It was good but was let down by what I had explained

It was fairly clean apart from having to wash up all the dishes before we even used them, the carpet gripper rods were sticking out of the carpet causing both of us to stand on them. We were going to tidy up after ourselves anyway but I didn’t like the fact I was sent an email telling us to wash up and take the rubbish with us, I did get in contact saying that although we was going to do the washing up anyway but I was abit concerned about paying the £75 clean up fee when we had to do it ourselves anyway. I did not take out the rubbish as I had no where to put it and the woman on the phone said not to worry but this wasn’t the point as me and my partner paid a lot for this stay. For the future I think it’ll be ideal if you could get a sign written out explaining how to use the hob/cooker as I had to call up the woman that showed us into the apartment twice to ask how to use it. There was only one key provided as we were told previous people lost it and there was also an iron burn on the carpet as you walked in.

Leeds weekend.

Price, a very busy weekend in Leeds and hotel prices were prohibitive. Local manager was available to sort any issues. Parking directly outside the property. Though not secure as promised. 10.00 GBP into Leeds city by taxi which I thought was reasonable for 2 people. Overall a decent enough stay for 2 nights.

Ground floor windows opened directly on to the road. Local youths are not particularly friendly. Shouting abuse through the window. Made it a little disconcerting. Upper level would be better next time if going again.Shower cubicle deemed small for the size of the bathroom. No fans in the room and it was a warm weekend. .

THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED AT

The property is really small. If you like small spaces with not a lot of room, it’s the best place to be. The windows are right next to a main road, I could hear a lot of traffic noise and people walking on pedestrian pathways. If you leave the windows open for fresh air to come in, pedestrians can see inside the house. There is no privacy.

I didn’t like the hosts communication. I paid for a deposit to stay and I left the property the way I found it with no damages. The hosts charged me for damages I found upon arrival at the apartment. they didn’t communicate very well and it’s very frustrating for somone who is always booking apartment. I’ve never had an issue like this before.

SUPER COZY PLACE

Super cozy and clean apartment, well comunicated to town and with services near it. It has everything you need to spend a week. Had a wonderful time there, for sure we will repeat when we go back to Leeds. Missing it already...
