Very calm and nice environment. Very relaxing days without any form of stress or whatsoever.

First time in Naxos and I chose the best place for my stay. Super clean room,cozy place Friendly hostess. Absolutely met my expectations. I would totally recommend it to everybody as a place to stay in Naxos.

Amazing! Amazing location and staff!

I cannot say enough good things about my stay! The room was nice (ocean view with a balcony for a very fair price), the location is amazing! (right at the beach and bus stop which is hugely convenient when carrying luggage), the host IAKOVINA is AMAZING! she is a beautiful person inside and out. she makes you feel welcome, at home and is always available to help. The property has lawn chairs on the beach to use, there is a great mini mart and gift shop right on either side of the stairs to the rooms. Everyone was so nice and the area is just beautiful and relaxed. :)

the only thing I didn’t like was that before booking the room I could not google the property, only the restaurant (which is also amazing), but I’m glad this didn’t stop me from going ahead with the booking.

Superb

The location was a 30 second walk from Agios Prokopios beach, which in my opinion is the best beach on the island. Other amenities within a 30 second walk: Several restaurants Bank machine Convenience store Bus stop Laundry services Gym Car rentals The room was the usual simple budget studio you find on most islands. Big fan of the CLOSED door shower.

The bed had a hard mattress but that's par for the course in most of Greece. The closet cabinet could use some shelving.

Very minor things like no Amex accepted, no designated beach umbrellas, few kitchen or bathroom items stopped it being a 10/10 experience given the high season price

Staff is the best! The apartment is nice and nicely decorated and very clean (and being cleaned every day). The location can't be more central and very close to the sea and the nearest market. Many restaurants around, including Kavuourakia restaurant.

Beautiful accommodation just a few steps away from Aghios Prokopios Beach. It is a great area and a wonderful option to take advantage of the amenities of that part of Naxos, one of the most beautiful islands in Greece.

Bad installations and service

There was a constant bad and musty smell in the room and there was no choice to keep the window opened, as anyone could step into the room. In addition, there was no shower gel available and hair dryer did not work. Last but not least, we asked them to book a taxi to transport from Port to hotel. They replied late saying there was no need to book as there were plenty of taxis in the port. That was not true at all. There were about 10 taxis in the port, all of them previously booked, so we had to wait a long time to take the bus.

Great location for the studios

What we loved about the property was the ideal location steps away from the beach. In addition breakfast was served in their restaurant across the street from the beach. The bus stop to go to the main town of Naxos was right on the corner. There are also nice restaurants along the strip. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was pretty basic but filling.

There was no towel bars in the bathroom to put your towels on. very limited counter space in the bathroom as well. also no dressers to put your clothes in. So for six nights I basically lived out of my suitcase and they only had one suitcase holder for the room. Also never came to reset the safe. Could also have used more sweeping mopping of the room during our one week stay.

Great value for money!

Great location, value for money, friendly staff and family run business! You can stay at Kavourakia Studios, eat at Kavourakia restaurant and rent a sunbed with Kavourakia...your all in one at Prokopios :)

There was no shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom but that was quickly rectified when we notified the staff.

We had the most amazing two nights in Naxos staying at Kavourakia. The location couldn’t have been more perfect and Chrisoula went out of her way to make us feel right at home. Would 100% recommend!

Superb

The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Very close to the beach, less than 1 minute. A lot of taverns, restaurants and markets nearby. The rooms are clean and have very good WiFi.

The rooms with city view can be a bit noisy so you have to keep the windows closed. We also had the bad luck of having noisy neighbors.
