Могу сказать, что в этом отеле второй раз .По сравнению с предыдущим,его явно обновили.В отеле классное спа(кстати, удивило что один час был в подарок, а не за отдельную плату), но зона раньше явно была как заброшена, не следили.Сейчас все чистенько и ухожено.Номер тоже был обновлен,не было обшарпанности. Еще приятно удивило наличие бильярдной зоны.В Гудаури не так уж много чем можно заняться, так что такая возможность весьма порадовала.

В соотношении цены и качества, все абсолютно понравилось!

Прекрасный отдых

Очень понравился отдых в данном отеле . Останавливаюсь с друзьями. Сюрпризом для нас было , что 1 час посещения спа входил в стоимость . Прекрасно попарились и полежали в джакузи . Номера просторные и с потрясающим видом на горы . Есть все необходимое в номере. Удобные кровати . Персонал очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Организовали нам экскурсию в Казбеги . Вечером приятно проверили время возле камина . Так что всем рекомендую .

Nice and cozy hotel with a good location. The view from our room was amazing. One of the great benefits that you can rent private SPA (for a couple or company of friends).

Hearty hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. they did their best to make sure we are well served.. the breakfast felt like home.. the view is stunning... the hotel exudes a warm, pleasant and hearty atmosphere.. would definitely recommend

the staff were extremely nice (except the receptionist), and the breakfast was good

almost everything, we found a dead mouse in the room, they moved us to another room with nothing to make up for it, the furniture in a bad condition, the wardrobe was broken, the shower holder was broken, all the hotel smells very bad fishy odor, there was no lift and nobody offered to carry our bags, you have to carry your bags yourself to the second or third floor, I don't know how this is a 4 stars hotel!

Guduari stay

Excellent staff, very very nice and welcoming attitude of the staff working there. Very kind and polite. The vibe of the hotel is good, very positive and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and there were nice chairs in the room. The balcony and its view was very nice. Not many amenities in the room but staff would happily provide anything required.

The property is getting old and surely needs some repair work. Had to change rooms 2 times as the first room we took had a big gap between the main door and its frame, and the insides of the room could easily be seen from outside. Bathroom lighting was very dim and sliding shower doors were all very broken and small space.

Nice stay and helpful owner

It is a nice family Business. i like the warm welcome of the son in the reception and his sweet mother.. they were Very helpful and smiling especially the mother is so kind.. They helped us and arranged to watch the football match from their eating area .. The home made breakfast also was delicious. The rooms were very clean.. The view of mountains from the balcony was amazing.. Thank you so much for the nice experience i enjoyed the stayed with my friends :)

Felt cheated when compared the actual property with the real one.

It is close to supermarket. Female staffs were sweet. Room size was good.

It nowhere resembles as it is shown in the picture. No swimming pool. Female staffs were sweet n cooperative but the guy at front desk wasn’t cooperative. Breakfast quality is poor. We could find ants in room. No packed water or water kettle in the room. Balcony door couldn’t be locked. Furnitures are very old and sofas in corridors were torn.

The location and 2 old lady staff was very good and hospitable.

The room didn't have any ventilation since it was summer it was hot in the room, the worst case was our toilet was broken and it didn't have a toilet seat. The wasn't even a basic kettle in the room, neither water was provided in the room.

This was a great place to relax with superb mountain views. The staff were great and very helpful all the time. Very close to Gudauri panoramic view point and Gudauri Paragliding. Supermarket /Restaurant are closed by with walking distance.

We spent nice time here during our snowboarding holidays. The best price-quality ratio. All staff was very hospitable and careful. The room was spacious and well-cleaned every day. Enjoyed a great view from a balcony. A comfortable free transfer to a chairlift was organized on demand. Also there were a comfortable hall where all guests could leave all their mountain equipment. Breakfast also was tasty (a porridge or omlet or fried eggs, vegetables, pancakes, sausages, bread and butter, etc)

Design of rooms is a little bit old-fashioned and there were some problems a sink in a bathrooms when we arrived, but the staff fixed everything asap

Quite a cozy place for vacation with family and friends

The personnel and owners just really amazing people, very hospitable and welcome. We felt like we were quest of our relatives))))

Freshly served dinner and breakfast. Food are tasty and serve considering our preferences (also good for children). Good option for having dinner at the hotel since the restaurant nearby are costly. Staff are friendly and showing care to our children.

No elevator, troublesome for having big luggage and small children to climb stairs. Toilet don't have bidet. Room don't have complimentary water (need to buy from the hotel), tea/coffee or kettle. Poor Wi-fi signal. Door to the balcony is hard to open (stuck to carpeted floor). Lack of facility maintenance during this season.

Very good

Nice and cozy hotel with amazing views of the mountains. The family room is big. Extremely hospitable hosts who make sure you have a comfortable stay. They had the most amazing made to order breakfast. The break room with pool table, piano and rustic furniture is a treat.

Beds creak. Washroom is too small.
