Hotel Parc a fost o locatie superba. De acum doi ani, au pierdut 2 stele, la calitatea serviciilor.

Micul dejun a fost ok, asa cum a fost de fiecare data cand am stat la Horel Parc. In perioada 10-12 septembrie am fost a treia oara, o data la 2 ani.

Lenjeria a fost murdara, netul oferit gratis nu se putea conecta, din doua prize functioneaza una, scoasa din perete, ni s-a oprit apa in ziua cand faceam check-out. Nu exista sapun lichid in dozatoare. Restaurantul a fost inchis in doua zile din doua dupa ora 16. Am fost intr-o seara sa cerem o bere si ceva dulce la receptie si ni s-a oferit o bere la pret de bar, asta e normal, dar si o ciocolata... inceputa! Îmi pare rău să constat schimbarea în rău a locației. După doi ani, am găsit un hotel murdar, deși personalul e politicos, mâncarea este bună. Păcat de curățenie. Am prins și o nunta de romi, urmată de ploaie, dar asta nu tine de hotel.

Camera cu vedere la mare.

Scaune de plastic pe terasă. Vasul wc greu de folosit deoarece este amplasat prea aproape de chiuvetă. Timpi mari de așteptare la lift. Camera foarte mica, în nici un caz nu are 18m2.

We had a fantastic stay. Hotel Parc exceeded our expectations in every way.

We liked everything! Breakfast and chais longue on the hotel private beach are included in the price of your stay. There are bicycles also available, included, if you want, and there are play areas for children. Breakfast is buffet style, with lots of choice for every taste. There is a bar and music on the private beach. The hotel swimming pool is great. It’s a good size and is very clean. The rooms were very comfortable, with air conditioning, and, again, very clean. 👍 ALL hotel staff were super helpful and very polite.

Nothing, everything was great. The ONLY thing we would say, is that the drinks in the Sky Bar are a little expensive, but we expected that, given that it’s a roof top terrace with the most amazing views of Mamaia.

Scump si nu foarte ok

Camera curata, parcare, aer conditionat functional, priveliste frumoasa, personal amabil.

Baia foarte mica, furtunul de la dus era spart, apa calda nu curgea decat la chiuveta, in lift miroase foarte urat, micul dejun saracacios ( nici intr-un caz de 4 stele), minibarul in camera era gol.

Park Hotel Mamaia

Nice room, splendid seaside view, everything was clean, useful and functional. A pleasant experience.

There was no place to hang the towels or the bathrobe. And, the restaurant was closed.

More like an averrage 3*hotel.

The location was on the beach, I had a side view with the beach, they had private beach and parking for the guests.

All the things in the room (carpet, bed, furniture, towels) was old. The liquid soap from the shower was finished, the breakfast poor and the people from serving unprepared.

Good location, access to the beach, Rooms were good.

The pool area was disgusting, the place (apart from the rooms) needs to be refurbished, the breakfast, was over cooked and burnt.

Nice room, close to the beach, poor breakfast

Apartment was lovely newly decorated.nice towels. Most members of staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel not far from The beach. It was quiet. Sky bar was great with lovely view and friendly members of staff.

Breakfast was really poor and there was no option to order any other paid breakfast. There was no rooms service. I was told they can cook for me But I would have to go collect the food. 🤷‍♀️ A different evening I have seen food taken to a room and plates were uncovered, the waiters travelled In the elevator with other guests and food uncovered to be delivered as room service. I found that that was dangerous from the food health and safety point of view. Only 2 small elevators for such a big hotel. At busy times there was a really long waiting time. There was no mirror in the room except for the bathroom mirror. I liked that the hotel was in a quiet area, but a little far for people who like the excitement of restaurants and bars etc. Not many restaurants in the close proximity to the hotel.
