Romantic, bright, airy .. the Sole apartment is located in the family property, with 2 large and bright double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, a large living room with 1 sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, induction plate and microwave, corner with tourist information (brochures and maps), independent entrance and a large sun terrace of 25sqm with a beautiful and relaxing view of the countryside. The rooms are accessible via the terrace. The olive grove / orchard that surrounds the house it is available to guests and it is possible to eat in the garden. The area is very quiet, but only 500 meters from the city center and 1 km from the beaches and the port; a nice playground, basketball court and a large green area with dirt roads for walking and cycling right in front of the property. In front of the entrance gate there is a nice playground and a green area called " Parco del Perlino "where you can take long walks on foot or by bicycle or reach the famous Rocca park, with the ruins of the ancient fortress, the museum and the natural park that will take you to the beaches through paths immersed in the woods and greenery nature of Manerba; if you want you can walk for hours and reach the nearby places, our beautiful beaches and continue the walk on the beach or on the lakefront. Just 500 meters you can find two excellent restaurants; in the center of the village there is the church and a small supermarket, while larger supermarkets are about 1 km away. and they are open every day. In summer there are many parties, festivals and evening markets, both here and in the neighboring countries and with the tourist train you can take the tour of Manerba or move without the car. At about 5 km. Salò is located, with its long (more than 2 km.) lakeside promenade, many shops, 3 large supermarkets (which are open every day from 8 to 19:30). Here every Saturday morning is the weekly market, which is very large and you can find everything; fruit and vegetables, clothes, shoes, etc.
The market in Manerba is every Friday morning, while in July and August there is also the evening market on Tuesday, with music.
Included in the price are: electricity, gas and water consumption, bed linen and towels, air conditioning / heating, Wi-Fi, private parking inside the property .. Upon your arrival you will have the convenience of already finding the toilet paper, kitchen towels, dishwashing liquid.
