My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The river behind was peaceful and great for cooling off, but not deep enough to swim. Lavender lake near by was great for swimming and fishing (nice trout too). It was special to have private access to the lake being in the neighborhood the house was in. It was a lovely neighborhood, very quiet beside just a little road noise. The hot tub was great, really clean and relaxing.
I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee outside listening to the birds chirp. The backyard was great for our kids and dog to run around and explore safely.
The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Overall we had a great stay.

The location was nice and the rooms upstairs were large and comfortable. Wish it had one more bathroom. The 1/2 bath is out in the utility room where the washer and dryer are along with garbage cans and utility sink. With room for eight people a second full bath would be nice. Other than that the place was wonderfull.

The location was nice with the creek in the back yard, fire pit and pet friendly. Wish there was a second full bath instead of 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. As the 1/2 bathroom was in the utility room along with the washer and dryer and garbage cans. Close to freeway but quiet.

Overall it was a nice little cabin with lots of board games and kitchen equipment. We spotted mice right away, which is typical for a cabin but we were a bit bothered by finding mouse poop in the coffee maker. There was a lot of pollen covering the patio furniture which thankfully didn’t bother anyone’s allergies but we had to clean it all off prior to eating on the patio table. The hot tub was cool but we couldn’t get most of the jets to work.

Beautiful location! Creek behind property is perfect. Fishable lake within walking distance. Home is well maintained and the hot tub was just what we needed to relax. Everything is clean and in good shape. Very homey and comfortable.

If you're looking for beautiful scenery and privacy, this is a great place. Read the recent reviews for more info about the house. The hot tub is nice, but most of the jets don't work. If you check-in after dark, bring a flashlight so you can find/use the keypad.

The cabin is just a short drive off the highway, but far enough to not have the highway sounds.
It's lovely, with a beautiful view of the river from both the deck outside the master bedroom and from the patio where the very nice hot tub is.
Being only a 25 minute drive to the Summit at Snoqualmie was great to be able to access the mountain so easily.
20 minutes in the other direction is the Stovehouse restaurant and a winery both of which were nice.

A lovely area and great place for family with a dog. We enjoyed the community, although pretty empty. Nice walks and lake. Beautiful snowfall and fun time playing in the snow on the large lawn leading to the river. Some nice updates to the home but read all reviews to be prepared. Mostly clean.
While listed on VRBO, managed by Vacasa so you have to deal with them not the homeowner.
Bring your own: hot pads, placemats, extra dish towels, wine opener
If you can't find something in the kitchen, keep looking. It is well stocked but not well organized and things are all over. Freezer was quite dirty.
We were offered an early check-in, which was nice, BUT would have preferred to arrive on time to a ready cabin. We had to empty the dishwasher, fold laundry and wash the sticky table cloth ourselves.
The hot tub was not heating which was a disappointment, as was spending an hour on hold with Vacasa to report it (eventually hung up). They did credit our account which we appreciated, and we saw a repair van arriving as we checked out.

Water smells sulfur. For kids it’s horrible .

We absolutely loved our stay in the cabin! It was private and quiet. The hot tub was beautiful and the house was big enough to fit our family of 7! Close to Leavenworth and cross country skiing. If in the area, drive 15 minutes down the road to the Coal Chute Cafe for an amazing breakfast.

Great relaxing weekend getaway. The jacuzzi was amazing. We loved playing board games that were here!

before check out time someone came to the house and just sat in her car out in the back parking lot until we left.. not very professional. The windows going out to the back porch do not seal shut, there was stuff left under one of the beds from the previous person staying there, there was a dirty blanket in the upstairs bedroom closet and the faucet in the bath is falling off the wall, the fireplace needs to be cleaned out or something cause it won't keep lit plus the wood they provide wasn't covered and was soaking wet... we enjoyed our time but to be honest we all felt like we were over charged for the condition of the cabin.

There's some items that were missing that could help make this a perfect stay. The downstairs bedroom has no end tables, only a bed. Items like water/glasses had to go on the floor. There is not good lighting over the kitchen table, a floor lamp would really help. There are no hooks outside for the hot tub, so we didn't have a good spot for our wet swimsuits and towels. The downstairs bath faucet feel like it's about to fall out of the wall, that should be secured. There is no way to lock the laundry room door to the kitchen, so it was not a secure place to use the toilet. The light switches throughout were odd/difficult to turn on/off, and same the heating. The check-out instructions said to put the trash outside in the bins, but there are no bins outside and the trash should just be placed in the garage. We wasted a lot of time on this as we didn't want to get charged an extra cleaning fee. There was no house booklet, but something explaining these details would be really helpful. Also, tall people beware!!! There were two locations you WILL hit your head, underneath the stairs, and when walking up the stairs. For the underneath the stairs location, installing some kind of hanging plant or art that blocks walking through that area could have prevented a couple headaches. And maybe a sign or bright paint on the stairs would really benefit the tall people renting this cabin. It felt remote, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and you couldn't beat the view.

The house was clean, the property was quiet and beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. Everything worked and we had a great stay!

Our stay was excellent! It was quiet and peaceful, and had everything we needed. Soaking in the hot tub was just what we needed to relax and unwind from everyday life. The master bed was so comfortable, the best sleep we’ve had in a long time!
The view of the stars from the upper deck was so amazing! And of course listening to the river was very tranquil. We even had a visit from rabbits and elk! One of the best getaways we’ve ever had, and we will definitely be back in the future! Our only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer!

The overall condition is satisfactory, although nothing special. There was two large hornets nests on the balcony of the property that we discovered after being stung multiple times. Safe to say, we left early and were disappointed with our stay at this property.

Awesome place for a vacation.

Great location close enough to I-90 for < 30 min drive to lakes & hikes - you can play harder when you can throw your dirty clothes in the washer and relax in a hot tub afterwards! Plenty of space inside and out with trees providing privacy and the little river behind for splashy fun. Comfy beds and sofa, good WiFi w/TV in every bedroom. Sleeps 4 if everyone wants their own bed. Well-equipped kitchen (except no ice!), plenty of parking, 10 min drive to the Easton General Store, 30 mins to Safeway in Cle Elum, and did I mention the hot tub? We will be back.

This vacation home was everything. I thought it was going to be! I I wanted to get away, or I could just relax unplug and enjoy nature. It is a super cute, rustic cabin with three bedrooms and one and a half baths. It has a washer and dryer, dishwasher everything you need. It’s got a nice big hot tub that all of us enjoyed every morning afternoon and evening. I slept in the main room upstairs, which has a deck and I left the door open all night to get nice evening breezes. I felt very very safe there. There’s a lot of nature to explore. We gathered a lot of rocks and I had brought paint so we could paint rocks and leave as a memory. I would definitely stay at this place again and again and again.

Took the family to Easton for some fun playing in the snow found this gem, beautiful scenery, right by the river. It’s in a neighborhood but it doesn’t feel like it. Got about a foot of snow while we were there and a neighbor even come out and snow plowed the driveway

Exterior nice and clean, interior beds nice, clean and made
Kitchen dirty and top of the refrigerator has a few layers of dust.(Better cleaning of the kitchen and the windows were very dirty.
Hottub was perfect on day two but after that was not heating passed 90°F

We came up here to snowmobile with our children. The location was great with the quiet feel of the country and also Safeway is just 15 minutes away. The hot tub was excellent to use after a day out in the snow, the only difficulty was trying to get the cover back on! I would recommend getting a cover lift, if possible. I was really confused because the listing says 1.5 bathrooms but then on our last day there, discovered a second toilet in the laundry area! So there is no bathroom upstairs but it worked ok for us. Based on other reviewers, we brought bottled water and definitely noticed a strong mineral taste/small from the tap while brushing teeth and washing hands. There was tons of snowfall but the driveway was well plowed with even a path from the back of the house down to the river which was a nice treat. I would definitely recommend this location if you’re looking to play in the snow and have a winter getaway! Sounds like it would be beautiful in the summer as well :-)

Serene river side home. Well equipped with basic home items. Neighbors are closer than what they appear in photos, but they kept to themselves. Great little retreat to relax. Few quirks with the home but didn’t take away from experience.

This place is darling and wonderful. One car garage, two floors, upstairs deck, laundry, hot tub, perfect kitchen. The only caveats are only one bathroom on the main floor, which means no master bedroom bathroom upstairs but that's totally workable. Also someone else recommended bringing your own water since the well water is a bit iron tasting, we did and it worked great. Fantastic rental, extremely enjoyable.

We had a great time here. Lovely private access to the river, enough space for our dogs to run and explore. Great patio space and a big hot tub that we didn’t get a chance to use. Location close enough to the highway to hear highway noise. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Could have used a water filter for guests to use.
The minor annoyances were the only bathroom being on the bottom floor, very narrow staircase and low head clearance, and no extra toilet paper!
All in all we would stay again!

Peaceful quietness to relax and recharge. It was nice and quiet the entire time we were there. The hotub was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking. The stream out back was beautiful and calming to sit by. Other people in the area have access to the stream, so be careful when you are sitting in the hot tub or the patio chairs. You may want to bring your own water, as the water has a rusted taste from the pipes. The blackout curtains in the master bedroom were amazing! My husband slept until 11am the first day because he thought is was only 5am. We will definitely be renting this cabin again.

Perfect rental home, we visited family and needed a place to stay and this was excellent, beautiful property! Perfect for the dogs, the morning sunrise on the master back deck was spectacular. Very clean!
Just a heads up bring your own jugs of drinking water, the fridge isn’t hooked up to water (so no filtered water there) and the well water tastes very strongly of iron.

Had a blast with the family at this location, the kids loved going to the little river behind the house, plenty of yard to play in, peaceful and quiet location. Plenty of space for the family and we loved using the Hottub. A couple of critiques would be that we wished there were more pillows available, 2 pillows for each bed is simply not enough when having 2 people in each bed and a bigger pot to cook for 8 people. Other than that a great place for a weekend away!

Where do I start, great older rustic house surrounded by tall beautiful trees that block out mostly all the hot eastern Washington sun. The river is peaceful and relaxing to sit by in the evening as the sun goes down. The inside of the house is filled with all necessary essentials to make you feel at home. Last but not least probably me and my son’s favorite part of our stay here was the rabbit grazing in the yard the numerous deer early in the morning and a bunch of beautiful birds. Great place to unwind and relax.
