Ich werde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Top ist die Lage, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel isnd fußläufig zu erreichen, top ist die Gastfreundlichkeit, top sind die Betten, die Zimmer sind gemütlich und die Fenster gut.

Lieber ein paar Euronen mehr investieren und woanders buchen! Enttäuschend!

Die Lage war gut, zwei Minuten zu Fuß von der Bahnstation entfernt. Die Unterkunft war einfach zu finden. Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich.

Das "Zimmer" war eher ein "Kellerloch". Ich war geschockt, als die Dame, die uns im Erdgeschoss empfing uns die Kellertreppe herunterführte. Ohne das Zimmer zu sehen war ich eigentlich schon innerlich wieder abgereist. Da wir diese Unterkunft kurzfristig buchen mussten und es wenig Auswahl im Umfeld gab, blieben wir. Das Zimmer war wirklich nicht schön (alte Möbel, Schrauben zum Aufhängen von Jacken in der Wand, dreckige Kissen im Bett) eincheckende Gäste konnte man vom Keller jederzeit hören, ebenso Gäste oder Gastgeber, die die Küche nutzten. Auch wenn wir im Juni dort waren, war es im Keller kalt und keine Heizung vorhanden. Das Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer war alles andere als sauber, sodass wir auf die Dusche morgens verzichtet haben. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte gar nicht. Die überaus guten Bewertungen sind für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Nachtrag: Reaktion auf die Antwort der Betreiberin: Ich kann mich nicht mehr genau erinnern, ob im Angebot stand, dass das Zimmer im Keller ist. Zu Ihren Gunsten gehe ich davon aus. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt nicht schön- auch wenn der Preis günstig war, möchte man keine schmutzigen Kissen, ein sauberes Bad und sein Jacke nicht an einer herausstehenden Schraube aufhängen.

Jederzeit wieder. Sehr persönliche Bewirtung. Wir wurden immer wieder nach unseren Wünschen gefragt

Sehr familiär. Frühstück sehr individuell und ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig :) Perfekte Lage, um in Hamburg mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall hin zu kommen.

Für eine Nacht okay.

Lage ist gut. In der Nähe zum Park und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gelegen und verhältnismäßig günstig, daher für eine Nacht okay. Wir waren im "Kellerraum" untergebracht, über die anderen Räumlichkeiten kann ich hier nichts sagen. Im Keller befand sich auch ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Charakter in der unteren Etage eher Jugendherberge aber wie gesagt, für eine Nacht okay. Wir sind auch früh abgereist, daher kann ich auch nichts über die Frühstückssituation sagen. Der Garten ist schön gelegen und man hat ein bisschen Freifläche, um sich mit einem kleinen Kind zu bewegen.

Die Betten waren eher durchgelegen und einfach aber auch hier für eine Nacht geht das mal.

What a great place to stay and explore

Location. Quality of this hotel. The owner. The cleanines. The friendly atmosphere. The beds. The services. The train station was just across the road and a shop less than two minutes walk away.

Could not fault a thing. Everything was perfect.

Nicely kept private home near public transit, friendly host, fridge in room.

Our room ( blues) was facing the often-busy road so it was a bit noisy at times. Having to share the bathroom with many others was not our favorite. The mattress could use updating. Kitchen access would have been nice.

Superb

The location was great! The metro did not work but a bus was put in place so we could reach the city in just 20min. The area was really quite and nice. The owner was also really nice. Since our train was at the end of the day we could let our backpack there and come back to pick them up. Really helpful from the lady :)

Great place to stay for vacation. The hostess is amazing.

The rooms were great, location is perfect and easy access to the city and shopping areas. This place is good place and the host is so nice and welcoming. The bus is 1 min walk and the train is 3 min walk. Transportation is cheap and easy. Make sure you have coins to use.

Not as advertised, but comfortable room without bath.

The room was lovely and the bed was quite comfortable.

The property lists English as a language. That is not true as communication was limited to hello, good-bye, internet and key. When google maps did not take us to the hotel, I tried to call for better directions. I was not understood. Luckily, a man who spoke both German and English spoke with the hotel to find out how we could get there. The concierge did meet us 150 meters from the door to show us in. I asked when I made the reservation if it had an en suite bath. The last day before cancellation was allowed, I called and asked on the phone, was was told that of course it had one. The day before we arrived, I received an email response to mine of a week before that the room did not have an ensuite bath.

A quiet good value retreat.

Very quiet area with lovely old houses and only a three minute walk to Alsterdorf train station, 25 minutes from the station. Very clean and our host was very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good value quiet alternative to inner city accomodation. Comfortable bed.

No one to meet us on arrival was upsetting. Our host was genuinely apologetic as it was due to a situation out of her control. She apologized profusely and provided breakfast for no charge. She came across as a very nice person.
