Beds were comfortable and staff were accomodating
A bit disappointing that microwaves are only avaliable in family rooms and there are no cooking facilities
3.0
The room’s main door was hard to open because of water damage in the ceiling. There was a musty, mouldy smell in the room and we had to leave the glass door open whilst in the room (including all night). As an asthmatic I felt unsafe with mouldy air.
7.0
Comfortable bed. When I asked for a microwave in the room staff obliged
When we walked in the door hit the ceiling which was hanging down from water damage. Shower leaked a lot even when firmly turned off
8.0
Friendly staff, spacious room, easy parking.
All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
Kitchen & bathroom sink were the same. Meaning dishes get washed where people wash their hands. This didn't seem hygienic.
Not a lot of natural light coming into the room even with curtains open. Seemed dark.
Need to clean under the bed too..

It was in the right location, price was cheap (relatively)
It was raining and the guttering over the entry to the room was broken so we walked through a waterfall bringing stuff to and from the car.
The room is tired, cracked and chipped tiles. The airconditioner (heater) was not up to the task of keeping the room warm.

The staff were very lovely. When we arrived we were greeted by a woman who was super lovely and friendly. The check-in process was easy as we'd booked and paid online. Bed was comfortable.
The room was really cold and looked like it hadn't been updated since the early-80s. Due to a lack of building insulation the heater was going all the time and struggled to warm the room - you had to stand directly under the vent to feel anything and the room's heat was lost due to the open vaulted ceiling space and lack of insulation. The heater cut out multiple times during the night because it just couldn't handle the overnight temperature lows (into the minuses overnight outside). The bathroom was freezing and there was no hot water for a shower in the morning - either all the hot water had been used up by other guests or the water heater also struggled with the overnight cold.

Clean and the staff were wonderful.
Nothing.

The layout was lovely with rooms around a central park with swimming pool. Also it is pet friendly.
When I arrived the room was freezing and took many hours to warm up due to cathedral ceiling. I got into bed with electric blanket on to get warm even though it was day time.

Quiet andmountain lodge atmosphere
Would have liked bedside table lights

The grounds of the motel are very spacious
The motel is quite old and could do with a facelift
5.0
Location good
Shower mouldy, kettle toaster fridge etc in the bathroom area needs a door to block off the toilet. Toilet not working for 1 night, was fixed promptly when alerted.

The staff were friendly and the layout of the buildings was good.
The room was old and tired, Cupboard handle broken, long carpet threads a trip hazard and the bathroom badly needs renovating. Not enough power points, had to fill the jug in the bathtub. Rooms not very soundproof and we were woken very early on a Sunday morning by next room occupants.

The room was extremely outdated... the beds were terrible, and the room had a very unclean smell.

location was good. after hours check in ok
mattress saving in the middle, didn’t sleep well

it was clean and warm. bed was comfortable.
7.0
Location, hot shower, big room, toiletries, privacy
The room had a cigarette smell.
Though the room was big, it felt congested because of an additional bed (we didn't ask for)
The fridge and the cutlery were right next to the bathroom (not something I'd prefer)
My hubby could literally feel the springs in the bed.

Quite a spacious room, the bed was firm which I prefer. The walk into Bright along the Canyon track was nice.
We were there 4 days, didn't see the staff at all. Had to empty our own trash, no housekeeping services other than, clean towels available from reception. The bathroom was very dated with loose tiles that came off the floor,it was very cold in the room and the bathroom heater turned off after a few minutes. The restaurant is only open for coach tours, so there is no choice but to eat in town. Pets are permitted I think as there was a dog staying in the room next to ours, with its family. This is the first time I have experienced a motel that doesn't have any housekeeping service, I would expect to at least have the towels changed and trash emptied Monday to Friday.

It was clean, walking distance to town.
Freezing outside, heater didn’t work. Nightmare. Emergency contact number was on reception door, but not in the room. Next day they upgraded us. Honest to say, we expected refund. It ruined our day, due to cold, we hardly had any sleep.

Not much
Would have liked to have had breakfast at the Motel Restaurant but it wasn't open.

bathroom could be updated

Great comfortable rooms, loved the doors out to the gardens.
Need to put more effort into cleaning outside areas and cobwebs.

Outdoor facilities were nice. Great location close to town.
Old and run down room in desperate need of a renovation. Brown everything. Yuck blankets on the bed. Cracked tiles, messy paint work, everything falling apart. Extremely uncomfortable bed that dipped in the middle and gave me a sore neck. No privacy. Had to keep curtains closed or else the people by the pool could see into our whole room. We ended up leaving early due to being uncomfortable and sick of it.
