We have a great stay

It is comfortable and big enough for us. The staff are accommodating like brother Areef and brother Dherraj (cleaner).

إقامة كانت موفقة كالعادة وأتطلع للزيارة مرة أخرى.

موقع الإقامة جداً ممتاز، جميع الخدمات متوفرة في المنطقة ولا داعي لإستخدام سيارة. المطاعم و محطة المتروي والخدمات الأساسية كلها متوفرة. طاقم الإستقبال (السيد محمد) جداً متعاون، مسؤول العمال و نائبه من الجنسية الهندية على طول الإستعداد لتقديم أي مساعدة/خدمة مطلوبة.

Better pillow, they were super thin, we ended up with neck pain Cleaning and room service to show up in time Staff to be more friendly Fix the washing machine handel late breakfast, starting at 8 am 🤷🏻‍♀️

Apartment is clean and tidy. Furniture is good. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are friendly and respectful.

TV channels need update and to add more channels. Some furniture need repair. I do suggest to the administration to have regular inspection d maintenance for the facility and the building in general...

Tahir Ali was a great staff who really helped make our stay comfortable.

The location was just perfect for us - we had specific reasons to be in that area. The room was well maintained and really appreciate the personnel helping out with the cleaning and support (Especially: Tahir Ali who was quite helpful at all times). Breakfast was sufficent and always had a variety across days. The rooms were spacious and the environment was quite well maintained and clean.

There was ridiculously bad and interupting internet at all times (we stayed 9 days and almost every day we had issues). It is practically impossible to ''work from room'' and i had to in between online internet meetings rush off to connect on the hotspot to my mobile since the internet in the appartment kept getting disconnected. Despite multiple requests to the reception, they really did not help out. Not a complain, but while we were there, they also had a few days of cleaning the verandah: with liquids that had the smell of paint/kerosene which made it a bit difficult to move around the verandah to catch the lift. If such a maintenance activity was planned on the floor, they should not have given us a room on that floor. Do not expect to do an early check in. We literally had to roam around (After a very long flight) for almost 5 hours before we could check in.

The room smells so bad, flies were flying around everywhere , it wasnt clean, they gave us towels with yellow spots , As we have booked double bed in both brooms throught booking.com we found that the hotel provided us one twin and one double bed, we reported the front desk but they refused and the indian guy on duty rudly replyed to us with loud voice that he doest care and if we dont like it we should go and ask booking.com.
