About this house rental

CROATAN BEACH-A beautiful, nicely decorated, 3 BR, 2.5 BA house in a semi-private upscale, residential beach neighborhood, available only weekly between Labor Day through Memorial Day, Saturday to Saturday, and weekly and monthly as a winter rental. . Pictures walk you through the third floor deck down to the first floor and front yard. The house is a very short walk to the beach; it is the third house from the beach but somewhat in the middle of the block. To get to the beach you walk about 1/2 block parallel to the beach shore then turn left and walk past three houses and you are at the beach! There are some very limited ocean views from the third floor bedroom and deck.1 car garage and 3 cars sit comfortably in the driveway. Third Floor has Huge Master bedroom with a king-size bed, big walk in closet with plenty of hangers and shelf space, and master bath with sitting area and private deck. Master bath has tub, dual sinks and separate shower. Master bedroom has also a twin size bunk bed. i Second floor is completely open floor plan and houses an expansive kitchen, with a 4 person breakfast table, bar height counter, a half bath, and laundry closet with full size washer, dryer, and above washer cabinets. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances: Double door fridge with icemaker and water and ice dispenser, Bosch dishwasher, GE Profile convection range, with warming drawers, Cosori multi function convection toaster oven (countertop), , regular coffee maker makes single cup as well . Expansive living room with plenty of sitting in a sectional with 2 reclining seats and media console with HDMI port and two 110 V outlets, Dining area off the kitchen, games closet. Extra table near deck door can be used as a computer workstation. Deck off the living room with indoor-outdoor fireplace (non-summer rentals only please) . First floor has two bedrooms , a full bath, a linen's closet, rec room and the foyer. First floor bedroom 1 has a queen bed, while bedroom 2 has a twin single and a twin bunk bed. Additional wall-mount HDTV in the rec room. Each bedroom has a flat panel HD TV. Living room Smart TV has Netflix app. Cable, internet. One car Garage. Private fenced back yard. Plenty of driveway parking. Beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas for summer weeks. Back yard with grill and outdoor shower. House is only 0.9 mile from the boardwalk at 5th street. You can do early morning jogging or bike rides to the boardwalk, yet enjoy the quiet charm of a residential beach for beach hours and the awesome neighborhood in the evening. Very limited street parking, during day hours only, to guarantee your quiet vacation. Virginia Beach Fireworks (4th of July and every summer Sunday) can be enjoyed (very limited view) from the 3rd floor deck , or from the beach, at the Rudee Inlet point. Front porch camera.

Sea Dream Croatan was the perfect place for us! It's close enough to enjoy the Virginia Beach boardwalk, shops, and restaurants, but also super quiet to return to after a busy day. Croatan Beach was clean and not crowded at all. Most pet friendly beach houses have the smell of pets, BUT not this one. The beach was an easy walk. I will recommend that if you drive a vehicle that is low to the ground you may want to use the street parking as the driveway is steep. Enit was an excellent hostess, very helpful and responsive. We will be looking for an opportunity to stay here again!

We booked an emergency Vrbo for our family to deal with the death of my mother. I can't stress enough how incredible it was to have a clean, comfortable, and beautiful place so close to the beach to lay our heads. Grateful to Enit for his accommodations.

Enit’s place was perfect for a vacation for our family. Lots of space for my husband, infant, in-laws, and dog to stay. My infant still wakes up overnight, especially on vacation, and it brought us peace of mind to be on the first floor in a room next to his and two floors away from where my in-laws stayed so that we didn’t have to worry about him waking anyone up. Lots of room to relax on the second floor and on the decks. We made food on the grill 3 nights which worked out great. Very quiet neighborhood, quick walk to the beach and beach is not heavily populated. Enit was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and roomy property. The extra bunks in two of the rooms allow for configurations for specific family needs. There are two big tables in the living room as well for a big dinner gathering or just family games, etc. This would be a great location for a multi-generational family gathering as well due to the extra living room/bathroom/counter at the entry level connected to the two entry level bedrooms. Our kids (11 and 14) love to boogie board and the waves were just right for them. The check-in was seamless. Enit returned every inquiry and communication within hours and checked up on us the first day to make sure we arrived safely. She even sends polite and gentle reminders for trash pick-up, etc. We had a blast! Thank you!!

Great location and access to the beach...we preferred this quieter stretch of beach to the boardwalk area. It was nice to have beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) to use as well as the outdoor shower. Wifi worked well.

Our host was super lovely! The home was clean and met every need we had. Highly recommend.. While we were not there to visit the beach, the home is super close to the beach! We definitely would return when we go to Virginia Beach!

In between homes with just our suitcases, this home had everything we needed for a six week stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and small appliances you'd want to cook your own meals. We especially liked the waffle maker. It was just two of us and our cat, but there are enough beds for a large family reunion. The entire home is very spacious with two large decks. A fireplace in the living room gave our February movie nights a cozy setting. As for location, its proximity to the ocean made for some great runs and walks along the water and in the neighborhood. The owner is friendly and quick to answer any questions. She made our check-in, stay, and check-out all very easy. Highly recommend!

Owners really easy to talk to and helpful with everything. The house was really clean and maintained. Literally a 4 minute walk and you are on the semi private beach. Couldn't ask for a nicer location.

Three families with young children stayed for a week and enjoyed the house, especially the location close to the beach and the many beach and kitchen supplies. The outdoor deck on the middle floor is great for reading and chatting in the shade but is not waterproof. All the kitchen equipment worked well. Owner was very responsive if skeptical that adults would sleep in a twin bed. Internet was solid. Neighborhood was quiet. The beach access point was great because it was pretty calm (late July). My only comment is that the backyard could use a little improvement and the grill probably needs a deep clean.

From the very start, Enit was incredibly friendly, informative and on top of things. The house was super clean when we arrived and was stocked with everything we would need just like at home. Perfect location except for Oceana Naval Air Base flyovers on daily maneuvers. Driveway Construction next door Uncomfortable king size bed Must bring your own linens and towels No hair dryer, had to buy one. Floor conditions, cracked tiles in kitchen and bathrooms, squeaking floors. Refrigerator door in need of repair

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home, it is so close you can hear the waves crashing on the beach when your outside this home. The home was clean and well kept, the owner keeps in contact and makes sure everything is going smooth. We will be returning to this place many more times in the future.

We were there for two weeks in September. The house was very comfortable, well supplied, clean and tidy. Location cannot be beat, a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to the downtown areas. We felt very comfortable there and will be back again soon.

This was our first stay in Virginia Beach and it was just what we needed. The house is large, clean, and very comfortable and the beach is only a block away. Two large decks provide excellent outdoor space. We could see a bit of the ocean from the third floor deck off the enormous master bedroom. Our hosts made everything easy and had left beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart for guests. We definitely recommend this property for anyone.
