The food was of a high standard and the staff were'attentive to everyone
I think the hotel suited itself to the needs of the guests and the overall objective. In this case we are talking about a group weekend..

Excellent meals - wide choice and the chefs were very helpful.
A little bit noisy in the corridors.
8.0
very pretty and as long as you have a car it’s a great place to stay
it was in the middle of getting upgraded so the rooms were not consistent
there were large groups staying there and the kids could get pretty noisy

Not much.
It was raining and the hotel was leaking all over from windows to doors and roof. We had to ask them to open the bar area after 3:00.
Breakfast was fine. Dinner, the food was cold. A couple traveling with us got sick the next day.

The room and the jacuzzi.

No AC!!

The staff at the front desk were very good and helpful. They assisted with making unplanned visits to local wineries on a cold and rainy day.
Food was a big issue. Occupancy at the hotel was low on our first day. The food appeared to be leftovers from the previous day. Chicken was cold and being served at improper temperature, Other dishes were over cooked and dry/chewy. Just prior to dinner service I watched a cat walk across multiple service counters. Maybe the cat was supposed to work pest control. A couple of us did not feel well after dinner.
Overall the hotel showed years of wear and tear without repair. There were puddles and/buckets all over the hotel to catch leaking ceilings and doors.

The room was spacious, the shower was spacious as well. The buffet breakfast had a generous selection of food. It was about a 10min drive from the company I was visiting so very convenient. The staff were also friendly.
The shower in my room had a bad leak, if I didn’t put a bath mat and a towel down whilst showering, almost the entire floor would be covered with water. The property seemed to be located in a residential area which is great but there were no shops or restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast, views, kids club
The heat was on too high in the dining room so we couldn't enjoy our food. The hotel needs a good clean.

we had aunts in the bed and floor and bathroom counter sink. no help, uncomfortable beds the rug by the bed was filthy full of dust and dirt. aunts all over the room, refrigerator made very load noise, windows didn’t open and close properly. very disappointing we went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and instead couldn’t sleep and did not enjoy the hotel, couldn’t wait to go home.

Great room and breakfast
One lift broken
Parking was a jungle. Police cars parking wherever the like. Even blocking an invalid space.

Location is beautiful, rooms are comfortable, people are nice!! Great breakfast.
Room windows were very streaked and covered with dust, remained the same throughout our stay.
Stairs require vacuuming, The stairs and landings remained dirty, unattended throughout our stay.
Corridors require more attention.

The area and the view are great
Rooms are very basic. Uncomfortable bad. The hotel doesn't have its own swimming pool and it allows its guest to use a public crowded pool nearby

Quiet, good views.
Isolated and far from stores and restaurants. No meal service for lunch on Sunday and no meal service for Saturday dinner.

They have a lot of things for the kids to keep busy with.
You had to walk a little bit to the pool. You also have to wear prpoer swimming clothes and a swimmers hat.

Breakfast ! pancakes like lead filled with glue. Ravioli filling inedible. only good thing was bread they brought in a half hour after we arrived which came from bakery not kitchen.

Great location close to Jerusalem, Abu Gosh and surrounding areas. We were actually coming from Bet Shemesh and it was easy to find.
Easting outside of the dining room on the large balcony overlooking the hills was wonderful! All of the staff was also very nice. The beds were comfortable and the pillows some of the best I've ever slept on!
The site said baby cot upon request for an additional 40 shekels, which is ridiculous - it should be free considering the price of the rooms! Maybe we could've called and gotten one anyway, but we just brought our own travel one to avoid the hassle. I saw one of the ones they provide in the hallway of the floor we stayed on and it didn't look safe at all for a baby to sleep in. Glad we brought our own.
The lobby is very nice and room was nice too. For the price though the bathrooms could use some TLC and updating, as well as some of the grounds (there were some chairs outside that were falling apart). Nothing was bad, it's just not a budget accommodation and for the money paid there should be no broken chairs, broken cribs, or badly peeling paint. There are not many hotels in the area, so honestly they probably just get away with it at these prices.
