'Seaminder' is a delightful apartment built in harmony with nature ideally situated above the stunning sandy beaches along beautiful tree line road.
Welcome. Your apartment is just a seconds walk from breathtaking sea front.
You also have a sandy beach with class surfing and swimming. This is a safe upscale area with near by amenities as restaurants, bars, shops, local boutiques, adventures in hiking Hengistbury Head, sea kayaking, diving, fishing, sailing, biking etc..When all said and done, consider winding down from the many choices the proud local Russel-Cotes museum offers trip into history; a sunset from clifftop’s café Riva with a cocktail in mind, this heavenly town is yours to adventure...

Everything we needed. Quick and easy to communicate with the owner when needed.
Perfect location to beach and shops. Looks exactly how it did on the pictures. Will be looking to stay again next year.

the location of the property is great, it is a short walk from a beautiful beach and we really enjoyed visiting the area - especially as it was hot and sunny!
the property itself is a good size for a couple and has amenities.
however is cold and smells of damp, there is an electric heater you can move from room to room.
various things were damaged and broken (apparently the shower door had just been broken, but both were off hinges and in need of replacing).
we found it to be a little grubby (rug is filthy) and ended up cleaning (first trip post lockdown, so this wasn't what we wanted). Walls are marked and crockery chipped. it has great potential, but needs some tlc and the damp dealing with.

This apartment is a good fit for a couple or small family and is nicely located close to the beaches and several restaurants. Parking can be tricky but we did not have any issues finding a spot or using the apartment provided parking.

The location for us was just right. As dog owners the apartment suited us as the dog friendly beach was just opposite the apartment, and Southbourne itself was walkable in ten mins.
We had everything we needed in the apartment however a couple of disappointments were my wife had to thoroughly clean the microwave before using as there was food left splattered all over the inside from previous usage, plus there was also a pan very dirty with remnants of food left in it, we left that and didn't use it. The lounge windowsill was in need of a coat of paint and a little filler, plus the TV was in the bedroom, although to be fair the owner di offer to move that to the lounge on the third day of our stay. Overall I'd have no hesitation staying here again if we were down this way in the future, but the little touches I've mentioned would have encouraged me to rate it higher, in particular the state of the microwave. The apartment overall was clean, but I'd rate it as Okay.

A very convenient modern little groundfloor apartment with off street parking, which is a ‘stones throw’ to the beautiful expansive beaches of Bournemouth. The beaches near to the apartment are dog friendly. Also, within walking distance are local shops, restaurants, cycle paths, costal path walks and a small park. The apartment takes dogs which is great. The apartment was ready on our arrival with clean towels and the main bed made up and the bedding for the sofa bed was ready in the wardrobe.
The private outside space to the apartment was behind the garage which was a very small bland courtyard and unfortunately was disappointing, not a place we felt like sitting in but when you have everything nearby it wasn’t too much of an issue. The apartment is small and in my opinion a great little ‘bolt hole’ that caters for 2 people (plus a dog) comfortably but not for 3-4 adults or teenagers. The sofa and provisions provided only seemed to cater for 3! The sofa was only big enough for 3 people to sit on it upright but not stretch out on. With no other comfy seating it was the floor or dining chairs which after a few hours of watching TV in the evening became impractical and uncomfortable. Maybe an additional comfy chair would be good?! Overall a very pleasant stay to which we hope to return to but just the 2 of us and the dog!! Thank you.

We enjoyed staying at Seaminder as it was just a block from the sea and groceries were just a short walk away. The apartment was nice and Melita's son was helpful, however I couldn't really give it 5 stars and thus the 4. There were a couple of maintenance issues that I relayed to Melita and the furniture & rug are quite "lived on". It was convenient and quiet which is what we were looking for and great to have easy parking.

We had a wonderful two weeks. Bed was extremely comfortable so we had good night sleeps. The whole apartment was tastefully decorated. Facilities were great, particularly having a washing machine so useful to us. The kidney dialysis unit being just one road away for my husband was an added bonus. Do hope to return again sometime in the future.

We stayed at Seaminder for a week in July 2016 (2 adults and a teenager) The apartment was very clean and comfortable with good facilities. The location is excellent with the cliffs and beach access a couple of minutes walk in one direction and a variety of shops and restaurants in the other direction. Nice quiet road with private parking available for the apartment. I would recommend taking some extra towels as although there is a washing machine there is nowhere to dry items - the small outside area was a bit grubby! Overall we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Booked last minute for our family of 4. Great little place that was a stones throw from the beach. Had a beach day, a paultons park day and a new forest day. Ate breakfasts and dinners in. Served us well. Communication great. Baffi's pizza was fantastic. Thank you Mel!
