My family had a great time at inn of the sea. It’s a fantastic spot with so many things to do. This specific condo is waterfront and has a beautiful view.

Stay was great. Had a nice fire at the fire pit.

The Property was exactly as advertised.
Looking forward to my next stay.

The most peaceful vacation. Very quiet and everyone we met around the complex was so nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return. I would highly recommend this property to others. Dennis the host was very kind as well. The water in the cove was so calm. We had such a nice patio and view of the water. The dock was nice to walk on with a bench at the end to enjoy the view. There were many crabs and starfish and we actually got to see a whale pass by. It was amazing. Didn't want to leave !!

We stayed here for a few days before our son's graduation. Dennis was a great host and gave us some good ideas about outings. The condo is well laid out and had good separation for our kids in the upstairs bedroom. Lovely spot and we enjoyed looking for starfish on the beach at low tide.

the location added in with the amenities makes this accommodation an incredible opportunity

We had a lovely time at Inn of the Sea. Pool and hot tub were wonderful to relax in after a day of hiking and playing around the island. Thank you.

We stayed for a few days and absolutely loved it. Stunning views, spacious and clean accommodations and everything we were hoping for in a relaxing vacation. Dennis was very helpful with all of our questions and provided excellent suggestions for exploring the area. Definitely plan on returning again!

Perfect holiday in a perfect place!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The view was amazing - it was so enjoyable sitting on the porch while the kids caught tiny crabs by the water. We saw bald eagles and a seal there. Everyone around was friendly. We were able to purchase eggs from a farm in the neighborhood. Locally, we went on a whale watching tour (saw orca, seals, sea lions, bald eagles), explored the seashore, hiked at Cathedral Grove, Butchart Gardens (go do afternoon tea!), and Malahat Skywalk. What a wonderful trip, and the weather was beautiful for us.

The best thing about Dennis' place is the fabulous waterfront location. We enjoyed our coffee every morning watching the sea lions, gulls and even whales one day.
The condo itself is very comfortable with great beds and a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our month at Inn of the Sea.

This gem exceeded our expectations. The property is very well groomed and the condo is ocean front. The condo is very spacious with everything you need and full view to the Water. I used the supplied binoculars everyday. We were lucky enough to watch whales on 3 different occasions. Easy checkin and checkout. We loved it!

We loved it here beautiful view, and lovely clean place. All the amenities that you need.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property! Watching the Sealions and Bald Eagles from the living room over morning coffee was a highlight! Very clean amenity filled property! The host was excellent to work with. He went out of his way to help us when our flights had cancelations and I couldn't be happier about the overall eperience!

I was really impressed by the size of the property, a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and a very caring host. I had a great vacation even in the off-season

This unit is direct waterfront, lower level. Great views from the private patio. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again !

We spent a few lovely quiet days at Inn of the Sea, very restful. Enjoyed dinner at Mahle House, lunch in the garden at the Crow & Gate; also walking in Roberts Memorial Park & Yellow Point Park, and on community trails above Ladysmith.

Beautiful property and excellent communication with the property manager:)

We stayed for 3 nights. Enjoyed the wonderful view and had a great time exploring the area. Condo was quiet, stocked with everything we needed, we enjoyed the pool and the neighbours were very friendly. Dennis was a terrific host and we hope to return soon!

Had a great 5 night stay at Dennis's condo in late March 2022. The location is a bit out of the way of the city but really not that far from the city and other amenities-maybe a 10 -15 minute drive. There is a community grocery, liquor store, pubs (Crow&Gate and Wheatsheaf are 19+only) and restaurant that are closer if you really didn't want to go into the city. It is so quiet and peaceful but with it being a shoulder season, there was not alot of people around - likely be more busy and noisy in the height of summer!!
One of the best things was sitting on the patio with our morning coffee, looking out onto the ocean and watching the world wake up. We saw seals and porpoises in the bay and some people who came to scuba!. The suite on the third floor has hummingbird feeders and they would zip and fly around from the big tree down by the water and around the patio,
The condo itself is a bit dated and could use a refresh but it has everything you need. Our 12 year old loved the suite upstairs with his own bedroom, bathroom, TV and balcony. Beds are comfortable as is the furniture in the living room.
Dennis had a quick check in the evening we arrived and was quick to respond to questions via email during the week.
There are walking trails nearby and lots to explore. The road has no shoulder so need to be cautious walking. We even did an ocean kayaking tour with Island Romer Adventures and had such a great time.
The hot tub was closed for a short time but reopened while we were there - there are key card swipes in the condo to get into the pool area. The pool was 'open' but not heated so quite chilly. We didn't venture into the pool but there were some younger kids there who braved it!
There is no beach but a rocky shoreline that you can walk down and around at low tide -it can be a bit slick so wear proper shoes. Lots of shells, etc to look at and collect.
Overall had a lovely stay - really nice area to get away from the hustle of city life.

The location is waterfront with beautiful harbor view. The town home is cozy but a bit old. There’s no dishwasher and the temperature of the hot tub is pretty low, lure warm water.

Very beautiful property, it looked good in the pictures but even better in person!

We really enjoyed our stay as it was all we expected. Dennis is an excellent host and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his condo.

Our family of 4 had a great time here. Great space with spectacular view overlooking the ocean, everything in the kitchen was clean and well organized we even roasted the turkey on the Christmas Eve and the hot tub is the bonus.
4.8
We loved our time in this peaceful waterfront townhouse with spectacular views and great birdwatching (loons, sharp shinned hawk, Anna's hummingbirds, rufous-sided towhees and lots more). And Dennis was a delightful, welcoming host. We'll be back!

This was our first stay at the Inn of the Sea, but it won't be our last. The views of the water are stunning. What could be better than sitting on your patio watching the sealife, listening to the water lapping against the shore?
Dennis is a very good host. He provided all the information we needed to get in, settled, and to explore the area.
Thankyou, Dennis.

Very decent size and fairly clean. Enjoyed the stay for a few nights. Location is right on the water and the his unit is facing the water which is big plus and amazing views. Spouse liked it although she found the furniture a bit dated like the couch and upstairs mattress were a bit worn out but mostly bathrooms were remodelled which as great! Bunk bed was good. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it looked good as well

Great host, fantastic location and super property. 2nd summer staying in this well manicured complex. Pool is a huge bonus for the children.
4.8
Great space with a spectacular view overlooking ocean. The outdoor pool was an added bonus. Dinners al fresco were divine on the patio. Beds were very comfortable and with the fresh sea air we slept really well. Kitchen was well-equipped. For larger parties, a dishwasher would have been helpful, but we managed without. The host, Dennis, was attentive without being intrusive. Our grandchildren loved the resort. It was a great place for us to be together.

Comfortable with lovely ocean view, enjoyed the comfortable chairs by the fireside and the gorgeous sunrise

Beautiful place, very comfortable

We enjoyed this condo with its view of the ocean, but wished there were more walking areas directly from the property. Yellow Point Rd has no shoulders, so you have to be careful walking along the road. The beach is only walkable at low tide & is rocky & short. There are some good trails nearby, but you need to drive to them.

Yearly R&R with dear girlfriend. 26 yrs and counting. Dennis and Marcias property fit the bill for this more than perfectly.

This particular property owner rents out top and bottom, so for a family of 4 (all adults), it worked very well. The two bathrooms made our stay much more comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean and loved Blue Heron Park a short walk down the road. The owner was very helpful and available to be of assistance despite not living close by. Very comfortable beds and kitchen stocked with most conveniences. We would definitely come back to stay here another time! Kathleen
