● This home has a heated inground pool.
Our pool operates for about 8 hours a day, with the heater set to 86 °F (ca. 30 °C). During the winter, we kindly ask that the pool cover be used at night to conserve energy, as running the heater overnight is inefficient. If you’d like the pool heated longer or warmer, there is an additional fee of $20/day. We can't guarantee reaching or maintaining the target temperature.
● Note about heat pumps: Pool heat pumps typically operate effectively in outdoor temperatures above 45°-50° Fahrenheit (7°-10° Celsius). Below these temperatures, their efficiency may decrease, and they might struggle to heat the pool efficiently.
Cleaning:
● The pool is maintained by a professional pool company once a week. Please keep the screen doors unlocked during the days.
● Note about cleaning: We do not know the day of service and do not service the pool before every guest's arrival. Hence, if your check-in falls shortly before this cleaning day, and we hosted previous guests, the pool might not be as pristine as after a service, but is still safe and usable.

Garbage:
● Garbage collection occurs once a week. We kindly ask guests to place the bins by the road the day before pickup.

We loved our holiday stay here. The pool was warm and welcoming. The kitchen was great to cook in. And there was plenty of room to spread out and relax.
The house was very accommodating, especially for our infant.

It was a nice home but not so sure about the area.
It wouldn’t cool very well with strict stimulations on AC controls. Even with the warm temperatures the AC fan ran all night outside the master making it very difficult to sleep. Which is strange considering we couldn’t go below 74 and it was in the 80s on our trip.
The house was clean and the pool area was very nice. Hard to have more than 4 adults however because not much living space to sit.
Overall nice house but the AC issue really made it difficult.

As soon as I pull into the driveway I felt The love and the security.When you open the front door the home welcomes you inside.. The details decorations not too much very comfortable Very nice setting. Our little yorkie Bear Enjoyed himself also.

Clean, quiet, close to grocery store and other shopping.. Loved the pool. Were here for a funeral and needed to be close to family. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we drove into the driveway, 111 Sebring Cr felt special to us. From the palm show-tree in the front yard, to the high ceilings and inside entranceway looking through the house to the back yard pool, the house sparkles with class, cleanliness and excellent taste. Beautiful tiled floors, sophisticated wall hangings/pics, clean, sharp angles and an enclosed pool/patio area where we spent much of our time swimming, relaxing and viewing the many species of birds, turtles and fish in the channel running behind the house. A big, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, three bedrooms and three baths, even a garage that we used to park our car at night. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people, Lehigh Acres is a bit off the beaten track, but if you're looking for quiet comfort and still within striking distance of Fort Myers, this is a lovely choice. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and his two business partners only stayed two nights and didn’t cook or anything but they said the place was very nice and clean. My husband went swimming in the pool which was perfect. The beds were fine also. Work perfect for their business meeting.

The back yard is bordered by a little, clear canal where we could watch turtles, gar fish, and oscars swim by. Check in and check out we’re contactless and there’s a notebook on the kitchen counter that tells everything you need to know about the home and has information about restaurants and things to do. We would love to stay again!

We had a really great time and the house was amazing only downfall we had a little bit of trouble with the refrigerator freezing but I didn’t want to trouble the manager all in all it was absolutely amazing

This is by far the best house we stayed at in Lehigh Acres. Great pool just outside of the patio doors was the best. Also a bathroom for every bedroom is great for a large family.

We had a very nice vacation in Lehigh.
Andrea, the property manager, was great to work with. The dishwasher and gas grill developed problems during our stay. She had the dishwasher repaired immediately and brought a new gas grill within a day. Her communication and follow through was great.
The home is spacious. The pool area was large and felt private based on the distance to neighboring homes. The home is a few blocks off Joel Blvd with great access to all the stores and restaurants in Lehigh. The home is situated in a developed residential neighborhood. A great place for long walks with the dog in the morning. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

This property is spacious with three bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms, albeit one of the bathrooms is small. The kitchen is very nice and well-equipped. There lots of bath and beach towels. We loved the pool because it had a "deep" end that was about 6 feet and also because it is electric-heated rather than solar heated and is 86 degrees.
The location allowed us to visit Manatee Park, "Ding" Darling Nature Preserve on Sanibel Island (both highly recommended), Estero Island for parasailing, and the Shark Valley tram ride in the Everglades National Park (highly recommended and about a 2 hour drive away) but not be in the midst of the tourist traffic.
We enjoyed nearby "Joe's Cafe" for breakfast but ate most of our meals in the house. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. A great blue heron visited the yard a few of the mornings during our stay. The front yard palm trees, huge hibiscus bush and lime tree let us know were were in Florida

Our party consisted of three senior golfers playing in a national tournament at a nearby golf course. First let me say that the house was large and well appointed. The problem with the house was the property manager and the neglected basic maintenance of the house. Upon arriving we saw a large roach in the hall bathroom. The sink in this bathroom didn’t have a stopper so it was impossible to fill the bowl with water. Looking under the sink we found a bucket collecting water from a leak in the plumbing. The bucket was about to overflow so we emptied it in the sink. The tv remote in the main room was corroded so badly that it was inoperable. In addition, the ice maker was inoperable. I rent about 15-20 homes/condos each year and whenever an ice maker was inoperable the property manager either left trays to make ice or left a bag of ice. When I texted the property manager about the ice maker her response without any apology was “please understand I do not have the time to buy an ice tray and bring it to you. They sell ice in every supermarket and gas station ...I would recommend getting one or two”. In summary, I would never recommend this house to any vacation renter as long as the current property manager was in charge of the house.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as it stated in the description. Beds were comfortable. Just had an issue with the ice maker. It wasn’t working and we found iced formed around the outside and water leaked out the bottom. The only other issue was the lanai had a bit of spiderwebs. Otherwise the location and house was just right for us.
