Close to everything round town

My shower broke and wasn’t fix by the time I left and I was travelling with my 20 month old

Everything is good but another roommate was talking very loudly late at night and the sound of TV started at 5 am only because of this sleep was disturbed.

Close to centre.

Kitchen area and shower dirty. Dick over fire alarm. Noise and smell from neighbouring restaurant as had to keep window open due to heat. Poor communication on arrival procedure as on self checking system with coded door locks. Only received detail on morning of arrival after several phone calls. And finally noisy neighbours with doors banging on opening and closing until earl hours of morning.

Great service with regards to replacing the TV, fast and efficient.

TV remotes not working correctly, however great service from the team as they replaced the TV within an hour. The window sill was dirty. Bed could have been comfier/better quality.

It was dirty, very noisy and there was work being carried out early morning which didn't allow us to sleep what so ever. We didn't use the shower as it was filthy. Very dissapointed 😞

I liked that the studio was small but yet was just like the images I had seen before booking.

The room was very cold. The heater did not work. The TV turned off and did not connect after that despite trying. The room had a strange smell.

Good value for money, practical, central location.

Very practical studio in a central location. Everything worked.

Entrance hall and stairway decor a little tired, but room itself OK. Some noise from other rooms but not too disturbing.

It's fantastic and amazing. My room was very clean and comfortable. 👍🏾

I liked everything about the location,was very quiet serene environment and would like to book again when I come around again. Was an excellent stay 👍🏾.

It took me a while for me to locate the place and also the concellation email wasn't too clear . But at the long round it was sorted out,which made my stay comfortable.

Shower not working. Dirty. Cold. Fire door handle came off in my hand. Stains on the towels I don't want to think about. No terrestrial TV connection. Awful experience. Avoid.

The place was in the right area and very central.

It was hard to park and the bed covers had a mark on them, It made me think they weren't clean . There was a few other things but that one was a big thing for me

very poor noise insulation between flats and floors, furniture in disrepair, can’t close the bathroom door, poor lighting, smell of mold in corridor, uncomfortable bed.

Stay somewhere else. Very strange and unprofessional outfit.

The location is convenient.

The lack of heat - and the protracted communications and effort it took to get heating in the flat over a two day period - was less than ideal for England in November. Communications required inordinate effort and persistence. To top it off, I received a bizarre phone call two and a half days after checking out where I seemed to have been accused of not checking out, which was then retracted. A chaotic and surreal experience overall.

brilliant just poor experience with getting inside.

the property was very clean, tidy, nice warm.

then property it’s self was superb however we was left outside for around hour to hour and half as we did not receive a code to get into the building and the person on the contact number did not answer the call, text messages etc to give us the code to get in.
