Granite counter tops, terrazzo floors, sweeping views of the mountains, smart TVs in all 5 bedrooms, and seating for 18 inside set a perfect stage for your relaxing vacation.
This estate is also considered “kosher ready” with a kitchen containing 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens. What’s more, the Chabad of Palm Springs is a quick walk away.
Every inch of this property whispers quiet elegance from the grand entrance to the calm ambiance of the outdoor fire pit. Notable architectural elements include a rain shower, matching stainless steel sinks, and an innovative, laminar flow, water spout for the master tub which fills from the ceiling!
The pool area is to die for too; a private walled oasis away from outside eyes featuring chaise loungers, BBQ area, dining options, fire-pit and a Jacuzzi ALL with unobstructed mountain views!
Our Starter Kit to you is designed to get you through your first day only, it may very well get you through 2 or 3 days as many of our guests will attest to, but our design is to get you through your first day before you may need to go to a grocery store.

Your kitchen is fully equipped with pots & pans etc., nearly every utensil you need to use to cook with and cleaning products to clean with.
However, there is only a starter kit in each respective bathroom & kitchen of the following supplies:
o Facial tissues
o Toilet paper
o Liquid Hand soap
o Vanity travel pack soap, shampoo & lotion
o Paper towels
o Dishwashing liquid
o Dishwasher tablets
o Trash bags
o Laundry soap
o Dryer sheets
Parking: All cars must be parked upon the interior circular driveway and within the garage of the property. Street parking is prohibited.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of any advance payments minus a $300 cancellation fee and any processing fees ModMansions incurs.
Between 0 and 59 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refunds will be granted.
No refund will be given for early departures.
However and provided the guest cancels reservation on the original booking platform and ModMansions is able to re-rent this property for the same rate and same dates, then ModMansions has the option and MAY refund the same amount.

You must be 30+ years of age to reserve any home with ModMansions. Guest must provide a copy of a valid government issued photo id.
Rates:
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include a combined 12.5% percent which includes a City of Palm Springs room tax and a TBID Tax Assessment.
Payment Schedule:
An Advance Deposit is due at the time of signing the contract with ModMansions. The balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival at the property. In complex long-term reservation, payment arrangements may be made by contacting us directly.
Utilities - (stays of 28+ days)
If staying in a home, with its own private pool, for 28 nights or more, the guest will be required to pay a utility deposit of $1,000.00 to $2,500.00 depending on the property. This deposit will be used to pay the actual monthly gas and electric bills and copies of the actual bills will be provided to the guest. Should the stay exceed 28 nights and utilities used exceed the utility deposit, the guest agrees to pay an additional deposit to cover the remaining stay. There is no markup by ModMansions on any utilities.

This house is so spacious, clean and they have stoked it with everything you need! The views of the mountains are amazing! They had it all cooled down, pool was warm and the check in was so informative! We never wanted to leave!

Great property, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for a group of five couples. The group loved spending time in the pool and spa, cooking dinners and hanging out. The outside view is beautiful and relaxing. The property is a short ride to anything you need. The owner and property management is very easy to engaged with, quick to reply and support any question or request. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

This gorgeous home has everything you need to make for a true Palm Springs experience. Spacious mid century property in lovely neighborhood with other gorgeous homes. Pick citrus fruit right off the tree! Fully stocked kitchen. Close to downtown and all the sights. David was super informative.

We were a group of nine women, coming for a relaxing and fun extended weekend away to reconnect. The house is absolutely stunning - plenty of space for all of us. Our host David allowed for an early check in since we all arrived at different times which was wonderful. He met us at the house and showed us all of the particulars. He was very responsive via text - we didn't have any needs during our stay, however I have no doubt anything would have been tended to quickly. The pool area was paradise, and the views were spectacular. I will note that this house backs up to a golf course, and the first two mornings, there was a lot of mowing on the course. It didn't bother us, but it was a little noisy. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and easy to walk. I would highly recommend this house for a group looking for a retreat to relax and enjoy Palm Springs!

I can’t begin to find enough superlative words to describe our stay in this beautiful house. It was absolutely perfect and flawless in every way. The house was gorgeous, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could ever need, in the kitchen and throughout the house.The home was impeccably clean, and the owners had considered every need we could possibly come up with. The communication upon our arrival was the best I have ever experienced. We got a 20 minute tour of the property, explaining everything about the home’s systems, such as the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, spa, air conditioning, the list goes on and on. The tour was so thorough that we never once needed to contract our host with questions. The kitchen was an absolute dream, with multiple sets of dishes, glasses, pots, and pans, silverware, serving pieces, and every kitchen appliance I could ever want or need. It was truly a cook’s dream kitchen. The bedrooms were large and beautifully decorated, and the beds were so luxurious and comfortable! I could not find a single thing wrong with this property. I am sure my family will return many times to this beautiful, calm and peaceful oasis.
The large yard and pool area had the most majestic view of the palm trees and mountains. It felt like we were in our own personal oasis. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, with many
beautiful mid century homes, yet very close and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails.

The home is immaculate, and David our host was excellent in welcoming us to the property. We were allowed an early check in and that helped greatly. The house is well appointed and we lacked for nothing. My only suggestion is that the bedroom windows and sliders need blackout shades that can be lowered at night for folks that want to sleep past sunrise. The neighborhood is quiet.

We all had an amazing relaxing holiday. The house was incredible with everything you could ever image for entertaining, cooking and outdoor dining. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the beautiful tranquil view.
The house is beautiful just like photos and well stocked. Loved all the dishes, China and tons of serving pieces for from casual to China. Did I mention 2 dishwashers and 2 washers and 2 dryers. Would highly recommended this beautiful property !

The Betty Grable Estate was exactly as described. From our easy check in through the simple check out, our Ling week end was filled with time making great family memories. The was something fir everyone aged from 3 to 95. The large home and spacious layout gave us room for meals together as well as a puzzle and board game area. We lived the double dishwashers and well appointed kitchen. Each night, we slept well in our comfy beds with super soft sheets. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and we all enjoyed the floats. Thank you Mod Mansions for making us feel at home...we will book again!

We were impressed overall. The small book of rules were off-putting however. David was thorough and affable.
We were disappointed that the home wasn't actually owned and lived in by Betty Grable. She was a visitor to the property.

I can't say enough things about this house or the owners. The owners were gracious and very responsive. They even allowed us to drop our stuff off early and were super accommodating to our schedule. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything you could ever want. The backyard was by far our favorite spot and we spent the entire weekend out there. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town.

This is a great house with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was really nice inside- lots of space for everyone, comfortable beds, and seating for many all around the house. Everything worked beautifully and the owners were very responsive. Overall, a great place to rent for groups.

What a beautiful home! The pictures do not do it justice. Stayed here with eight guests and the home is so spacious. The owner was the most fantastic, accommodating host. Not one thing we’d change or had an issue with! From the awesome view outside to each amazing room inside, we’d stay here every time we visit Palm Springs.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful the property and our host David was. Every aspect of the house and outside were true to the photos that I had seen on the VRBO site. Plenty of space to enjoy within the property and the neighborhood is beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the beautiful view of the mountains.

The only upgrade would be a King bed, instead of Queen, in the Casita.

Casita at the house was a great addition to the girls who wanted more privacy.
Kitchen had everything we needed.
Large ceiling to floor windows and sliding doors to the pool.
Cons:
We wanted some music outside, but according to the noise ordinance at Palm Springs, there is no music outdoors at ALL. Then we found out from locals that because we lived in a more country club setting, they set those rules, but other houses do allow music. So if that is an issue for you, you may want to reconsider. We kept checking the decibels to how low we were speaking and NO music.
We ran out of toilet paper and used tissue napkins, I could have texted David, but we only had one day left.
Gave it a 5 star no matter what, because we loved the house.

This house has everything! It is spacious. comfortable and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the gorgeous neighborhood. The mountain backdrop is the crowning jewel. Our only issue is that the bed in the casitas is not a king as described. All else is a ten!

This property is gorgeous and even more amazing in person. So much space to accommodate everyone. The view of the mountains is incredible and the neighborhood is so peaceful. Just the perfect tranquil getaway. Cleanliness was impeccable and the home was stocked with anything we needed. I will forever remember our stay here and hope to return someday!

Great stay at a very well equipped house. This was the perfect property for 5 families with kids ranging in age from 5 years to 2 months. The sound ordinance is a bit of a bummer and the signs posted throughout the house certainly hammer in the threat of eviction, but aside from that everything was perfect. The welcome kit provided by the home was very generous and the only thing we really needed to provide was trash bags. Great communication with the property managers.

Home was great, very impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. The only small hiccup we had was with check-in, we were told to text or call when we were 40 minutes away which we did a few times but got no response. When we arrived no one was there, and when they did arrive it wasn’t who I was told I’d be meeting or communicating with so was slightly confusing. But it wasn’t a big deal and everything else was great!

We are repeat customers and found the property, once again, to be pretty much as advertised. The “quiet time” rules are pretty excessive in that neighborhood so be prepared to bring everyone indoors by 8pm, but overall a nice rental property for a large group.

We stayed at the Betty Grable estate for my husbands 50th birthday. Perfect layout for five couples. Lots of living space, kitchen totally equipped with everything,, comfortable beds, great pool with AMAZING mountains views! The owners were extremely helpful and communicative. Absolutely wonderful experience! Can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I stayed here this past weekend. We had an amazing time bc the property was perfect for our needs. We mostly hung around the house and pool all day. The house was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and most rooms had in-suite bathrooms which was great for all the ladies in the house. Additionally, the management team was very communicative. They were able to answer questions and accommodate our arrival time really easily. The property is a quick Uber from the city so it was really convenient. We'd definitely stay here again!

If you have a chance to rent this property DO! It is such a cool house, in an amazing neighborhood, conveniently close to town and the owners could not have been nicer! I think our only regret is that we wanted to spend Easter there next year and it's already booked(I can see why) but we are planning on coming back! Thanks for making our family getaway exactly what we hoped for!

The property is perfectly located close enough to town to make it convenient yet far enough away to be tranquil and peaceful. The house has a large backyard with pool with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Hope to return soon.
