Came up to blue mountain for a golf weekend. Amazing property to stay at. Great location. Great setup. Very clean.

This was our annual group golf trip, playing at a different local course each day. We were able to dodge around the weather to get in 6 rounds of golf. This was the second time we have stayed at this property. We appreciated and enjoyed the new sliding patio door and new barbecue. We also enjoyed the ice maker and fire pit. All the utensils we needed were in the kitchen, although we did bring our own huge pot for spaghetti. The location is central and within walking distance of the Blue Mountain village with its shops and restaurants. The owner quickly responded to enquiries and was very nice to deal with. We will definitely consider returning for future outings!

The house was perfect for a group of guys away on a golf trip. Hot tub was clean. We enjoyed the facility.

Average, adequate, needs updates, bedroom mattresses need updating, some rooms did not have lamps, cobwebs in the basement bedrooms on ceilings
Kitchen nice, one of the doors was hanging off; shared backyard area not really desirable

The home was clean and true to the pictures. However one thing the listing does not mention that it is NOT a detached home. There is another unit connected to this one , with a common wall & deck . There was a very noisy group at the other unit, they were terribly loud & kept playing music at such high volume that the walls were vibrating.! All of us, including 3 young children, could not sleep & our night was ruined . Here’s the bad part -when we called the security company whose phone number had been mentioned in our check-in email to complain about the noise , they said their contract had expired & they couldn’t help us. At 3 AM in the morning, we had no one to call because the BM cottage rental agency had not updated their communication with the phone number of their CURRENT security agency. We underwent a lot of inconvenience , and finally had to look up & call the Town of the Blue Mountains noise by-law 24/7 number . Our sleepless night negatively impacted our activities for the next day . This experience was extremely frustrating and we are disappointed with the lack of appropriate communication. Couple of other minor things : there were no scissors or wine bottle openers in the kitchen - you’d think these would be basic implements provided in a high-end rental.

This chalet was perfect for our expanding family! Loads of room for everyone, lots of bathrooms, and walking distance to Blue Mountain Village. The hot tub was a fun bonus! Our hosts checked in on us several times during a local power outage and arranged for late check out because the outage at the begin of our stay. It wasn’t their fault at all but their care and generosity was much appreciated! We look forward to a return stay!

Had a very pleasant 2 night stay with family and friends. Bedrooms and living space is very nice. Bathrooms are modern and very clean. Kitchen is great to host a large gathering. Bbq worked great. A couple areas that need to be improved upon would be 1- sliding door to hottub is broken and very difficult to open and close(door needs to be replaced) 2- hottub was clean but lid needs to be replaced as it is broken and not ideal to take on and off. Also hottub really needs to be replaced. It shows its age and wear and tear. Half of the Jets do not work and regulating the temperature is hit and miss.
Overall a lovely place but time to put some of the revenue stream back into maintaining it like it should be. Fix what needs to be fixed and you have a gem.
Cheers!

We had a good time. Would recommend having a tv on main floor. The hot tub jets really didn’t work. The bedding was ok. Tiles where cracked and needed to some help to modernize it but overall was fine

The chalet was very nice in a perfect area close to the village. Plenty of space and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Would highly recommend this stay.

Our stay was great- the property manager was extremely helpful and fast with her response. We had some noisy neighbours that had loud music on all night but it wasn’t a huge deal although we were told that after 10 pm noise levels must be kept down. The property itself is a little out dated and could use some more cleaning and upgrading, (dead bugs laying around, dim lighting in the rooms, the couches had rips in them but other than that everything went great. There is a fire pit and hot tub available but is required to be shared between you and your neighbour- lucky for us our neighbours didn’t have fire wood so we got to use the fire pit both days- otherwise we would have to share it which is a bit of a down fall if you want the fire pit both days. The property is in a great location just a few minutes away from the village. There’s even a volley ball net that was great fun to use. Over all it was a good experience! Thank you to the property manager who provided us we great help.

Overall experiences were great, Open space and multiple rooms. pretty much have everything you need for the kitchen, BBQ in the back. Hot Tub was very relexing, the only downside was that WiFi was a little bit slow. but we all used our phone anyway. I would definitely rent the place again.

Rented this chalet for the North Face Endurance Challenge/November Project Summit in July 2016. Good communication from hosts, who were kind enough to include linens for free. Quick walk to the Village. Would definitely stay again!
