50th Wedding Anniversary Celebrations for my parents' anniversary weekend.
Luxury Hotel and newly renovated spa area, the spa staff couldn't do enough for you.

We arrived slightly early having travelled some 500km to get to the hotel, we were checked in early and the staff were fantastic. We decided to change to a room in the new building, very modern.
The restaurant serves amazing food, and if you want a taster a la darte menu this is possible, along with afternoon teas.
There is plenty of parking outside.
There was no elevator to take us upstairs to our room, but there may have been one.

Wonderful hotel. We were on our 3 visit and will go again! Restaurant food is highly recommended. All staff we met were very friendly and welcoming.

the extra kids bed should be changed to more comfortable. we had to put a blanket under the sheets to be able to sleep. The rest all perfect. Amazing building, very atmospheric and historical, the staff are friendly and professional, very clean. Unforgettable stay

Amazingly kind and helpful staff. Lauren on reception exceptional at meeting disability needs at very short notice. Jasmine also excellent, welcoming and puts you at ease. As was third receptionist. Luke excellent at adapting to dietary requirements at short notice, and the food was SO DELICIOUS. As I worked at a cookery school, I have been spoilt in the past, but this was really the sort of cooking where you love every mouthful. Turn down guy from Stratford lovely. Abi very helpful with moving everything between rooms. And also another lady whose name I didn’t catch. Night porter on Saturday really went extra mile. Receptionist on Sunday morning super helpful. Spa staff very kind, Sian found more disability suitable lounger at short notice, lady with blonde hair remembered my last visit and stopped to chat to me, lady with brown hair in cafe couldn’t have been kinder. Servers all friendly and accommodating. Staff at the top of their game without exception!
Just very expensive! It is a beautiful building and quite an experience. I’d love to come for a third stay.
However I also stay at a well known top country house hotel, and they also have beautiful historic rooms, great room service, cooking specially to dietary requirements and lots of beautiful gardens and places to explore, and I can get the room rate for much less, because they start out less expensive, they automatically upgrade for disability reasons, and they have a loyalty discount. So that’s the only thing that would give me pause before booking again.
I’d also personally prefer the service charge of 12.5% wasn’t put onto the bill for you, I do always tip but as it feels more generous and authentic when I get to do it myself with a card.
Side note: I also worry with room service that it might be hard on staff back’s carrying huge trays and wouldn’t mind just the plate or a light tray.
These are just notes that occurred to me, but I had the most wonderful time and was blown away by the service and adaptations at short notice - thank you Fawsley Hall staff!

The building and location was great. Some of the staff were exceptional although most seemed very depressed.
The building was great although our room was in the loft and was extremely poor value. My wife is semi-handicapped but we were offered no alternative room. Some staff were very poor. Room service was difficult. Very poor value. Had the room been half the price, it would have been about right.

Beautiful building gorgeous room and public areas
Very disappointing Sunday lunch - very small portion of roast beef and roast potatoes so overcooked they were inedible
Drinks took ages to arrive - half way though our main course
Room service arrived without drinks
No morning paper
