Great stay for a few days when having a budget holiday in Kitzbühel

staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, rooms were basic but given the price a great value for money overall!

Wonderful stay!

Staff are lovely, the entire facility is exceptionally clean, and the continental breakfast with eggs was great!

The only thing I didn't like, which seems to be an Austrian hotel thing, was the mattress and pillows, so I don't fault this hotel for it really. We stayed at three different hotels during our tour of Austria and they were all the same. The mattresses are thin and uncomfortable and the pillows are thin and you usually only get one. I would suggest, offering two pillows for single beds and four for doubles though.

We’ll be back!

Good location to ski areas. Owners are a lovely family. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Previous reviews mentioned trouble getting around without a car. We had minimal trouble navigating with the buses. Also 2 fabulous restaurants within a block made it not necessary to go into Kitzbuhel every night.

Good stay in Kitzbuhel area

Very good breakfast served in a cosy location with a view over the mountains. Clean room and nice staff. Location is ok, with the car is easy to go in the city center of Kitzbuhel.

The room was a bit too small.

I like that the hotel was close enough to a ski resort

We caught covid 3 days into the holiday. Very disappointed with the hotel staff who admitted they had covid last week. we was also over charged for breakfast. some of the roup missed breakfast due to being unable to get out of bed due to having covid. we tried to explain this on check out but was still charged

Superb

breakfast was great. room lovely. Staff lovely.

it would help the hotel greatly if the local council could put on earlier and later buses into Kitzbuhel itself. PArticularly for apres ski.

Great little place with wonderful, caring, attentive staff. Excellent breakfast! Great location for the slopes at Wagstatt.

Great family B&B

The staff are very attentive and someone is always on hand to help. The place is very clean and the rooms are a great size. Superb B&B.

The mattress was a little old and will need replacing

Very few restaurants within walking distance. Skibuses to lifts are irregular and infrequent.
