It’s a very good looking location with ample space. The house was exactly what we needed for this trip to Treasure Lake. There are some minor repairs that need fixed… step to basement is loose, bedroom door was off bottom hinge and the deck has a hole in it. The one railing is very loose. Cleaning crew missed a bunch of stuff etc. I would stay here again because as a rental nothing is going to be perfect especially when you have people renting every single day.

The property is located across from the lake, beach and playground which is nice for children. The only downside of the stay was trying to get the provided kayaks to the lake. It took three of us to get them across the road, parking lot and into the lake. It is very nice that the kayaks are provided for guests' use but maybe a small pull-a-long kayak trailer would be nice to help maneuver them to the lake.

bathrooms towels are so messed up . lack of communication and customer care very poor

The house was just as described and had plenty of space for our group of 10. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the deck and the hot tub. We ended up driving to Bimini Beach most of the week due to the condition of the beach across the street, but the lake there was beautiful. We had a great time.
4.8
Home was nice and convenient to beach area. We carried provided kayaks over to water. This was alittle difficult but manageable. Fire pit very nice and this property has a great yard. Also loved the porch where we had morning tea looking over at lake area.
Only complaint I have is place could be cleaner. Wished there were cleaning supplies available to wipe things off. I did wipe out the fridge & lazy Susan cabinet using dish soap. Also went to Walmart to buy towels as ones provided weren’t in the best shape.
Overall we had a nice time & would rent again.

Clean, comfortable property. Great host. Perfect for families!

We came down from Erie. Our oldest daughter and grandson came in from Toledo, OH. Other daughter came in from Phoenixville, PA. Perfect meeting place for the families. Had a GREAT time.

Celebrated Papa's 80th birthday with kids/grandkids. House was perfect - played games, had campfire, etc. House was clean and met all our needs.

My family and I (7 people) came up from Va. To attend and celebrate my middle son's Penn State graduation. The home was a little over an hour away from State College which was great. The home was beautiful and communication with property manager was easy. We had a great time even though it rained all weekend. We were still able to enjoy some of what Treasure Lake offered us.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The weather was a little chilly, but that gave us a reason to sit by the firepit and make mountain pies and smores. We would like to return during the summer months, if possible! Great location. There were a few minor issues that i emailed to the property manager, but did not get a reply. The rail on the deck was not sturdy in one spot and I wanted to bring that to their attention! All in all, a great house and location! It was a wonderful weekend!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at The Beach House! The house was very clean and well-equipped for our stay. The hot tub and fire pit were great! The host was very responsive with any questions we had prior to our stay.
One suggestion, on the listing perhaps the bunk beds should be listed to accommodate kids only. The bunks are quite small and very hard to access by an adult. Overall, our group would highly recommend this house to groups visiting Treasure Lake.

Great long weekend at treasure lake! House was as described and fit our 2 families (10 total) nicely! Good access point to public area across the street. Also enjoyed hot tub! Would stay again

We loved this stay so much! The house was set up perfectly for the three families that went to celebrate a birthday. The firepit area was awesome, had 4 great chairs and overlooked the lake (didn't see it in the listing pics). The hot tub was super clean and spacious. The appliances worked well and the kitchen was well stocked. The walkability to the playground and beach was so awesome. Wish we stayed in July vs. March!! Such a cute little place. We'll be back!

Nice and clean property.

The house was beautiful, very clean, well stocked, and exceeded our expectations! The view from the upper loft was beautiful. The hot tub was a fun bonus! The kids enjoyed the basement game room. No complaints! Only great memories!

We love this house for a winter bday getaway. It’s been our third year and we are always happy with our stay. From the hot tub, pool table to the firepit, there’s plenty of fun for all and a beautiful view of the lake to kick back and relax. We can’t wait to do it again next year!

Easy check in--Was as described -Clean - No issues. Would go back again

We came to see Punxsutawney Phil. This is mostly a summer rental. The host did provide kayak and all the summer fun stuff. But a winter stay provided peace and relaxation

The home was perfect. Enjoyed the hot tub, a few movies, snacks and drinks with girlfriends
4.8
Very clean, beautiful view of the lake, couldn't ask for better location, quick access to main gate and back gate, hot tub worked very well, lay out of house was done nicely. CONS; very low water pressure. Hard to shower and wash shampoo out of hair. Steps from kitchen need the door put back on. Or a swinging permanent baby gate. Very easily for someone or a pet to fall down. Chair in living room was dirty and legs are breaking, so next chubby person or crazy kid to sit on it is going to get hurt. But would absolutely recommend this house. It is beautiful. I still give it 5* even with the water pressure

Enjoyed our stay with 6 grandkids. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything except sharp knives- crockpot and lots of pans. The dishes need replaced - most were chipped. Need more table knives- there were 4 only. The hot tub and gaming system and view were great. I would definitely go back to this place

All i can say was WOW. This property was amazing very clean and well keep. The veiw was amazing

My kids and I all enjoyed our long weekend to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The house was a hit with the pool table and hot tub. Despite the rainy weather it was a good stay. There are a few things that could be improved for future visitors. The kitchen did not have some items that i thought it should have, like a pan to make pancakes on, only 2 small frying pans( could not even cook bacon or a big pan of scrambled eggs). We had a big crew, I had to go buy some pans at Walmart Friday morning before i could make breakfast. The table and some other items needs to tightened before they fall apart. The house is nice and clean and Annie was easy to get in touch and she responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this house, but like i said the kitchen could use some more items in it.
4.8
A beautiful home with great views of the lake! We stayed here for a family wedding wedding in town and could not have been happier. The beds were comfy, the deck overlooks the lake, and the location is perfect.
4.8
The house was so nice and roomy, the view was incredible, and we had a great time! We were close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, and the mall but still felt like we were secluded. I will be coming back. I highly recommended!
4.8
Very nice. Mainly quiet. A bit of traffic noise probably when people were going to and from work. Clean and well supplied with whatever you need. Would recommend to others and would stay again! Thanks!
4.8
We had a great trip and all was included as was listed. Very nice house - close to the lake!
4.8
We had a wonderful time at the Treasure Lake Beach House. Lodging was as described, clean and spacious for our group of 8. The hot tub was a winner for all. Unfortunately, a huge disappointment was that there was nothing communicated prior to our booked dates that the beaches of Treasure Lake have bacteria issues and were closed. This was the main reason we chose the “Beach” House as advertised “across from the beach”. The 6 passes allowed to the pool were not enough for all of us to be together. The golf courses were great and we found a nature trail and fishing area that was truly enjoyable. A final comment, the refrigerator leaves much to be desired and probably should be updated. The door shelves were missing and one of the bottom drawers was unusable which left us no room to store refreshments for 8 people for a week. We had to spend a lot of extra money on ice for coolers. Maybe a 2nd fridge for the amount of allowed guests would be a great addition. Overall, we had a nice time and would return as long as the beach is open.
4.8
Overall, the property was great and we enjoyed our stay.
We were notified prior to our trip that there wouldn't be enough guest passes for the Treasure Lake Lodge pool and we were ok with that knowing that we could utilize the beach. Well, the beach was closed the entire week due to bacteria levels. We modified and went to the town pool or Bimini beach. We rented this house due to proximity to the beach so that was unfortunate that we had to drive to either the pool or the beach.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had some water in the basement while we were there and they were ready to come and resolve the issue if needed. One kayak had a hole in it and they went and bought a new one to replace it the next day.
Again, overall a great stay. Some things were out of everyone's control and we made the best of it!
4.8
We had a great time. Location is perfect.
4.8
Property was clean and as described! A great place to stay for families, as it is right across the street from the playground/beach area and has a lake view without being too close to the water's edge. Our only complaints were that several of the plastic door compartments and drawers of the refrigerator were broken, which ended up wasting a lot of valuable fridge space that would've been really useful to have. Also, though it is no fault of the property owner or manager, it is a shame that Treasure Lake doesn't do much to maintain their beach, especially since they charge to use it now. The amount of goose droppings covering the beach area made it kind of undesirable to use.
4.8
very nice
4.8
We enjoyed being so close to the water. There were some things that needed to be fixed. The internet didn’t work well. It is a nice place for family time.
4.8
Everyone had an amazing week. The location of the house to the beach was perfect. We had a couple storms and lost power for a short time, but we played games as a family and had fun anyway. It was such a relaxing week.
4.8
Location across the street from the large beach can’t be beat, clean, beautiful home, with hot tub, fire pit, grill, a bathroom on each level, pool table, plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 children. There are also games in a closet, fishing poles, tennis rackets and corn hole in the garage, and a tv on each level. So many amenities to make your stay perfect. The kitchen is well equipped if you have a chef in your group. Annie is very helpful and fast to respond to messages. We intend to return.
4.8
Very nice property and proximity to beach was very convenient. We did leave a list of minor things that needed attention but on the whole it is a nice place.
4.8
House was perfect for our family! Having the 4 kayaks and hot tub was an awesome bonus feature. The location to the beach was awesome! We saw so many deer, even in the side yard. We had a great stay!!!

This property is beautiful and the location is fantastic as it's across the street from the beach. Relaxing place to unwind.
