Newly built houses (February 2011), with a modern style. Located in a quiet area of the Algarve, just 2 km from the town of Olhão (seafood capital of the Algarve) district Faro and the Ria Formosa. Located in an estate of 10,000m2, with a wide view over the estuary (South) and the Serra de S. Miguel (North).
The villas are part of an old wind mill completely rebuilt, which was used to provide access to the first floor of one of the houses, it has a circular terrace where you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view.
The villas have the following divisions:
A1 - Casa Molino (the left side of the photo) - approximately 150 m2
i) On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and dining room (two sofa beds) and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen are south facing, even with a large terrace equipped with tables and chairs.
ii) On 1st floor: 1 suite (double bed), bathroom and closet. A bedroom (3 beds) and a bathroom. The suite provides access to a large terrace and the room has a small balcony.
iii) At the top of the mill, with 40 m2 circular terrace where you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view.
All rooms have piped music in the house.

A kitchen, a living room and dining room with a sofa bed and a bathroom.
Suite (double bed) with bathroom, 1 bedroom (2 beds) and a bathroom. It also has direct access to the terrace in the R / C
