Great location, pool facilities and spa. The food and beverage teams are outstanding in all the restaurants. The rain suite was like having an in-room spa. The half board package is more than normally expected.
We experienced communication difficulties with some staff. An example would be that at checkin, it was never mentioned that suite key holders can access a private lounge on the 11th floor for lunch, high tea and drinks. We only heard about this on the last day of our stay, which makes you feel slightly done in.

beautiful, clean, sophisticated and quiet. The breakfast buffet was spectacular! the pools glorious
when we arrived it was unclear where to check in, and there was no staff to greet us and assist with the luggage

Best service I have ever got in Israeli hotel, absolutely wonderful team and especially manager Vladimir!
He made our vacation totally exceptional.
Thank you very much.
Also the outlook of the hotel seems to be much better than others in Eilat.
Rooms are very cozy, beds are great, bathrooms are spacious and view is wonderful.
Breakfast restaurant looks like French chateau.
Love it and recommend it!
Aircons are a little bit noisy, but it did not disturb us much

Everything was great.

We liked the attitude of the staff. Small problems were quickly and efficiently fixed with nothing being too much trouble
We didn't enjoy the rain but unfortunately that was out of the hotels hands. Next break we will come with better weather.

It's a pretty good location , the room was very nice and the showers are out of this world.
Staff was extremely unfriendly. There were road blocks because of an event and the staff didn't warn us or knew how to get around them and were hostile to our questions about it. Add a 5 hour drive and that can make anyone cranky... Had to wait 30 additional min outside the room door because of a mechanical issue.
Got an insincere apology and dinner, dinner was alright the fillet was overcooked but it was Friday and it's a kosher place so maybe understandable. Rooms have no heating so prepare to freeze your butt off in winter , overall I was very very disappointed it was supposed to be a top of the line experience but we had a poor one.

Our room, rain suit was something special .
It is old hotel and you can see that everywhere.
It is not a spa hotel for sure. You can get a massage but not something special.
You don't feeling special treatment or atmosphere. For example, you need to ask for water every evening, they are not give it to you automatic as in other hotels that I stayed.
And not a quick responsers via booking. You need to call them in advance.
