The crown jewel of ocean front properties at Wrightsville Beach, the Broadfoot home provides an exceptional balance of luxury and spacious comfort for your beach getaway. An ideal setting for family reunions, the 5500+ square foot home, which accommodates up to 30 guests, features 8 bedrooms, 7 full baths and 2 powder rooms. The heart of the home is the expansive great room on the 2nd floor which overlooks the ocean and pool. A well appointment gourmet kitchen with double refrigerators and dishwashers is open to two large dining areas, and spacious living area, all of which are elegantly furnished. Adjacent to the great room is a large porch, ideal for outdoor dining and cocktails. On the same floor is an office and two bedrooms (double/single in one and 2 queens in another) with ensuite baths, one of which is handicap accessible.
The ground floor consists of foyer with elevator that services the 1st and 2nd story, a commercial grade ice maker, and plenty of covered and uncovered parking for up to 8 cars/trucks. The first residential floor features 2 spacious master suites, each with whirlpool tubs and walk in showers. Additionally, the master suites open to a deep private porch which overlooks the pool and grounds. On the same floor are 2 more bedrooms (two queens in one, 2 doubles in the other) with ensuite baths. A large laundry room with double washer and dryers is also on this floor. The top floor of the home is an exceptional space for children. Two bunk rooms, each with bunk beds and a single bed and trundle bed, share a full bath. A cozy TV room, pool table and wet bar are thoughtful additions to this level. The outdoor elements of the Broadfoot home set it above the rest. In addition to the exceptional ocean front location with private walkway to the beach and outdoor shower, the property includes a resort style pool and hot tub surrounded by lounge chairs. The pool can be heated in the cooler months of late April/May and October/early November. A 2nd enclosed outdoor shower is located under the house as is a ping pong table and bins filled with pool and beach toys. WIFI, a smart entertainment system with outdoor speakers, 500 count pima cotton linens, beach towels, two wet bars, and lush landscaping are all included amenities. Located within walking distance of many of the restaurants, bars and shops of the idyllic little town of Wrightsville Beach, the Broadfoot house is truly a one of kind property.

We had an amazing time in Wrightsville Beach, and this house was perfect for our large family. The house was very well appointed and had plenty of great cookware, utensils, and accessories. The pool was great to have as well, and the property is beachfront so it's easy to get to the water quickly. We were also just a short 7–8-minute walk from downtown Wrightsville, so it was super convenient. Our host Virginia was very responsive to any requests or emails that we had about the property and while we were there. A top-notch property and we will definitely look at staying here again.

As expected, this house was fantastic. Plenty of room for a big group to be comfortable. Great location and beautiful beach. Things about it that were not necessarily on the listing: Positives * The outdoor decks are great! * The pool and hot tub were heated. Many properties will not heat them or charge you more. Here it was included. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING. Very clean and we really enjoyed them. * Having two dishwashers, refrigerators, and two washers/dryers was very helpful. * elevator was very helpful for the grandparents and for groceries! Negatives * Note that the property only includes 8 pool/beach towels. Clearly you will have more people there so you will need to bring extras. * The kitchen really does not have enough appointments to adequately serve a house-full. We had to use a LOT of paper plates. No small spoons in stock (?) The pots and pans were gross and very scratched and cheap. For this price, it was a disappointment. * No filtered water in the house. The fridges did not have water dispensers and the water filter under the sink was not attached. Hopefully that will be resolved as we did bring it up. * The grill was a dirty, greasy mess. We used it and there was plenty of propane; but it smoked like crazy when we we heated it up.

This house was everything and more! The direct beach front access, pool, hot tub, and plenty of parking for our guests was just amazing. The host was incredibly communicative, kind, and easy to work with! We had plenty of space and everything clean and tidy. Would recommend it 10 times over to anyone. It’s a must stay!!

We had an amazing stay at this house! It easily accommodated give families and two Grandmas. It was very clean, well stocked, has a great layout and really anticipates what large groups will need. Walk to the beach was shorter than it appeared in the picture and the path was well maintained. The third floor deck gives you a Birds Eye view of the beach, sunrise and the lightening and thunder storms and is such fun. Virginia was great to work with and we hope to come back!

This was a great rental house! Location doesn’t get any better for Wrightsville. Short walk to the main shops and restaurants on Wrightsville. Very nice house in great shape and pool and hot tub are awesome. We had a group of 20 and had plenty of space and a few spare beds and bedroom. Would definitely rent this house again with a large group.

The house couldn't have been more perfect for our long overdue family reunion. Everything was wonderful . Can't wait to go back again. My dad loved the place so much he wanted to move in! My brother who lives in Southern California felt the same way. Can't say enough how wonderful it was. 6 5 Starts !

11 adult family members. Enough bedrooms, baths, room for dinners together, plus relaxing, get-away house space, beach & pool chairs, available activities, enough togetherness and space for privacy or solitude. All expressed gratitude for the opportunity, beautiful and comfortable accommodations, seating and bedding and BEDS. Quality linens, every kitchen necessity for a family of excellent cooks. Double refrigerators and dishwashers were a true bonus!! We were tail end of the season and understand that a few off-season chores haven’t been handled, yet. So, 99% of what we expected was met. Each person loved his/her stay and as my husband says “No one got sore!” Highest praise!!

We finally gathered our family of 4 adult children and their spouses (along with our 3 young granddaughters) for a long awaited family vacation. The house was PERFECT for the 13 of us. So comfortable and such a great wide open main floor plan for us all to congregate and just "BE" together. we spent the days on the beach and in the pool. short walk to food/drink and ice cream (every day)..Some of our children had to "WFH" a few day and they all found quiet spaces to do their work. We will most definitely be back....hopefully as soon as next summer. Clean, comfortable, Convenient , and just a Great Stay

My family, along with our extended family stayed here for my sisters wedding. The house was perfect with good size bedrooms, plenty of king and queen beds for couples with a bathroom in each bedroom, an entire floor great for kids. We loved the main floor living and how open it was. It was a great gathering space for all of us. The floor plan was perfect for a large crowd- we had plenty of space to all be together yet, there was plenty of places to go if we wanted to have our own space. The pool/hot tub was wonderful and of course being on the beautiful beach was a great treat! We never wanted to leave the house! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home and a great location! Our family and guests all had a great time. The pool and hot tub were so nice after the beach. The covered deck was a great reading nook. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was a dream. We really had a great time!!!

Myself and 11 others stayed at this amazing property for 3 nights and were completely blown away by the accommodations. We were in town for a wedding at Wrightsville Manor. Beachfront property with all the amenities for entertaining. Beautiful pool spacious rooms, great common area for entertaining as well. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. Check in & checkout were seamless. Hope to get back there again!

Our family was able to salvage a bit of this wacky year by connecting at this beautifully spacious home on the beach for Christmas! The house is absolutely gorgeous- it’s well appointed, tastefully decorated and very clean. The photos were a perfect representation and Virginia was available for any questions we may have had. Loved it- hope to be back very soon.
