Everything as advertised. The quality of these beach houses is usually on the stuff that's hard to qualify on the listings. This is clearly a rental group that has a highly attentive handle on the details. The house is clean and well stocked with quality appliances and kitchen gear. The internet is great and covered the house well. I really liked the beverage and game area to stage our wine and refreshments.

This house was Beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly.
The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. I bring my favorites with me because I have been disappointed in the past, but not here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. We hosted our growing family of 9 adults and a baby and the house had plenty of room, comfortable beds, a separate bar / icemaker area where one of our sons created many delicious concoctions! We cooked every morning and night (we brought our own instant pot and waffle maker ), and played games at the huge kitchen table. The water pressure in the master was phenomenal!! We rented bikes and some of us would ride to the beach (5 min ) while a couple of the guys pulled the wagon for the 10 minute walk. The house AC worked perfectly, and the extra beach towels were appreciated. Hard to leave Kiawah. Thanks for the memories!

We rented green winged teal for an extended family vacation. There were 8 adults and 4 kids ranging from age 1 to 90 and the space worked perfectly! Plenty of bedrooms and a big enough kitchen/dining/living space for all of us to hang out. The house was kid friendly, we appreciated that we didn’t have to hide or move too many breakables! We loved being able to walk to the beach and that Freshfields was only a 5 minute ride away. We had one issue with the microwave and got an immediate reply on how to fix it! The only downside was that it was hard to bathe the babies in the upstairs tub because it has a glass door. But we had an awesome time and would definitely rent here again!

We had a fabulous experience at this house! The house had everything we needed to make us comfortable for the week. The location was close to the beach and very walkable to The Nest and The Sanctuary. The kitchen was well-stocked allowing us to prepare meals at home. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t be more pleased. Only concern was a “noise detection” text received - our chatter may have been “spirited” but there’s no way we bothered any neighbors. Gave me some privacy concerns!

House was massive and beautiful, just as shown on the listing! Perfect for our group, and Stephen left us a kind welcome gift and was super helpful the whole weekend. However, there must have been some sound machine in the house that captured a lot of our talking at night. We had multiple automated text messages saying our noise decibels were too high, but nothing was able to be heard outside of the home.

This property was the perfect place for our extended family to spend the Forth of July week! It is spacious, well located, clean and modern. It was nice to have several spaces for people to congregate. The beach equipment was an added bonus. We had an issue with the AC and they responded quickly and professionally. We love kiawah island and this property just made us love it more! Recommend highly.

Our whole family vacation was very quiet and peaceful this year. The home was beautiful and surrounded by trees which meant shady and quiet. Nice walk to the beach that wasn't loud and over crowed. We enjoyed the week and would consider returning again.

We had the BEST trip to kiawah and loved Green Winged Teal. The house was immaculate- clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful and had a variety of pots and pans and kitchen gadgets that made cooking easier. There were a couple of barstools and the dining table was close by so everybody could hang out. The sectional in the den was so comfortable and also provided plenty of space for the group. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious very very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this house to a group of adults, or even an adult family with grandchildren. It truly was perfect!

Everyone in our family (ages 11 to 74) enjoyed staying at this beautiful home during Thanksgiving week. It is spacious yet cozy and the billiard table was a big hit. We could comfortably congregate (especially in the kitchen) but could also easily enjoy alone time within the home or on a walk on the beach. The owners were accommodating and readily available by phone or text.

Truly excellent home in every way! The home is enormous- 6 large bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, 2 large separate living areas, sun room, dining room with table for 10, laundry room with workstation with printer, large kitchen, and bar. Everything is immaculately clean and well maintained.
The kitchen is very well equipped and perfectly clean. All high end appliances. Kitchen does not have any food items (like spices or condiments) but does have nice set of starter supplies like paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher packets.
Laundry has large high end washer and dryer. Starter set of laundry pods is available. 6 beach towels available so bring more if needed.
All baths are beautifully appointed and extremely clean. Each has bar of soap, small shampoo and body wash. Bath and hand towels included.
Storage area on ground level with exterior access. Limited beach equipment which likely changes over the course of the year.
Great location- easy walk to the beach.
Management company was extremely well organized with excellent communication at every stage of the trip. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine, local cookies, and a hand written note- nice touch!

We just returned from a vacation at Green Winged Teal with our children and grandchildren. We loved the beautiful and spacious home! Six adults and three small children happily coexisted in the many bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the multiple sitting areas. The biggest hit was the game table in the bar area. We were concerned about the walk to the beach with toddlers but it was only a half mile and we all managed just fine. We look forward to coming back!

What a splendid stay at Green Winged Teal! The house is lovely and within a short walk/bike ride to the beach. Stylish yet comfortable furnishings, a well appointed kitchen, abundant amenities, comfortable beds and a great pool table. Excellent communication and customer service for check in and the house is in great condition, very clean, etc. We will definitely have Green Winged Teal on our list for future visits to Kiawah!
