I appreciated the welcome and the professionalism of the reception staff, especially when I arrived, the staff is very welcoming with a smile and their availability.
I am sure and certain to come back with great pleasure, thank you for everything, see you very soon, test as you are.
yours faithfully

The lady on reception was very kind and helpful. We had a room with a balcony which was very nice. They freshened up our room every day. Nice bar and ground floor lounge area. Lovely quiet but powerful heater/air on unit in room. Lift available. Powerful easy to operate shower. Nice and clean throughout. Plenty drawers and cupboard space.
Could be a little noisy late on Saturday night (only distant though as we were on the 4th floor). I was too tired for it to bother me but if you are sensitive it might bother you a little. I guess the best thing to do, if that is the case, would be to go to the bar and join the fun 😆

Fantastic location for station/travelling into Barcelona 3 mins walk to station. Also 20 mins walk from Vilanova Grand Marina (fast walk). Value for money. Friendly efficient staff and very clean.
Nothing.

The staff, very friendly and helpfully, and the location, near by to the train and the bus station

Great location and value for money. Big room. Big terrace which wasn't expected at all. Comfortable bed. 2 mins walk from train station and right in the town centre too. Friendly efficient receptionists. I didn't realise they also had a big restaurant attached though didn't get time to try that as only there one night for work.
Nothing. For the money it's impossible to find fault! Air conditioning unit was old but worked well. I guess that's the only thing could do with replacement but worked perfectly.

Location was good in a town that has a nice pirt
Hotel was fine but room really needed a makeover, it looked like nothing had been done since the 70's

We had booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, but because of an issue with the room, we were called and offered 2 x rooms instead; 1 double and 1 twin. The hotel also threw in free parking. This is excellent service. I have stayed here a couple of times and the location is excellent being very close to centre of town and a short walk to beaches. It is a very short walk to the train station as well.
The rooms are starting to get a bit dated and could do with renovating. That said, the price we paid was good, so I would be happy to stay in an older room at a cheaper rate as the rooms are clean anyway.
