You will appreciate this 2* chalet of 105m² spread over 3 levels with a cozy interior and furnished in an alpine style with exposed stone, wood and slate for 8 people.

- Bedroom 1: a double bed 140x190cm with shower room and toilet.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed 140x190cm with bathroom and toilet.
Level -1:
- Bedroom 3: two single beds 80x190cm with bathroom and toilet.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds 80x190cm with shower room and toilet.
On the top floor you will find the living room composed of an American kitchen equipped with a microwave, a traditional oven, a dishwasher; a living room with fireplace, unlimited WIFI included, television, DVD player, home cinema, a terrace and several balconies with panoramic views and a dining area.
The chalet is also equipped with a washing machine, sauna, adjoining walk-in shower, a ski room with boot dryer and a closed garage.
Accommodation NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility and NON-smoking.
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Holiday rentals (short term):
Bed linen and towels included from 01/12 to 30/04 only, otherwise at an additional cost.
End of stay cleaning not included and on request.
Deposit required upon arrival.
WIFI connection included.
FIREPLACE WOOD NOT INCLUDED.
Pets not allowed.
Long-term rentals (> or = 4 weeks):
Water: Package at 90€/month and Electricity extra (on meter reading) - Tenant charges
Deposit of €2,000 (cashed before arrival) and insurance certificate required upon arrival.
Linen and bed linen are not included as well as end of season cleaning and laundry.
MANDATORY END-OF-SEASON CLEANING carried out by our service provider is billed to you directly.
