tasty and interesting cocktails.

The restaurant where they serve breakfast is very nice, but rather small, thus you may get a line and will have to wait to be seated, which may be an unpleasant surprise if you have tight schedule.

Quite big rooms. Nice location, very close to one of the main stations. Very nice breakfast, fresh and good quality food. Helpful staff

The pillows were too soft. The bathroom design. The shower over the bath was positioned right over the large bath drainhole. I stubbed my toe on it. The soap dispenser was on the wrong side of the sink as was the hairdrier.

Very lovely hotel with great amenities, restaurant, and service

Very spacious room, clean and cozy, big walk in closet space so we could keep our luggage out of sight. The service was great and check in was quick. I found that the hotel felt classy and upscale without feeling uptight or exclusive. We had breakfast a few days, and the service was great there too. I was surprised there was no iron in the room until I discovered a laundry room on our floor with washer, dryer, and area to iron. Very useful while traveling multiple cities in Europe! We had tapas at QUI on our way out, very delicious! We opted not to get our room cleaned one day and took advantage of 2pm check out. Loved all these touches and more.

We unfortunately had an incident when someone from housekeeping came into our room at 8am without knocking or announcing himself despite the signs that the room was occupied and not to disturb. The staff looked into it and were apologetic. Not sure if it's cultural (we're from the US) or post COVID times but I was surprised we were not offered anything in compensation for what felt like an egregious error. Yes, housekeeping may knock and come in while you are in the room, but it was actually scary for 2 women to have someone unlock our door while we were asleep (it was then that we also realized then that the inside manual lock was not a deadbolt, but opens with the key card), and for them to open and shut the door unannounced. My paranoid mind assumed someone slipped in. Again, they were apologetic and checked to make sure it was housekeeping that entered.
