Villa 10 is a two-story building with magnificent interiors that can welcome 10 guests. With advance booking, it is possible for guests to arrive via a special car pick-up service at the airport or by helicopter.
The villa is designed to tastefully satisfy all your wants and needs: private SPA center with Turkish bath, whirlpool, shower with chromotherapy, and treatment room; heated swimming pool with solarium on the roof; terraces with magnificent views in every room; spacious veranda for dining / special occasions; and a fully equipped kitchen with a personal Italian cook on request. Villa 10 provides private parking, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV with satellite, computer with WI-FI, and radio alarm clock; bathrobes and hairdryers; and daily housekeeping. It is disabled friendly and (on request) pet friendly.
Villa 10 also offers their guests special services on request: private tours on a luxurious yacht around the marvelous sights of Sorrento, Capri, Ischia, Positano, and Amalfi; a shopping guide to Sorrento boutiques; cooking and singing classes; a personal trainer. It comprises four cozy rooms (which can only be booked together), spa, garden, and heated pool overlooking the Gulf of Naples. Less than 15 minutes from the beach, an exciting vacation in a splendid setting awaits you on the hills of Sorrento. Pamper yourself in this luxurious home while enjoying all the services of a hotel. Complete with a well-equipped kitchen and every comfort, elegant furnishings and rooms with spectacular views, Villa 10 is designed to offer the utmost in hospitality and living standards.
Besides providing a privileged, exclusive view of the Gulf of Naples, Villa 10 is situated near Capri, Ischia, Positano and Amalfi, the gems of the Tyrrhenian sea. It is an ideal home base for trips to Vesuvius, the excavations in Pompeii, and the city of Naples, all within a one-hour car ride. The rooms (3 master bedrooms and 1 double) come with personalized air conditioning and heating, flat screen TV with satellite channels, terrace with view, and radio alarm clock; each is complete with a splendid bathroom and large shower, bathrobe, hairdryer and beauty kit.Villa 10 staff is at your service.
INTERIOR DETAILS The villa is divided onto two floors. The main entrance, facing the sea, gives access directly into the spacious living room which has French doors, a fireplace, and satellite LCD TV. On the left hand side of the main entrance there is the dining room, the kitchen equipped with all modern electrical appliances, and a store room. Through the living room you can access the spa area which is equipped with Turkish bath, small hydro massage swimming pool, shower with chromo-therapy, and a service bathroom. On the ground floor there is an additional service bathroom and a laundry room. An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where there are three double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms are equipped with satellite LCD TV. The entire property is fitted with air conditioning, and there is access to the swimming pool from both floors. One of the bedrooms is suitable for the disabled.
EXTERNAL DETAILS The park surrounding the villa is on several levels. The front garden is lawn; the back garden is maquis, a characteristic Mediterranean coastal vegetation consisting of hardy evergreens and small trees, where guests may go for pleasant walks immersed in natural beauty. The various terraces are equipped with benches, table and chairs. The swimming pool, situated on the first floor terrace, has a splendid panoramic view. Irregularly shaped, it measures about 30 m², with a maximum depth of 1.20 m. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Next to the pool there is a bar with an ice maker, a wardrobe, a service bathroom and external shower.
