Nice hotel, the staff was incredible!
A bit noisy, the walls and doors are not insulated and it's hard to sleep in. You can hear any noise that is coming from the hallway, including other guests and service staff. Everyone talks very loud....not a dealbreaker though.

Clean, beautiful, quiet, with a nice sea view, 2 mins away from a sand beach and restaurants. The staff was nice and competent. breakfast is included. the pool is amazing. Perfect location to visit the garden. Bus stop 5 mins away to explore the island.
No WiFi or good 5g coverage in the room, snacks a bit overpriced, a bit far from Forio center, mattress a bit hard.

great location and views, good value
wifi didn’t reach the room, could only use on the balcony or common areas

A very clean and beautiful hotel which is located close to the beach and with a few restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed the hotel and its pools for some relaxing time.
Although they have quite a big breakfast selection (bread, fruits, sweets, cereal, cheese, meats, etc…) it was a bit boring and bland. But this is a personal preference…

setting is stunning. staff are wonderful. nothing too much trouble for them. easy private access to beautiful beach where you can watch sunsets, swim and find really lovely restaurants.
it is a shame that the restaurant for dinner is inside

Pool. Location.
First we asked for connecting rooms. I received an email saying yes, that was possible. When we arrived one room was 64 on the second floor and the other room was 84 on the third floor. The rooms are above each other we were told. The a/c unit was broken in room 64. Which was replaced the next day but we were not in the room or told that other employees would be in our room. Then there was the staff at breakfast. Never before have I been treated so rudely as we were at the breakfast. We are a family of 8. We have six children. Ages 22, 20, 17, 14, 12 and 8. One morning we went to breakfast and asked for a table of 8. We were seated in the far back corner with a table that had two dirty table cloths and only two sets of silverware. We asked for a clean tablecloth and silverware. The waiters rushed around taking other tables drink orders but ignored us. After asking two different waiters and still being ignored we had all of our children wanting to sit but the table was still dirty. There were lots of tables open all around us. There were other tables that were clean and had utensils. Finally, we pushed two clean tables together ourselves. The next morning we went earlier. We were hoping there would be less people and they could better help us. This time only one other couple was in the dining room. Again we were taken to the far back corner and told we would have to sit four and four. Same waiter (Pasquale) as the day before and he was still horribly rude. This time he told us we could only sit four and four. We could not push the tables together. Again, one table wasn’t even ready. No utensils. The whole rest of the dining room is open, with utensils and table settings but he takes us to the table that is unprepared. I went upstairs to ask for assistance. I explained what happened and the front desk assistant came downstairs to the restaurant. It was then we were told that it was because of COVID.

Exceedingly clean and perfectly manicured property, with fabulous, 'old Hollywood' vintage vibes reminiscent of a summer scene from a 1960s Hitchcock film. Best spot on the island in my opinion, with unmatched views from Belvedere Point just up the hill from the hotel, and just next to the spectacular Mortella botanical gardens.

Rooms clean and large. Staff helpful and friendly! Pool clean and not too busy.
No WiFi in rooms is a huge issue especially for families with children.
Also would prefer to pay for drinks and snacks at bar as you go rather than being faced with a large bill. Difficult to keep track if you’re on a budget!
