The primary bedroom features a King bed and en suite bathroom has a jetted bathtub and shower for unwinding after your day at the beach. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an own balcony access. The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds, the perfect kid-friendly space for your crew. Step out onto the balcony which overlooks the patio and straight into the Atlantic Ocean. Atlantic Villas, New Smyrna Luxury on the Ocean:

The units here are all 3 bedroom/3 bath units with modern, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The complex was built in 2006 and down to the smallest detail, these high-end beach condos are top-notch. Atlantic Vilas has a pool with a separate hot tub on a pristine pool deck that faces the ocean. Underground parking, FREE wireless internet, a community room for gatherings and parties, and a building security system are all provided for the guests. Every unit has spacious balconies with fabulous views.

My family stayed at the condo for nine days. The unit is beautiful and the location is perfect with easy access to the swimming pool, the beach and the restaurants and stores on Flagler Street. One negative aspect is the construction taking place on the building next-door. We were not aware of that when we rented. Any future renters need to be aware that construction starts at 7 AM and it’s quite loud. Also, the bedsheets in the master bedroom were dirty, so we had to clean them upon our arrival. And the floor in several areas of the condo was also dirty. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Condo was in a great location and just as pictured. Very Clean. Kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of towels, sheets and blankets for our whole group. Check in and out was well organized and easy. There was major construction going on next door, but I realize this area had some major storms not too long ago. We would stay here again or recommend for sure.

Very nice condo. It was clean, spacious and well stocked for the 7 of us. It was also tastefully decorated. We loved the location with nice views. On the downside, the beds, other than the master bedroom, were not comfortable. The master bedroom was great though. The hot tub was out of order for all of our trip except for a few hours. Maintenance did show up 2 times that we know of, but the problem was not fixed. Also, there were no grills on the property which we thought there would be. Fortunately, the owners had a big George Foreman grill that worked great. Finally, the property next door was undergoing some major renovations. Our balcony was right there which took away the quiet enjoyment of the ocean view. Luckily, the workers usually wrapped up by midafternoon. It just would have been nice to know this before we selected this place.

We loved our stay for sure! Although out air conditioner did not work, the breeze was awesome! The queen bed make a lot of noise ( squeaky). The location was close to town & you can walk to Flagler Ave. Good places to eat & shopping. 20 min. drive to Daytona Beach. The codes for the beach & pool was a small problem, but the locals were more than kind to help out. All in all we loved it & will look forward to going back! It as a great place to relax & unwind!

I was very impressed by the condo. More than was expected. you have definitely captured the luxurious florida living. Only one concern that I had was that there was a known fire alarm situation where apparently the system was in drill mode and happened to go off at 1am. Residents evacuated but no emergency dispatches were made. As renters we called 911 and police and fire showed up and asked US where the fire panel was. It was eventually addressed on the following Monday but as of check out time it was still unoperationall.

Rented 2 of these units to celebrate our 50 year Anniversary with our family. Great location on the beach with a beach view. Only a 5 minute walk to town. I would rent again.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was very comfortable and clean with beautiful views of the beach and ocean!! The condo is close to downtown and Flagler Avenue. We would definitely recommend this to all of our friends and family and will be back!!!

This condo is awesome. It is spacious and the third bedroom has room for 6 people. Perfect for 2 families. It is walking distance to Flagler for shopping or to restaurants. Loved it! We will be back!

We loved everything about this elegant, modern, private and BEAUTIFUL property. Everything in the home was in great shape. Plenty of kitchen stuff to cook great meals with. HUGE balcony for hanging out. Private beach access. Private pool. Will ABSOLUTELY stay again in the future. Don't think twice...book it now.

My Wife and I have been coming to NSB for over 50yrs. This is the best place we have stayed in as a rented property. Clean, updated and many amenities.The location is within a couple blocks of Flagler Avenue and there are plenty of things to do. Beach views are great and beach access is easy. We most certainly will be back !!
