It was an enjoyable stay for our first trip to Mrytle Beach. The house was clean and easily accommodated 12 people ranging in ages from 14-72. There was enough of everything in the house - AC, hot water, beach towels and chairs, linen, bathrooms, TVs, and space. Some people even used the library and covered patio. The host quickly responded to all our questions. The house is in a great location for food and shopping. It is a short drive to Mrytle Beach. The only surprise to us was the palmetto bugs, which we were told by locals were common pests in South Carolina.

We had all ages this trip! The house was amazing! Location was great! Only thing I would say is the back deck could use alittle TLC and an extra refrigerator would have been great! Other then that it came with beach chairs, plenty of towels! The pool was aweosme and certainly for night swimming! I would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time. The house is well equipped, fairly clean, and the pool was wonderful. We had a few issues, they exterminate once a month and it was almost that time so there were huge palmetto bugs. The kids had been so excited to stay in the bunk bed room, but it was full of bugs, so they wouldn't go in there. The house was hot, but we were there during extreme heat. Owners were very responsive except for one issue-we had no working oven for our stay. But we were overall very satisfied and had a great trip.

The photos online of the home are accurate as this is a lovely & spacious home. The location is perfect as it is conveniently located, easy to find, & there is parking for up to three (maybe four small) vehicles. One can walk to shopping, restaurants, a Starbucks, & the beach. The neighborhood is quiet & safe. The owners are communicative & respond quickly.
Just a couple issues: a spilled trash bag was outside the garage near the trash bins when one pulls up & it has obviously been there for some time; water in one of the showers was only cold; & we saw mostly dead (& a couple living) cockroaches.
A very nice home & a pleasant stay over the holidays for our family & my brother-in-law’s family. We all thought we would select it again.

We take an annual fall break vacation with family and friends. The location was great and our house was big enough for all 13 of us.

The house is beautiful and it was big enough to accommodate the 14 of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and I loved having Starbucks right next to the house. I loved the fact that Walmart was like 10 minutes away. CVS ,Walgreens was like 2 minutes away and things to do with the kids and the beaches where really close by. The house is located at a great place. Thank you Nick for allowing us to stay at your wonderful house and always answering my text so quickly.

Great stay overall! Lots of room to spread out and the addition of the pool was fantastic! We all spent a lot of time in the huge open layout kitchen, the family room, and the pool.
Location is great as well as the house is very close to groceries, Starbucks, shopping, nightlife, and the beach.
Only negative was some cleanliness of the house prior to arrival. We felt sand on our feet in the kitchen, there was some garbage around the outside, and inside the laundry room and bathrooms. We also had to skim the pool ourselves before using as there was a bunch id debris in and around it.
Overall - a great stay though that I would definitely recommend to large groups looking to travel to Myrtle beach!

My group LOVED our stay at this property. If you are looking for a spacious oasis for your family to enjoy this is the place. The area that the property located in was nice and quiet. We were close to the Outlets for shopping, the ocean was within walking distance if you don't want to drive, and numerous other venues to enjoy. There are multiple stores near by to buy food to cook in the gorgeous kitchen at this property.
We stayed for Mother's Day weekend and did not allow the mother's of the family to know anything about where we were staying. When they saw the outside they were in awe. but once they were inside and got to see the entire place a couple started crying because of how beautiful and spacious it is. We had a group of 13 and everyone felt like they had the ability to be together but also have multiple spaces they could use when wanting some quiet time. I have to thank the owner's for allowing us the chance to use their amazing property and we are already planning out a time to rent it again for a longer stay later this year.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay in this house. So much room to spread out, we had 16 ladies on a retreat! The property manager was great with communication and answering needs and questions. My only suggestion would be to hire a new cleaning crew. The house was not cleaned the best, I have pictures, lots of dirt and dust. The beds and bathrooms had lots of room and the beds were comfy! Thanks for letting us stay, all the ladies had a great time!

We had 22 family members gather from all over the country for mom's 80th birthday. The kitchen was large enough for us all to gather around to serve our plates without feeling crowded and then go sit down elsewhere to eat. There were adequate dishes and eating utensils for our group. Upgraded appliances, and bonus items like measuring cups, baking pans and a spice rack made cooking easier.
Large TVs throughout the house were nice. The library provided reading material and there were games available.
There is an extra staircase in the garage for access to rear bedrooms. Our group ranged from a 2-year old, teens, single adults, married adults and families. This house accommodated us all with the 7 sleeping areas, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half-baths. The location is central and close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

The Good: The home was stocked with clean linens, bedding, bikes, beach equipment, wash/dryer, and televisions. There was ample parking. The home was located close to shops, restaurants, and other the highway.
The Bad: The home was clean, but it definitely needed some additional attention. There were drawers to the cabinet (beside the stove) that was not nailed on. It fell multiple times. The home had water damage/stains noticeable on the ceilings. The refrigerator leaked water on one of the days we were there. There are water bugs/roaches that were in the home that we had to kill. The water leakage could be the cause of the vermin problem. There were a few large black ants that were seen crawling on the wall. The remote for one of the bedrooms was missing (upstairs bedroom to the left).
The Ugly: Hurricane Ian touched Myrtle Beach and there were many homes without power. When we arrived at the home on Friday evening (5PM), the home had no power. The home was hot/humid, and we had to use candles that were purchased as party favors for our guests to provide some type of lighting in the home. I notified the homeowner that we had arrived and there was no power and that we were not able to get into the home. He responded that the keypad to the home was battery powered and reminded me of the code. He did not mention anything about the power and it took several hours before he responded that Santee Cooper was aware of the power outage, he would check back regularly and that it should be up and running again. He requested that I let him know if the power had not been turned back on. Night time was miserably hot and uncomfortable. The following morning, the homeowner responded that he called again to check on the status of the power outage and requested that I let him know when the power was restored. The homeowner then gave recommendations on breakfast/lunch locations. I notified the homeowner that my Mother was disabled, needed assistance and had a heart monitor that needed to be charged. The homeowner suggested we take the monitor to Starbucks to charge and I notified him that due to the size that was not an option. There was no hot water. We could not shower. The power finally turned on at 6:37PM on Saturday. The homeowner never tried to make things right or provide any type of monetary refund due to the inconvenience. Poor customer service and Homeowner only cared about profits not the people. Very disappointing.

This property was very clean and spacious for our 23 folks who stayed there for 3 days. The host had been very responsive addressing our every question immediately and making sure we are good. We had a very good experience, loads of fun and memories from that trip.
Firstly this house is close to the beach(10 mins walk) + close to many restaurants and vacation spots (Adventure Landing is so close). Secondly, it is very spacious with every room very aesthetically decorated.
One of the bedrooms upstairs is clustered with many beds including bunk beds that the kids can use.
The host let us check in early and check out late and was very flexible. One of the bathroom upstairs (kids area) was very very slow in flushing and when asked, the host tried to send us a plumber but could not get anyone during the long weeked. We managed with the other 5 bathrooms.
Except for the roaches everywhere which is native to the beach weather and the location, we loved it.
Overall, a very good house and we will sure book it again.

TLDR: This place is great for large groups with kids! You won’t regret staying here!
I hope this review will be helpful to people looking to book for a group including young children! Sometimes it’s hard to get a feel for how well a place will work with kids involved, so I’m going to speak to that specifically in addition to our general experience!
This host was so easy to work with! We even had a weird fiasco where VRBO gave us bad info on how to modify a posted payment to a different form of payment, and the host really bent over backward to resolve it for us. Response time was always super quick!
Our group had 12 adults and four children ages 5 and under, and we were all accommodated so comfortably! The bunk room is great for kids— the bunks are low to the ground with the bottom bunks being just inches from the floor, so if your child is used to a low toddler bed and hasn’t learned not to roll out yet (one of mine was still in that stage) there’s nothing to worry about! The top bunks are only about five feet off the ground, so that even if you have the most adventurous dare devil in your pack of kids (as is again the case for me), they can’t get into TOO much trouble!
Additionally, the main level master bedroom could house an entire family itself. In addition to the two Queen beds, there is AMPLE floor space in there to bring a crib or a blowup mattress (or both), and the closet is also big enough to easily fit a blowup mattress or crib if you needed to have the kiddos behind their own closed door.
Speaking of the mattresses— well done, host. Every mattress, even the bunk mattresses, were quite comfortable. That’s a rare experience for a rental home! The TVs were also uncommonly high quality for a rental property!
The house is beautifully decorated (the kids loved all the knick-knacks, facepalm, had to keep a close eye on that), and everything feels very clean and fresh. I feel like usually listings look bigger and better in the pictures, but in this case I felt like the place was even better and more spacious in person.
The walk to the beach is very easy— easy enough that both days we went I carried a child all the way home. The bikes that were provided with the property were so much fun to ride around the neighborhood and on the beach, and it was great being able to take the included chairs and umbrellas rather than spending a lot of money on renting those sorts of items!
We look forward to staying here again! :)
