When we arrived at the property on a Wednesday, there wasn’t anybody else there. We did not “check in” as there wasn’t anyone on site. The door was unlocked and key on table. No problem. We actually loved the seclusion. We were very happy with overall time there. Definitely renting a car next time as it’s far from everything. We’ll get one with full size frig next time. 1 bedrooms only has a small frig. I did get bit by sand fleas and am still itching a week later, but know now I should have used more bug spray. That is on a lot of the beaches. Overall we loved our stay. Everything in description was pretty spot on except the restaurant wasn’t open all week. So the bigger frig to buy groceries would have helped. We aren’t big foodies so we were good with whatever.
The paddle boards were very handy to ride. We also could not get a boat to pig island across the way , so we used the kayaks and paddled across to swim and take pictures with the swimming pigs. It worked great. I would not recommend for people who aren’t physically fit or if it is windy. It is a mile across and back. We had an amazing time.

We appreciated to be front of the sea and also the people availability. A lady called Michelle working at the restaurant there , helped us in everything. Also Tory and staff were available in case of need

I booked this property because it said there was a restaurant/ bar open 7 days a week. Also said there were jet ski rentals.
It was also said if you arrived early you could drop your bags. The office was not open once while we were there, restaurant closed the entire time. I didn’t see a single person ever. No jet skis. Communication wasn’t great. Very bare minimum cabin compared to other places and how it looked online.
Secluded beach was nice. Will not be back.

The reason I chose Rolleville was because it was the closest to the swimming pigs island which I wanted to see. There is a company that picks you up from any point on Exuma Island called 4 C's adventure. This is a truly wonderful albeit very expensive tour. I rented a car from Tony Nixon who I found out works for Elvis and Marianne who own the Swimming Pigs resort. The car had a left front wheel that needed shocks according to Elvis, but almost threw me off the road when I hit a crack in the road. The interior was stained, and the windshield wipers were ragged. There is a restaurant at the resort that is open 11-4 pm which is good but there are a million flies around the food. This could be an island issue however. No breakfast within miles, I finally found a restaurant Eva's place, that is about 6 miles away that serves breakfast and opens at 7. There were flies coming out of the sink in the bungalow which in itself is in good condition and has a beautiful beach, probably just needed a good cleaning. The final straw came when I called Tony about the reservation for my pig island tour. He told me the day before it had been cancelled due to "inclement weather". I scrambled to find another tour as that was my main reason for going out there and found 4 C's which was fantastic. I found out from 4C's there was no cancellation for inclement weather. My suggestion stay in town, Peace and Plenty is a good choice as it has it's own restaurant. The sand fleas bite!!

The view from this location was amazing! We stayed in the yellow villa. Our room was just what we expected. The restaurant was not open during the week as this was during their off-season but was on the weekend and was well worth the wait. We had issues with phone service when we got there by fault of our own, but Coke the property caretaker was quick to help us and got in touch with the property owner. Maryanne who sent her son to pick us up and bring us to their restaurant by the airport and arranged for us a rental car. You definitely need to have a rental car, as this resort is on the tip of the island and not within walking distance of places. We usually had the beach to ourselves, which we loved. There were issues with internet but that was all over the island and we lost electricity and water at one point during our stay. But that is a fairly common occurrence according to the islanders as they said that is island life. None of these were really an inconvenience because we were out exploring the island during most of those times. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip. The hospitality of the owners and their staff was above and beyond!!!

The property is set in a beautiful area. The property was very nice and we had a nice sea view from the balcony. The air con was a life saver.
Cali in reception was especially helpful when we had an issue with the power cutting out.
There was a very nice lunch restaurant by the beach, though it wasn’t open every day. We didn’t rent a car and the local shops are about 30 mins away, as are any other restaurants. I think as long as you go in with your eyes open to how rural the location is you are fine. Shoreline restaurant was good for meals when the restaurant on the property was not open. I think if there was one thing that could be improved on is maybe being able to buy basic items from reception.
We had a good boat tour across to the Exuma pigs and we loved the free access to kayaks and paddle boards - we took full advantage of the gentle waves and clear waters.

I LIKED THIS PROPERTY, IT WAS A LITTLE BIT FARTHER AWAY FROM EVERYTHING THAN I WOULD'VE WANTED BUT IT WAS VERY CLEAN. YOU WOULD WANT TO CONSIDER THIS PROPERTY THOUGH BECAUSE IT IS VERY REMOTE AND PRIMITIVE BUT VERY NICE. THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMADATING. I HAVE ALREADY REFERED SOMEONE TO THIS PROPERTY.

We chose this location because of its close proximity to one of the islands with the swimming pigs. It’s just a short boat ride away. It is a remote location so very quiet and beautiful. The houses are new and very comfortable. MARY ANN and Elvis are fantastic hosts! There are no close grocery stores but the hosts have a restaurant right there so no problem with getting meals unless you want to drive into town which is about 20 minutes away. The roads are not great. A car is really not needed. You can get a taxi from the airport. The beaches are beautiful and deserted. Highly recommend!

When we first arrived there was a little confusion with the folks working on the property like they were not expecting us. They called someone and had to be told yes we belonged there and which villa to be put in.
Loved the little villa, however the air conditioner was broken and unable to be repaired. They offered to move us we needed a kitchen so declined. Also luckily wind was quite steady so cracking windows and no bugs was ok. Had it been a different time of the year ..this could have been bad.
Only other thing about this location was you did not want to get in the water lemon sharks everyday close to shore. For us we had rented a car, so hit all the glorious beaches and the beautiful island. Was just perfect! Rent a place with a kitchen. Food not always available. Also WiFi spotty at best...since the cv19 madness had ensued the week we were that was a bit frustrating and because we

I am a Travel Agent of 33 Years. I did my research and Hit the Jack Pot. Perfect Location with the BEST Beaches on the Island. Owners Elvis , Maryann and Family are the Most Welcoming People that I've Ever Met. Villas Overlook the Beach and are Perfectly Clean with Everything Needed. Restaurant and Bar is the Best for Lunch and Dinner So Take Snacks for Breakfast. All Tours and Watersports are Available to Rent to Swim with Pigs which is a 10 Minute Boat Ride. See Starfish, Turtles , Blue Holes and Much More, Right There. You will want to Rent a Car. Be Ready to Drive on the Left with All Controls on the Right. It's a Little Scary Though. We Went ALL over the Island and Found Many Beautiful Spots but Exuma Point Villas is the Bomb. We Will Be Back...❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
