Incredible views of the Pacific from this water-front 3BR, 2BA home. A short walk to the beach, including to Asilomar and the PG lighthouse, and with whales visible from the LR and DR windows during whale season, this home will help you feel far away from the world. It can accommodate 6 to 10 people, with a king-sized bed in the master, a queen bed in one bedroom, bunk beds and a day bed in the third bedroom, and a sectional sofa in the family room large (and comfortable) enough to sleep two. The view from this home was amazing! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and all of the beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. The deer in the yard were friendly and so pretty. We were able to listen to the waves and go tide pooling across the street. It was a great family vacation spot for our family of 7.

The view is spectacular in any weather. The furnishings were comfortable (though beds in the kids' room were not great for age 60+ spines). The kitchen was well appointed. Note to self: next time we will bring drinking water and not rely on the tap. I do hope there will be a next time! The waves and clouds and birds are mesmerizing!

Spectacularly clean. A gorgeous home with a view of the ocean and right across the street. A really nice hiking trail along the beach going south for about a mile. Extremely well-stocked kitchen with high end equipment. Beds and blankets were extremely comfortable. Overstuffed furniture was very comfy and made even more cozy by ample extra blankets that were very soft. It was well-heated for us in the winter. Photos are very accurate; a shiny clean and cozy home. Deer wander around the yard sometimes, adding to the delight. Communication with Sharon, the property owner, was excellent. One downside is the home’s shining glory is the beach-facing windows, but they appear very dirty. In fact, they are not dirty. However, there is some film on them which is decaying in a uniform manner such that your gorgeous view is not as it should be. The only other downside is that the deposit was almost twice the cost of the 4-day rental and left me feeling very stressed about having it returned to us simply because the amount was so large. If we find out those front windows have been replaced, we would come back in a heartbeat.

The home was fantastically located next to the ocean front trails. While the interior is a bit dated, it is very kid friendly. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay there again.

Thus property is located directly across the street from the ocean. Beautiful views but foggy most of the time so never got to see a nice sunset. Very well equipped. Thought it could be a little cleaner but not bad. Windows were dirty Si it was hard to enjoy the views from the dining room. Watch for the deer. We had 6-8 visit every morning and evening. Not afraid, we took pictures of them from the front porch.

The fact that we could walk across the road to the beach was amazing enough, but sitting in the dining area with a meal or coffee AND looking out to a spectacular view of the ocean scape was amazing. We had dear visit us in the evening and the home was comfortable and well decorated. The house manager Frank was on the spot when issues arose. 5 star experience all the way.

This home has the most amazing water views! Just step down the driveway and you are at a walking trail along the ocean. So many spots to step down off the trail and into the water. Beach just around the corner (literally). It’s an absolutely amazing place to stay. Minutes from Monterey. There was a family of deer that would come graze on the plants about twice a day every day we were there. What a treat to see for this city girl! The home was well stocked. It was so comfortable and so cozy. We loved the living areas with the views and the cozy fireplace. The check in & check out with the property mgr, Frank, could not have been easier. I would stay here again & again. Absolutely loved our stay!

We loved our stay at this beach house in Pacific Grove. It is in an awesome location in between Monterey and Carmel. The beach view is stunning from the kitchen, as well as the living room. There was plenty of room for everyone. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Our group of four was in Pacific Grove for 3 rounds of golf. We intended to eat out, but each and every morning and evening we sat admiring the beautiful view from the couches. We also walked down and enjoyed the crisp mornings. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Home is across the street from Asilomar. Views are outstanding! Watch the sunset from porch. Home is older but very comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful time. Frank, the property manager, is very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely return!!

Perfect location and the owners/property management were wonderful at communicating all the details about check-in. The home is very charming and has a wonderfully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The location is perfect, close to Monterey and Carmel. Would love to stay again.

We loved our stay at this property! To be able to walk to the beach every morning with our family was our favorite part. We also loved the family of deer that would walk through the side of the home and across the front yard each day. The home was clean with gorgeous views. We spoke with the property manager upon arrival and he was very helpful and informative.

This house was perfect for our friends reunion and the location was perfect! The beach trail and ocean views were just beautiful and we spent mornings watching whales feed and waves crash. The house was really clean and well organized which made for a great base for us to explore the area. Thanks again!

Amazing views and waterfront access. Bathrooms recently remodeled, bedrooms super clean and comfortable. Love the mid century layout and finishes, but the kitchen, furniture, windows and outdoor space are showing their age. Most windows don’t open. Several lightbulbs burnt out and broken, as are a few of the kitchen cupboard doors. With a little TLC, this place could be a stunner, but it’s maybe a little overpriced for its current condition.

The property is right on the ocean so the views are amazing! There are also walking trails up and down the beach. Only a short drive to downtown Pacific Grove and Monterey. The recently remodeled master bathroom makes the room look much larger and brighter. This would be a great place to bring the family as it sleeps 7.

We had a wonderful experiencing at this VRBO. It was toddler friendly and the location cannot be beat. We walked to the beach every morning. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. There were plenty of place settings but no basic cooking supplies like oil, salt or pepper or coffee! The pots and pans were also old and slightly warped. Not a big deal but we had to make multiple runs to the grocery store. Luckily Trader Joe’s and Safeway are a few miles away.

This place was amazing. Loved waking up to see the ocean every day. The sunset on the first night was magnificent. Like our host said, they don’t call it Sunset Dr for nothing. So much to do in the area- or do nothing at all and just watch over the tranquil ocean. I highly recommend this property!

Sand areas in the front yard and even sand toys in the closet so kids can play outside safely while parents drink their coffee!! house is even better in person and we wished we could have stayed longer! loved being able to walk just across the street to the beach. we will be back for sure! Thank you!

This property was perfect for what we needed. A getaway to the coast! It was nicer than the pictures, the appliances have been upgraded, the view was spectacular and the access to the coast could not have been more convenient. An overall excellent stay!
