Loved everything about this property, thank you for hosting us.

The pictures represented what we received. Breath taking views. Plenty of room. A fun time had by all.

The layout is great for big groups and location is wonderful for a quiet beach stay. The fireworks from the back deck were amazing. However, this listing is a bit misleading for 2 reasons: (1) it is definitely not a luxury rental and (2) there is no access to the garage to store your beach equipment as it appears in the photos. It's a dated house so the HVAC system is quite old. It cannot go lower than 70'degress and it drips from the vents. One of the vents is above the kitchen island so it drips on your food prep area. It's really gross. The mgmt company came to replace the dirty vent over the island, but it still dripped. The mattresses are old where you can feel the springs along with thin industrial sheets and tiny, cheap hotel towels. It felt like a 3 star hotel, not luxury as advertised or for the 10K weekly rate. Also just a suggestion for the owners, the back deck would benefit from ceiling fans. Granted we had a very hot week, there was no breeze and made for uncomfortable evenings outside. Overall the trip was fun and the house was fine, but we had much higher expectations given the $$$$$ and description.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious waterfron property over new years weekend. It is a very nice property and we all appreciated enjoyed the well planned floorplan. Very seaside, beach themes through out the house. The lower bedrooms with bunkbeds and a queen bed in each room ended up being really good for the kids and the parenting adult. The main floor rooms were great for the single folks. The top floor Master suite was outstanding. The open floor plan Kitchen had a great view of the sound and was well equipped. We enjoyed the back patio, though wish there was a fire pit outside to enjoy, since it was unseasonably cold outside (Will look forward to being here sometime in the summer :). The house was very secure and we were comfortable with having the kids outside. The gulf side beach was also walking distance. Grocery stores and gas station were a short trip away.

...one block. A nice walk. We chose the quieter side for the first time ever and didn't stay beach front. Moved down to Navarre. A great choice. This house, housed us nicely. 3 complete family units, spaced out and comfortable. Quiet privacy available with the set up. Best sunsets are on the sound side. A long dock provided ample space for all to have a front seat view. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything my heart desired. We cooked in several nights. The management team addressed each issue reported almost immediately. As a property owners, we make a list and communicate where things need to be repaired, replaced or assessed. If you don't tell them, they don't know. A wonderful week.

Nice location with privacy on the sound side and easy, walking distance access to the Gulf.

Everything was as listed, the distance to the gulf is an easy walk with plenty of parking by the beach. The house was well stocked. The only problems we had were there was no hot water for showers and the ice maker did not keep up. We bought extra ice and did not use it very much, but the most we would get is two or 3 cubes.

We enjoyed our family reunion in this beautiful 5-bedroom waterfront home on the sound near the Gulf Islands National Seashore. We just walked 5 minutes to the beach on the Gulf side, or could fish from the dock of this lovely home. Despite lightning striking the home, we had a great stay here!

The property was just as described. The location was perfect. We loved being right on the sound and having the beach just 2 blocks behind us. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a great stay at this home for spring break. The location is quite unbelievable, the sound right off the pier in the back yard including a beach area. We fished and crabbed daily and our teens loved the beach area and we had a daily visit from a pod of dolphins. Truly unbelievable experience!!!! A very short 2 block walk away was the beautiful beach. Incredible sugar sand and clear water. The area was quiet and very friendly neighbors. We felt safe and let our teens have some independence. We rented a golf cart, beach chairs, umbrellas as well as kayaks and enjoyed them all right in the backyard.
Now, for the negative.. the internet is horrible. I am sure this is not the owners fault but they do need to research alternate internet providers. No one in our part could connect for long and this was quite an issue for us. The couch in the family room is uncomfortable and should be replaced and although the kitchen was well stocked, it could use a new set of pots and pans and more kitchen towels and repairing done broken kitchen doors would go a long way. Residual damage from past hurricanes (we were told they were waiting on supplies) didn’t affect us but we should have been told about it before our arrival.
Overall we had an extremely good stay and will probably be back again.

We had a great time at Navarre. We love staying on the sound side because we were literally right on the water and also had a short walk to the beach side. We had a 2-year old and she loved the sound side because the waves were so minimal compared to the beach side.
The fishing pier was such a bonus! We were out on the fishing pier almost every night just sitting and enjoying the sunset.
We had some issues with several things at our first arrival but the management company was able to fix them within 2 days. We aren't sure if some of the issues (broken kitchen sink) weren't addressed before our arrival because it had been sitting empty because of COVID? But regardless, we were happy when it was fixed.
Our only critique was that we had to spend more $$ than we expected on things that usually are provided in rentals. We've rented VRBOs many times and usually find coffee filters, salt, pepper, trashbags, etc. We had to purchase all of these things which was kind of a bummer. Again, maybe they would have normally provided these basics but can't because of COVID, but we would have loved a heads up before so we could have gotten those essentials in our first grocery store run, before our arrival.
Overall, it was a great value. We felt like we got what we paid for, for sure.

Let me first start by saying the home was as described and in a nice location. It does, however, need some updating but everything was fine for our stay. There are lot's of stairs so be aware of that just in case you have young children, elderly, etc. The view was beautiful, there are plenty of cooking dishes, pots, pans, etc. Navarre beach is gorgeous and was not crowded. Lot's of great biking/walking trails. We did catch one big Red Drum (36 inches) off the back dock but other than that, fishing is not great in December unless you have a boat. Be aware that the neighborhood is under construction in several different areas and there will be construction noise going on for awhile. We had it from 7:00 am until almost 8:00 pm one night. There is also a wedding/vacation house 2 doors down. People that rented that place were up partying 2 different nights until about 3:00 am and we could hear their noise. Wished there was a little more peace and quiet for our visit. Overall we enjoyed the visit!

Check in, the home and location were great. We loved walking out to the pier every day. Our only downside was the rain but of course that had nothing to do with the home.
Other than that, the view was breathtaking (when it wasn't raining) and the home was very spacious.

We have stayed here at navarre beach before, not at a place on the bay though. This place takes the cake, we had an outstanding time!

Only complaint, and really just our preference, mattresses were too firm for our liking....otherwise it was very clean and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a memorable weeks stay!

Walking in the door, we were in awe. The view was amazing. Loved cooking breakfast in the morning and be able to watch the sun rise from the stove. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bedding was perfect and house was roomy. Worth the drive from Texas!

We loved the beautiful home with a beach 20 yards from your door step. The beach house experience without all the hundreds of people sitting next to you was a plus! Would love to come back again someday!

Rooms are big especially the one on third floor. Plenty of plates and bows to use. The back porch overlooks the bay and nice view at dust. Caught a 24 inch red drum on the first night. My group enjoyed the trip.

We gathered our children and grandchildren here for a few days. The home is new and is very nice. The pier would be perfect for someone who brought a boat. It is on the sound, which is probably not best for swimming or sunning. However, it is only about a 10 minute walk to beach access. The master suite is stunning. All of the remaining rooms were fine also. There is a great deal of glass in the furnishings. Fortunately, our crew was pretty well behaved. It would not be a good place for rowdy kids. It is a perfect place for adults or those with more mature children. Smaller children may not understand the need to be so careful around glass tables, etc.

Our third trip to Navarre Beach and Isla Mia was perfect for us! May just become our permanent summer getaway!

We have rented several houses on Navarre Beach and this was the best one yet. Had everything we needed, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Being able to walk out the door and have the beach area and dock was wonderful. Perfect place for the smaller ones to swim without the fear of waves knocking them down. Navarre has enough to offer without the crowds and traffic in other beach towns. Looking forward to a return visit soon!

We rented this house for our family vacation, with our kids/grandkid(s) coming from several different places. This was a perfect choice! The house was well-kept, open & roomy, and in a great location. The private beach and calm sound were perfect for the little ones. The older "kids" enjoyed throwing the cast net or casting their lines from the dock, and one son brought his boat, and was able to tie it up there. The sound was also a great place for them to pull each other on the tube/kneeboard/etc. The rental agency was responsive when we called them about a couple of small issues, which were attended to same-day.
We were VERY pleased with this rental, and would highly recommend it for a relaxing vacation.
