Une seule nuit dans cet hôtel mais très content, pas grand chose à redire

La chambre était très bien, le personnel très sympathique et compétent. L'établissement très correct, on a vraiment passé un bon moment dans cet établissement.

Difficile de trouver quelque chose qu'on n'a pas aimé, c'est vraiment du chipotage. Certains plats lors du repas du soir étaient peut-être un peu simples et manquaient de cuisson mais le reste était très bien

Hotel Normalet, ni fu ni fa.

La tranquiliat del hotel, la proximitat a l'estació de tren i al centre.

El llit de matrimoni es molt petit. Surt més a compte demanar dos llits individuals per estar més còmode. La habitació es petita i el bany on hi ha el vater no es còmode d'estar assegut perque hi ha un pal que sobresurt de la paret (entenc que on hi ha el paper) no hi habia que fa que tinguis que estar de costat. Fa molta calor al hotel encara que no tinguis la calefacció posada, les cortines de l'habitació estaven trencades.

Great stay, dogfriendly and close to town and parks

Location excellent - close to town and close to river and park with really some nice walks for us and the dog. Also dog friendly welcome package with dogbed and toys.

No parking at hotel. However there was a public parking garage within a 5 minute walk. At the time of visit some remodelling activities going on. But all services still rendered.

Superb

The people at the front desk were very friendly and did manage to accomodate our parking with special requests in a very nice way. I like the atmosphere and the dinner at the restaurant. The breakfast was very good too.

Convenient and will probably use again

Hotel was clean and well situated for what we were using it for. Room was compact and plenty big enough for one person. Wi-Fi was good during the stay which is becoming more and more essential in working away.

Hotel was going through an element of repair which is nothing to do with the hotel but any work being done whilst people are staying there makes the hotel seem untidy. Had 2 single firm beds together which is not ideal but not the end of the world.

In a hotel of this standard you can not have a drink only when the restaurant and bar is open and that is at 20.30 I like to have a drink round 18.00 hours,the key card did not work and I had to go twice to reception to get it sorted out taps in bad room where loose on the wall and leaking everywhere. Staff were very polite but not helpful Have stayed in this hotel many times but standard is go down

You know you are in a good place when you are welcomed by a big smile at reception

The big smile and welcoming attitude of girl at reception. She spoke very good English and was very helpful. The room was big and comfortable. Really good selection on offer for breakfast, everything looked and tasted delicious.

A comfortable stay in an efficiently run establishment.

Smallish but clean and well equipped room.The tea and coffee making equipment in room was welcome.Quiet but central location close to railway station and town centre.Very good breakfast provided.Efficient staff.Hotel appeared well managed.

Room felt a little cramped at times but no real problems.

Room was a double but very small and previous visitor may have smoked as room and bedding smelt like an ashtray.

Decent size room, great location for what we needed it for

When we arrive the room was not ready even though the lady in the reception gave us the keys to access the room. The ladies where still in cleaning it. The towels where brand new leaving white cotton on you after every shower becoming really annoying at times

I would choose this hotel again

Definately good ratio price/quality. As we travelled trains everyday during our stay, the location (very close to the train station), was very good for us. Although some may consider the neighbourhood as very multi-cultural. Breakfast offered wide range of hot and cold dishes in buffett form, definately above Spanish average. Very nice and really helpful reception staff is a great asset of this hotel.

A little bit to hard mattresses although it is very individual feeling. Pillows with rubber cover may be practical from hotel point of view, but it is not comfortable for guests.

Highly recommended

The service that team gave us, they were very polite and helpful all the time, recommended us where to go, what to visit and where to have dinner, as one of us is vegetarian. We loved the room where we slept, the huge bed was absolutely amazing and the breakfast was delicious!
