Opened in July 2019, Cubo's Finca El Balcón de las Lomas will provide you with accommodation with high quality furniture and facilities that will make your stay comfortable.
Its location, located on a hill, will provide you with extra privacy that very few accommodations can provide, completely fenced, the plot has high walls so the only adjacent house it has is completely isolated from this accommodation. As soon as you enter with your vehicle you will be able to appreciate the extensive parking area that the accommodation has, with plenty of room for the little ones to play ball or run without any problem of getting lost. Remember that the plot is fenced.
The exteriors are divided into three areas. One of them is the porch with a summer kitchen. In this area of about 40 square meters that precedes the entrance to the accommodation, you can enjoy a pleasant rest in the shade or have lunch with the family. The outdoor furniture is of high quality, comfortable and comfortable. The summer kitchen is equipped with a comfortable hob, a modern gas barbecue and a two-burner gas burner. It has a sink and everything you need so you can enjoy a great family lunch.
You can also have lunch what you prepare on the barbecue in the wonderful wooden pergola that shelters a hardwood table that will make your lunches unforgettable. Remember that at any point outside the accommodation you will always have control over the little ones in the house.

The living room with comfortable furniture and television is dominated by a high-quality fireplace, which on the coldest nights will help you warm up the atmosphere and enjoy a night of family television.
On the lower floor you will also find 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a double bed. All rooms have windows to the outside, which are consequently very bright and cozy. Each of them has air conditioning that will allow you to regulate the temperature of each room.
The upper floor, with an attic structure, has two bedrooms with two single beds each and a small living room with television and a sofa bed. This area will be the one that houses the two extra places in the accommodation.
Mention that the accommodation has sophisticated WIFI equipment, one for inside the accommodation and another for the outside area.
Pool and exterior maintenance will be required, the traveler will be notified to specify the date and time during their stay.
The accommodation has 1 crib and 1 high chair within the rate. Always at the request of the traveler..Of the two bathrooms, one is located in the outdoor barbecue area.
In the outdoor area there is also the laundry room, which has a washing machine and dryer.

We had a wonderful stay, there is lots of outdoor space, there is a lovely view and it has absolutely everything you could need. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.

A fantastic property with the most amazing views. The property is away from the main road and secluded from neighbours. The owners and management were great.Great facilities. The kids loved the upstairs bedrooms and seating area. Would revisit if staying in the area again.

We spent a week in this beautifull property with the whole family, age ranging from 4 months to 79 years. Everyone had fun. We cooked all meals in the outdoor kitchen and spend time all day long together or sometimes in small groups on the property. Thanks to the steps into the pool, the small children could go into the swimming pool - supervised, but on their own. All bedrooms were spacious with enough room for a baby bed. One bathroom is outside of the building, but it was no problem at all. Everything was very clean and there is a breathtaking view from the house and garden.
You absolutely need a car and the gravel road to the house are very narrow. It can only be found with a Google maps link, since there is no real adress. We arrived with a rented transfer bus with trailer for the luggage and luckily the driver was very experienced. The ceilings in the rooms on the 1st floor are very low. They are best suited for half-sized children and not for adults. Waste must be disposed by yourself, there are containers at a rest area not far from the house. It had been nice with information about that in the house.

Plenty of space for the 6 of us and lots of thoughtful little extras. Everything clean and tidy, excellent wifi for the kids and Netflix - they were in heaven. Pool beautiful in the evening and many an hour looking out across the valley.
