Property very well maintained. Clean. Excellent liocatiion.
Property needs a ladder on the dock. We had trouble getting in kyaks.
And, the hot tub was advertused as an amenity and we were not allowed to use it.

Everything was great. The house was very clean and lovely. It has a great deck for viewing the bay, and the adirondack chairs around the fire pit also got a workout as a pleasant place to chat and relax. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and well appointed, and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Vacasa was very good in checking in on how we were doing, too. It was a terrific place to stay and the family all expressed a desire to go back again, and I hope we do!

A total of 8 of us traveled for my sister’s bachelorette weekend in OC. We loved drinking mimosas and congregating in the kitchen with a gorgeous view of the bay-a beautiful space to entertain and get ready for a day out in OC. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept, too!
There were comfy rooms & beds and plenty of towels. Overall, everyone seemed happy with their spaces for the weekend, but we were VERY disappointed we couldn’t use the hot tub (very long story short, when I reserved this house for my sister-a non-negotiable for the weekend- in October 2023, the hot tub was pictured as the primary picture with the back of the house as the back drop and was included in Vacasa’s filtered search for hot tubs. It was since removed as an amenity on this listing :) ).
Renter be ware-you cannot use the hot tub, the kitchen is fully stocked and the basement smells a little moldy.

My partner and I stayed a couple nights in this beautiful Waterfront property. We didn't get to use the hot tub because it rained a little bit and we decided to pass. However, we are considering booking it again because we had enjoyed it so much. One minor issue is that the sink in the kitchen wasn't cleaned and the refrigerator wasn't cleaned out, but all in all the place was clean and modern. The neighborhood is peaceful and there are some great restaurants a short drive away. The property management team got back to me right away, so communication was great!

Positives: Nice spacious home with good layout for large groups. Beautiful water views of the bay. Nicely remodeled in recent years. It was nice for the children to have the option to use the indoor community swimming pool one morning.
Negatives: The house was poorly cleaned upon arrival. If the vacuum available in the house in is the one used by cleaning service, that explains the dirty floors throughout. Counters in kitchen weren't well cleaned either.
The owners really need to invest in kitchen supplies as well. The house lacked any highball glasses, had few water glasses, and the provided wine and coffee mugs were made of metal.
Last bit of advice for owners would be to replenish the pool table equipment and ensure all televisions have a remote. Downstairs in the game room, the television is missing a remote while of the pool sticks had broken tips and there was no chalk to be found.
All-in-all we had a nice stay at the house but would not return.

The house was great. Plenty of space for everyone. Setting on the water was beautiful with amazing sun rises. We had a great time. Two things I would mention that need to be improved, has a moth ball smell in the house. Nothing we couldn’t deal with but a bit unpleasant. Hot tub did not warm enough. Could have been our error but we could not get it to warm to a hot temp. None the less I would stay again.

The newly renovated home is gorgeous and the location is perfect. The waterfront views are unbeatable. We had such a lovely weekend stay as we visited our daughter for Salisbury University’s Family Weekend. Plenty of space and beds for our group of 11! Check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

The view and location are great! Had numerous phone calls to Vacasa about the electronic front door lock. Needed 3 different codes on 3 different days. Very exasperating! Needed a battery for the smoke detector and Vacasa never came to replace while we we there. The house needed updated pots and pans, placemats, glassware, no floormats. There was damage to the floor by the pool table.

The property was amazing, so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside area was great with the hot tub. Just a beautiful location and house.

First the main reason I rented the house was to be able to dock my boat. Emailed the management company vacasa to inquire. They said they will consult their team and get back to me. They emailed me back and said yes I can dock my boat there! But when I got there the water is very rough and not set up to be docked there! They have a boat lift and every house there also has one! Not 1 boat was docked in the water! It was to rough! So I went back to the listing which I booked 10 months prior to check in. They changed the listing stating the boat lift is inoperable! How convenient. Why would I email them and ask if I could dock my boat there? And why would they say in the email they would talk to there team and get back to me? And then get back to me and tell me yes? Definitely a problem with the management company and owner! Besides that house was dirty! Everything was surface cleaned on main level and seemed ok but when you went into the basement not cleaned well at all! Spiders and bugs all over the 2 bedrooms and main area! Behind the kids beds in the 2 downstairs bedrooms were filthy! The house has bare minimum utensils and cooking pots and pans! How do you rent a house for $6300 and not have and pots and pans for cooking! We bought food to bbq outside and the bbq looked as it had never been cleaned! And it didn’t even work. They brought us a new bbq the next day but that should have been taken care of before check in! In short nice area but find a better place! For the $$$$

Loved everything about this home. Cleanliness, the view, the jacuzzi! Had a great time with my family! Friendly neighborhood.

The house itself is stunning. Plenty of room for our family of eight. Great setup with having two levels of sleeping and living areas. The views were amazing and never got old just sitting on the deck and watching all the activity on the water. The house was clean and sheets and towels were plentiful. Definitely bring paper products if staying for a week.

Overall this house was good. The view of the water is beautiful and the layout of the house gave our group room to spread out. There were a few things that could have been better: the house wasn’t as clean as I would have expected when we got there, it was cold outside and we couldn’t get the basement to heat up (we didn’t contact the management company for help), the kitchen had a bare minimum of items for cooking, and the sheets and towels felt very inexpensive. All of that being said, I would consider staying here again since the view and layout were great! I can deal with the minor inconsistencies in exchange for the view and layout.

Me and my family stayed the weekend at a beautiful home. Everything was good until the night before we left we were up pretty late and the hot water turned cold. I figured oh well everyone must be taking a shower at the same time and it went out.. So the next morning I went to go take a shower and still no hot water. Now we are supposed to be out by 10 am and to have no hot water again so I tried calling house manager. I was on hold for an hour. I hung up and tried later 30 minutes on hold I hung up again.. So this time not until I pressed one for this is a safety concern I waited 5 minutes on phone someone answered. So I spent my last morning at a beautiful house on the phone and no one could take shower to be out on time. Then at 830 am the water was hot but by then most of everyone had washed up or a bird bath with cold water. And that whole time I was wondering did they have the hot water on a timer??? Wow how inconvenient for anyone to do that..if that is true. I was not happy at all with that..

Beautifully renovated, amazing view. Great for an few days away to unwind. Neighborhood and surrounding area is not ideal but the house itself is great ! Definitely will be back!

The house is beautiful! It had everything you could need. The view is spectacular!

We stayed in this neighborhood last year and really enjoyed it. Well this house blew us out of the water this year. It was so well updated and convenient for multiple families. We all were so comfortable there. We come down for a tournament every year and cannot wait to book this property again. Very clean and convenient with linens being provided. All information in listing is accurate and the house is even nicer in person than the pictures. Highly reccommend staying here.

This property has amazing views and lots of room and space. Unfortunately housekeeping was disappointing. The dog hair was everywhere, on kitchen counters, dining chairs, couch, stairs, window seal and floors. Hairs in Bathroom, stains on mattress covers. Mop with dirty water in kitchen, dishes were still in dishwasher, dust pan was on kitchen counter. Even after complaining to management we still didn’t get this resolved.

My family of 6 absolutely loved staying here… The pictures are an understatement to this gorgeous home.
Everything was immaculate!!!
Everything is a stones throw away… We highly recommend heading to Assateague State Park for the beach!!! Crab’s To Go and Hoopers had very tasty crabs!!

Just got back from an amazing week at the beach with family. It was our first time staying in Ocean Pines. The house was amazing, right outside was the bay. The owner was very responsive at all times. We brought bikes and needed tools and they bought a toolbox for the house but also offered us to go a few doors down to their neighbor for tools. The house had everything you needed in the kitchen to make meals. The beds were comfortable. They were a little harder than we preferred but great. The bedroom off the living room was a little stuffy so bring a fan (even though it has a small ceiling fan). The bedrooms do not have dressers. That would be a nice feature to have so clothes can be stored away instead of living out of suitcases. The grill was nice to have to cookout. The pool table in the basement was great for the men. Loved having the large sandbox with firepit and chairs where the kids could play and adults could chill. We will definitely be looking to stay here in the future. Great house! You can't go wrong booking your vacation with this house! AMAZING!
