Did not feel safe, do not stay here.

It was obvious housekeeping was trying. The room was very clean but very run down. They couldn't do anything about the carpet which was sticky and seemed full of moisture.

The common areas were filthy. The side doors were propped open and the keypads readers were covered with duct tape since I guess they didn't work. There were signs everywhere that said, "If you let your dog poop inside you will be evicted." The fitness room and pool were closed for covid, but you could see the pool and it was black.

This hotel should not be open. It looks like it was abandoned for 20 years, and they just reopened. Broken EVERYTHING. Holes in walls, broken drawers/tv/desk/safe, no fire alarm. The ceiling walking into the hotel is broken and open with lights falling. There's is a tarp that says "Quality Suites" hanging outside next to broken pathway lamps. There are doors to get into the hotel that have missing (not broken, missing) safety features. Anyone can get in. Including the homeless man who hangs out in the bushes and comes in every morning for coffee. Dangerous and dirty. Take this option off of your website. I'm embarrassed to say I even entered this building.

Room was dirty from previous guest. We canceled and got a full refund per Diane the receptionist.

Nothing. Diane the front desk receptionist was nice, but our room was dirty and never cleaned from the last guest.

The disgusting room was never cleaned. Dirty wash cloths, beds and toilet.

Just the location and the personal work for they're excellent

The place it's very dirty, the pool it's out service that for covy plus the juice machine it's out order, air conditioner broken and not working well, not towel available, not bed dressed or extra blanket and pillow. I do have videos and pictures from. And I'll ask for full refund

FREE BED BUGS WITH EVERY STAY!!

Linda, Dora, and the bathroom were the ONLY good thing about this place. Nothing like checking in and an hour later having to report the room is infested with bed bugs. My oldest son with us got bit the hell up. As did my fiancee and our 10 month old baby. Pictures and videos, along with bed bugs themselves were presented to Dora, the night desk staff. Dora immediately issued for a refund and security deposit. Dora then gave us better options to stay. Apparently countless rooms are infested with bed bugs and roaches as ample rooms were empty and yet "no rooms were available" to other guests. It's disgusting!! If a single hitchhiker, bed bug, came home with us... You WILL BE PAYING FOR AN EXTERMINATOR TO GET RID OF THEM. IT TAKES AN AVG OF 6 MONTHS OF COUNTLESS TREATMENTS!! I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. Possibly at any of your hotels because of this.

Very dissatisfied customer. I would never recommend this place to nobody.

Room was big but not in good condition.

It was terrible. I’m sorry I have to say this but I never been a hotel in this condition. The carpet was wet from the entrance to the bedroom and I ask for another room they couldn’t accommodate. The hotel was very dirty all over . Breakfast was very limited with milk coffee jars dirty from the outside. Bread , the were no more potions . I y family leave the hotel very dissatisfied we could not used the pool because it was closed and you can see the dirty everywhere from the window . We have never had a terrible experience like this . They charged me more that they’re were supposed to. Very sad . The bathroom and kitchen were not clean , Moët even garbage bags were in there .

The night time manager was awesome checked in awesome.

Room never seen to get warm it was constantly cold air conditioning was blowing cold air on heat never seem to get really too warm had to wrap up Undercovers. But do not recommend for family good for overnight staying solo trips.

Horrible staff and poor place to stay. Building needs to be shut down!

horrible property! Nothing like what the reviews or pictures! The associates are THIEVES! Don’t trust Linda she works 2nd shift! Everything is broken, there was no breakfast or coffee! It’s mold in the rooms! Management is horrible! They need an inspector to shut it down completely and start over with new everything! New equipment, new furniture, and new staff! I would never recommend this stay to anyone! If you’re looking to book it’s a Doubletree hotel right next door, I would recommend them instead!

Things were falling apart,, the towel rack fell right after I took a shower from the moisture an it was water coming from the upstairs in the bathroom.. There was broken pieces of wood falling from the chairs. No service at times an no towels or sheets. I think it needs a good face-lift it use to be such a nice hotel...

Very bad and disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE

There was nothing good. We didn’t stay as the room was so bad he left. there were cigarette burns in the bedspread, holes in the wall and what what I hope was ketchup in the wall. Very bad.

Booking.com is a scam.

There was nothing to like considering I arrived at the hotel only to be told my reservation through booking.com was bogus and that not only did they not have my name and reservation in their system, they also did not have any rooms available. I travelled by train from Rochester, NY. I do not drive. My plans got screwed up because of this and I had to book an emergency flight home later that night because I had nowhere to go. Thanks booking.com.
