Very outdated and broken/dirty stuff. Fire alarm was completely missing in one of bedrooms as well as a switch plate cover. Internet was very poor signal so could not watch the tv in the bedroom. The tv in the living room the remote did not work. Assuming needed new batteries. Parking in rear was all that was open and very small area to park if you have a bigger vehicle. The 3 flight of stairs outside had solar lights that did not work so at night was very unsafe. For the price you pay for one night not sure why things are not fixed or cleaned or kept up.

The photos and description of this place are incredibly deceiving. Communication with the property manager was fine and we found the place easily enough but when we we entered the space we were immediately taken aback by the extreme smell of cigarette smoke. It was so strong I could barely breathe - I have asthma. Secondly, it was a dingy, dirty small space — there was a broom and dustpan in the kitchen and it was just really gross. It was not light, bright, large or airy. We ended up getting a hotel elsewhere and as there was no way we felt comfortable staying in this place with the dirt, smell and smoke smell.

We found this place and booked after seeing it was pet friendly and close to the beach which was a must for our beach loving family and pups. Our stay was lovely- it’s a few blocks to the beach and into the main town area. The place was clean, had a good amount of space, was quiet, and a small deck area to sit outside. Communications with the host were easy and they checked in on us part way through to ensure our stay was going well.

The bed was busted when we arrived. I had to take it apart and fix it.
It had a very bad smell as well, not ventilated well.
The carpet was gross!
The toilet could hardly flush well.
Not one pan available the was suitable to cook an egg on.
Glad we only were there for 2 nights!

We loved staying here! It was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. The rooms were very nice and the west-facing skylights provided nice lighting without any sun in our faces. For taller folks, note the bed we used is about 6'1" from headboard to footboard. The kitchen was nice but I couldn't find some cooking equipment (e.g. can opener, chef's knives, tupperware). Very easy to check in and check out. Thanks for a great stay!

Parking was a pretty tight, especially if you have a van or truck. Check in was pretty easy though, no interaction required, although I think the owner was sitting in his car the whole time, but seemed friendly. The apartment was cute and spacious. The bathroom had a weird door leading to what I assumed was an attic? It was very odd, but did not affect our stay. About a 5 minute walk to the beach! A short walk (maybe 10 minutes) to the Pier and other activities. Overall, great stay!

This was my first time booking on Vrbo and I’m very happy. The apartment was nice and clean. It had air conditioning in almost every room so it was comfortable despite being on third floor. Beds were also very comfortable. Awesome location being so close to the beach! Alex was great at communicating and was so kind. Thanks again!
