This property was in the perfect location, close to amazing restaurants and not far from shops.
The shower head was not attached to the wall and you had to hold it while you shower which was annoying at times but that is my only complaint

Close to town, classic Greek structure outside. Wonderful staff
Being on the street, and may be a little overpriced

Nothing - would come back in a heartbeat! For longer next time!

Wonderful hosts. Our favorite place to stay so far. We felt like family while we were there. Quiet location on the coast. Close to everything. Very clean, they go above and beyond. The beds were super comfy, balcony overlooked the sea, shower pressure and temperature were better than we expected.
Nothing it was perfect!

Mrs. Voula is a sweetheart. We felt as if we stayed with an aunt. We also would like to thank the housekeeper (I don't remember her name) for ironing my dress and putting daily treats such as fruits, desserts, and pastries in our room. She is a sweet lady. We didn't have the time to drink the bottle of wine though lol. Villa Zampeta is a beautiful place to stay in an excellent location. We appreciate Mrs. Voula upgrading our room. We first booked a city-view room, then at our arrival, she introduced us to a beautiful spacious beach-view room with a balcony. I was in awe of the simple but charming decoration, space, architectural details (I am a designer always looking for inspiration), and precious view. Due to the weather, the ferry to Athens was canceled so we have to stay one more night. We spoke to Mrs. Voula and she kindly let us stay in one of the city/garden-view rooms (at an extra cost of course). Now I want to compare the comfort between the two rooms we stayed in. The city/garden view room bed was more comfortable and quieter than the beachfront room, that's it! I am a very light sleeper. It was noise from the awning moving with the wind mainly. Also, the bed was firmer. Overall our stay was excellent. Next time I'll stay in one of the garden-view rooms for sure because after all, we don't spend much time in the rooms, we just want to wander around the island right!? Thank you Mrs. Voula for being so kind to us!! We look forward to being able to visit her charming place once again someday soon.

There’s nothing else you need in a place to stay than Villa Zampeta - spacious and clean rooms, a great view and location with a little beach across the street, a balcony to soak it all in, but the real gem is Mrs. Voulla. She made my boyfriend and I feel like family. She helped get an ATV rental through her friend and was just the sweetest! We opted to get breakfast at the Villa for an extra fee and it was the best decision of our trip. It was not only delicious but homemade. And Mrs. Voulla always made sure we had enough to eat, bringing us more food and snacks to take with us. We originally only booked two days but ended up extending our stay an additional two days because of her and all that Villa Zampeta has to offer. She made our time in Milos so very special and truly went above and beyond for us. We will be back!!

Villa Zampeta is really well located. The port is just a few steps away, and this is key if you are travelling by ferry to other Greek islands and to take the island's bus service (there is a station near the port too). Besides from this, what we really loved from Villa Zampeta was the warm reception and attention of the personnel. They were very kind to us when we arrived (we arrived before the check-in time), gave us breakfast and kept our luggage while we traveled the island, and the most important thing I must highlight is that, after we checked out from the Villa and took our ferry to Mykonos, they wrote immediately that my father left his wedding ring! The communication and kindness was such, that they sent the wedding ring at one of the hotels we stayed during our trip (rhe one in Athens). As a Colombian, I could not believe the honesty and kindness of Villa Zampeta's staff (and of Greek people in general). Definitely recommended for your stay in Milos.
There were a two things that can be improved. One is that the reception's bathroom was not working appropiately when we arrived, and the other one is that the shower's door in our room was misaligned. But both are trivialities compared to the other things that were perfect in our stay, such as the room, the space, the cleanliness, the service and the strategic location of the Villa.

A lovely little find of a place. Great location, pretty terrace and huge room with the comfiest of beds. Maria was a joy to meet - so kind, friendly and welcoming and she did so many little thoughtful things to make our stay perfect. Our stay was too short, but we loved it.

The owners were extremely friendly and kind. The rooms were kept very clean each day for us. The villa had an incredible view of the sea being right across the street to it. Overall an incredible experience for a very reasonable price.

lovely friendly owner
it’s on a main road, so if you’re sensitive to noise it may not be suitable. it’s a 10 min walk into Adamas.

The rooms were very spacious and the view from the balcony is incredible! Staff are really accommodating and helpful, they allowed us to keep our bags on the property whilst we went on a boat trip after check out and also helped us arrange transport to the other side of the island. Plenty of great restaurants near by, with O Hamos just around the corner and lots of lovely options next to the water.

From the moment we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a very nice lady who was very attentive and ensuring that our stay was a pleasant one. Throughout the trip she would constantly greet us and make sure we were okay. She even offered to do our laundry. We are grateful for our stay at villa zampeta and would 100000% recommend to anyone visiting Milos.

central location, very clean
we did book a property on the beach/sea and specifically chose 2 rooms 1 double and 1 triple for 4 people willing to pay the price because it mentioned with a view, ended up with 2 rooms facing back yard , paid the price for a triple room although we were 2 adults to end up facing the back and other properties with no air and no view, the property refused to refund us the difference between double and triple . please note that the breakfast was not included in this rate, I guess the higher rate is for the extra bed never used . Booking.com didn’t help much since the host was not willing to accommodate

The woman that owns this lovely little hotel is gracious, kind, and does an incredible job keeping it impeccably clean. Our room was made up each day when we went out to visit towns or beaches. The breakfast is worth requesting every morning (great variety and some of the options are homemade). The location is perfect - very short walk to town for shopping and restaurants and on the beach for a lovely sea view from our room. I would recommend this hotel for the perfect stay on Milos.

Location great, cleanliness great, great view
One of the staff members favourite word was No, or Tomorrow or Later. Several times when she came to our room after we opened the door just walked straight in, completely disregarding our privacy. Took away outdoor seating pads (why?) would not allow us to adjust the shade system on our deck (30 degree heat!) and removed the handle to do so, and basically made us feel like children by telling us in no uncertain terms several times that the AC was not to be operated with the door open (duh). Felt disrespected and talked down to. Unpleas

The owner was very sweet and attentive. She left us a little bottle of wine and some homemade baked goods every afternoon so when we got back from a long day of beaching and walking around it was there for us. 😍
The rooms were cleaned very well everyday and the place is very well maintained. The only thing I had trouble with was how hard the bed was because I’m a side sleeper. Otherwise we had great sleeps, it was quiet and well air conditioned and dark drapes 👌🏼
It’s very close to the port where your ferry arrives too. So it’s a really great location !
We would recommend anyone to stay there and we would stay there again for sure !
The Mattress was a little hard

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the port and good taverns. The staff is just so kind that make you fell at home immediately! Every day you have a small snack once you are back from the day. Very good value for money.

uzo (dog) likes the bed a lot even she told us to put him in the cage fo the night ;)
we ordeted a taxi from the hotel to the port taxi driver kicked us from the car cause of the dog and he said we wouldt fit there take same time 4 other people ... money is not everything but where i dnt feel welcome i dnt wanna stay, lady wanted to hit our dog with a stick even tho he did nth to her just was friendly and polite. i adopted this dog from santorini from the beach so i did sth good for greece as well cause u apparently dont care about ur animals thats why we left the next day! the owner doesnt speak english at all and she didnt want to give us the room but before we spoke to the manager that we will have a 6kg dog he agreed but he didnt pass the info to an owner

Really nice host. We had huge room with kitchen and big balcony (maybe got an upgrade). The villa is cozy. It's in the middle between port with main crowds and nearest beach - we did like that you can get away to other spots quicker. Also when arriving to Port, its I walkable distance away, especially with backpacks. Host was really nice and helpful - suggested places to eat, helped us rent a motorbike, got us to airport, gave us first aid kit. Also - the breakfast, although you pay extra, was the best we had during our trip to Greece (mainland and several islands) - lots of options, home made and traditional goods, huge and tasty. Great place to stay when in Milos.
Nothing.

The Villa has an excellent location, very close to the beach, market and restaurants. The view is spectacular. You can’t get closer to the sea! The owner is exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean.

Very nice accomodation and friendly staff. Close to the port with nice Restaurants and Shops and a bus stop which you can use to get to the best Spots of the Island.
There is a beach just across the street, eventhough it is not really pretty because it is next to the road.

It was spotlessly clean and so well loved. Closer to the swimming areas than being in the heart of the town. Our bedroom was very stylish and comfy.
