Take in the breath taking water front views from the second floor of The Sandollar I Condo in Crescent Beach, Florida. It is located between the ocean and the intracostal waterway of St. Augustine and offers views of the water from every room. The address is 7990 AIA South Building I Unit 203 St Augustine Florida 32080.
Five day stay minimum.

The 2 back bedrooms overlook the intracoastal waterway while the master and the living room overlook the ocean. You will be OCEAN FRONT! It is located 15 minutes south of St. Augustine on Crescent Beach. This is a very private beach and a great place to relax.

Our unit is newly remodeled: fresh paint, travertine tile, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen, new faucets, new bedroom flooring, and includes all the comforts of home. 1550 square feet of living space, 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a full utility room with washer and dryer. Condo features flat screen TVs and Wifi. This unit is a flat 2nd floor condo. Pets Not Allowed and No Smoking in unit. Beach chairs and beach towels are located in the condo for your use.

There is handicap wheelchair access to this unit. Shopping buggies and flat carts are on site to carry your things to condo via the elevator. NO LUGGING UP STAIRS!!! Watch the stunning sunrise and dolphins swim by from your front window. The master bedroom and living room doors open onto the balcony allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze while watching the beach below you.

The Sandollar I Complex on Crescent Beach offers any family the best vacation St. Augustine can offer. With only 40 units in this building, the pool and tennis courts are rarely crowded. It has an elevator and covered parking.

Boat parking is available along with a boat ramp 1/2 half mile from the condo. World Golf Village is 20 minutes away. Numerous golf clubs are located in the St. Augustine- such as Marsh Creek ( a 10 minute drive). Fish from the gettys one mile from your front door. Private boardwalks lead to the non-crowded beach to enjoy year-round. The condo is just two hours from Orlando, one hour from Daytona Beach, and one hour from Jacksonville Airport. Credit Card Sales have 2.5% Fee. All rents are due paid in full 30 Days prior to check-in.This does not apply to dates under 30 arrival. Deposit $350 returned after check-out and inspection. No Booking is confirmed until Deposit is received and written confirmation signed. 60 day notice on cancellation applies to all wk rentals, 90 day notice on monthly rentals. All cancellations there is a 50.00 booking fee. All storm cancellations will be exchanged at no charge on another date and only if a named storm causes evacuation directly to our Crescent Beach Area, only then a exchange dates will be worked out on availability.

The view was amazing; easy access to the beach; condo well equipped and very clean. Beach is uncrowded and easy to walk, run and play on. Owners take pride in their vacation home and it shows. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were very impressed with the condo because off its location, decor, cleanliness, and well equipped kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows gave a great view of the ocean and the sliders brought the ocean sound into the condo. Shopping, St Augustine, and restaurants are within 10 miles of the condo. The elevator and luggage carts made moving in and out very easy and grocery type carts made bringing groceries back to the condo very easy. The owners, Mike and Nikki went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. That is why we will be back next year. Although this unit was not available next year, Nikki came to us and showed us another unit which we immediately booked. Great service. We couldn't have had a better six weeks of vacation. Definitely 5 stars.

This condo was perfect for our holiday break. The weather was cold so I wasn't able to walk on the beach as much as I'd like but the beach access was very convenient. This unit has plenty of room and everything you'd need in the kitchen and for the beach. I loved watching the dolphins play in the waves each morning and did I mention the view is perfect from the living room and the master bedroom!! We also enjoyed being on the quiet end of the beach, perfect location!

This was our second year to stay at the Sand Dollar but different units each time. This one was far superior to the first. Big, clean, and has everything you need. Beach towels, toys, and chairs, etc. The only complaint is the washer/dryer need to be serviced or replaced. The washer is extremely loud and the dryer hardly dries. They work, just not great! Otherwise, a great unit for a family vacation! The view can’t be beat!

This was a wonderful property with beautiful oceanfront views and easy beach access (and the beach was beautiful). We loved the spaciousness of the unit, which had plenty of room for our group of 5. It was very clean, well decorated, and tastefully decorated. It included a well-appointed kitchen and even had beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We will definitely be coming back!

This condo was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. We simply loved it for a variety of reasons: 1. Gorgeous view. You can't beat the view of the ocean and right in front of the beach was a family of bunnies hopping around. 2.Great place for all ages. We had two children and 4 adults ranging in ages from 5 to 88. The complex has an elevator and accommodated my dad who was in a wheelchair. 3.The condo itself. The condo had 3 spacious bedrooms with the master having an amazing view of the ocean and of course, the bunnies. The condo was well-stocked and well-thought out. We frequently kept commenting on how much the owner thought about and anticipated what his guests needed. 4.The location was wonderful. This condo is close to St. Augustine but without the hassle of traffic. It is also close to Ft. Matanzas. Incidentally, you can go to that fort for free and the ferry to the fort is also free.

My husband and I stayed 7 days in this beautiful condo! Check in was a breeze. The pictures accurately display the gorgeous floor to ceiling view of the Atlantic ocean and beach which is a short walk down the access stairs. During our time, in early May, the beach was never crowded and was quiet. The master bedroom is equipped with sliding doors so you can fall asleep listening to the sounds of the ocean. We also woke up to witness the beautiful sunrise from our bed. The spacious condo was immaculate and comfortable. The hosts has plenty of towels, some beach equipment, which we did not use, and useful kitchen supplies.. It was the best vacation home we have stayed in on a beach! The master bedroom bed is firm (I did adjust after a night or so) and the dining room chairs and patio chairs were hard and not comfortable for extended sitting. The large sectional sofa was very comfortable and we appreciated the nice touch of throw blankets to cuddle up with. We would without hesitation recommend this wonderful vacation condo and we would certainly return!

Everything about this place is wonderful we really enjoyed our week. The only suggestion I would say is to add block our curtains in the front bedrooms for darkness if wanted and a curtain on the right side of the big window in living room as my 77 year old mother stayed in the room while we went to the beach and the sun made it hard for her to see. Other than that absolutely Beautiful Thank you Nikki and Mike we will defiantly stay here again

The location was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Condo was clean and beautiful with fantastic views. Beaches were clean and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Mike was great, had resources for restaurants and things to do available for us that were very helpful. Can't wait to go back!

My family loved this condo! We had plenty of room and loved the large window that overlooked the ocean. My only complaint is the balcony needs to have seating that is more comfortable. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a great time staying at this wonderful Crescent Beach condo. The condo was very clean and very well maintained. The view is amazing and the sunrises were beautiful! Our family very much enjoyed our stay. Great place for a family, away from all the crowds. Definitely recommend!

We had such a great vacation and this condo was just perfect for our crew. The Booking and checking in process was so smooth and the condo was very clean upon arrival. My husband, daughter and Mother visited in April. The condo Is absolutely lovely. The master suite with its ocean front view and balcony access is amazing. The other two bedrooms are well appointed and the kitchen design was perfect for Covid times - we cooked and ate at home almost every meal. You can’t get closer to the beach and there are plenty of places to visit if you want to go out out and eat/drink. Sunrises were amazing and we enjoyed every miment of our time. We couldn’t get the TV to work and personally for me that was perfect because who needs that when you have everything else !!!!

Beautiful property in a great location. Beach is very easily accessible. Condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Only problem we had was that the dishwasher was broken when we arrived, unfortunately, despite communication with the owner, it was never fixed during our stay. I’m sure this is a onetime issue.

Dealing with owner was very easy. We were five adults . All felt comfortable in apartment with room to be together or to have privacy. Great views. Nice kitchen , well furnished. Would happily choose this unit again.
