This adorable one-bedroom condo features a welcoming mountain motif outfitted with contemporary furnishes and amenities, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a little extra room to spread out. A river rock hearth and gas fireplace provide cozy ambiance and warmth throughout the open living area. Sip morning coffee at the four-seater breakfast bar or head out to the furnished, private patio and listen to the soothing sounds of the river flowing by. The full kitchen comes complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy at-home meals.

Kind of a dump but that's what we're used to in Grand Lake, so it's part of the experience. Fireplace doesn't work with lots of loud beeping and sparking outlets. Living room chair is gross and worthless. THREE coffee pots, none of them worked. Communication with Vacasa was awful and we weren't notified that it was ready until almost 6:00. Vacasa is the worst to deal with. River outside was the best part. Bed is decent. Shower had good pressure. Dirty dishes that were put away in the cupboard really grossed us out. Again, we put up with this because it's Grand Lake, but I won't stay here again.

My favorite part of the condo was the bubbling river in the back. It was really relaxing listening to that sound !! And we loved being within walking distance to everything that this mountain town had to offer.

Great location and had what we needed for our stay in Grand Lake. Nice patio by the creek. Great location near downtown. Some issues getting in and some minor maintenance issues which were resolved.

Excellent location with decent amenities but don’t turn on the fireplace. It shorts out & beeped constantly. No one came to look at it so we dealt with it until we just flipped the breaker. Otherwise, nice spot to stay in Grand Lake.

Location is nice, right in town. You’re right by a rapids river which gets a bit loud. The place is fine.

This cozy little apartment felt like home! It has every amenity you need including a fully equipped kitchen and is literally 20 feet from the river outside the back door. Having the high speed Wi-Fi was great too for watching movies when you’re not out enjoying what Grand Lake has to offer.

Loved having the river rapids right outside the back door. Unfortunately for us we stayed during a cold spell so we didn't get to take advantage of it like we wanted to. The condo was clean, but not without issues. The overhead light didn't work, and the two large burners on the stove didn't work. No big deal to work around those issues, but would be great if the property manager got out to fix them.

The condo was clean and had all the kitchen utensils we needed. My favorite was the patio with the river running behind it. The sound of the river is so pleasant. We sat and had wine and enjoyed the view.

Property was at a great location. It was a little run down. old chair in living room unsitable, shades partly broken, trash can lid broken, fans dirty when we pulled them out to use them, carpets a little dirty, wasn't sure if the comforter on the bed had been cleaned. It was just on the side of good enough, but I wouldn't stay here again. Could benefit from a little carpet cleaning, and repairs.

The property was in a state of disrepair - broken easy chair, broken door frame in bedroom, two burners on stove did not work, patio screen door could not be opened, and dog smell on couch and carpet. I paid a good deal of money per night and have asked Vacasa for a discount. This property was not up to VRBO standards.

Enjoyed our stay and will be back., This is our 4th time staying in this unit and we have enjoyed all of them. The only suggestion we have is to upgrade the double bed to a king.

Previous review mentioned a problem with the gas fireplace. It has never been fixed and at one point caused a continuous beeping noise that the property manager wanted me to turn the breaker off which wasn't an option to have no power in the living room and then said to cycle the breaker and someone would come out to fix it. Fireplace had to remain constantly on and no one came to fix it inspite of calling back and leaving messages. Yellow stained sheet and black mold on caulk in shower. So much potential but ignoring a known problem that the property manager acknowledged and a safety hazard in unacceptable.

This is a nice spot at the edge of town. Everything in walking distance. The view out the back to the Grand Lake feeder is beautiful. The condo had everything needed. Had some trouble with the fireplace working properly, but otherwise, we had a great stay.
