Had a few cleaning issues, but host was quick to resolve; Slept well and rejuvenated for next day; location was great and neighborhood was quiet and close to our activities.

The property was comfortable for my family. The master suite is very nice. The yard could use some attention. But overall, it was a nice place to stay.

This is a nice place to stay. It does not fit my idea of "LUXURY!" Five of us spent 10 nights and were quite comfortable. However the listing promises more than is delivered. Two examples:
"The backyard/garden design is breath taken" near the bottom in About the host. The front and back yards are full of untended weeds. It's pleasant enough to sit on the patio under an enormous tree, but the yard itself is far from inviting.
"Gym on site" usually means a weight machine and treadmill at a minimum. Here it consists of an exercise ball and a yoga mat.
I mentioned these and other discrepancies to the host, and some but not all were changed.
So you can stay here and have a pleasant experience, but don't expect high end amenities.
Added note: do not download the August App if recommended in your reservation confirmation. We never used the App since there's a keypad that provides reliable entry.

We enjoyed this home immensely. It is spacious, clean, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is lovely with granite counter tops and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The beds are excellent and all linens are very good quality. The hosts are awesome. Their response to issues was immediate and always resulted in satisfactory outcomes. We would recommend this home without reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location, very clean and neat, great neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again.

Pros: family friendly, nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice quiet neighborhood. Grandkids had fun.
Cons: pillows kinda flat and basic blankets stuffed into duvet covers. Had a strange odor upon entering, we got used to it. Backyard had camping chairs and unkempt landscaping so we had to closely watch kids to not trip over things or go near cactus. Microwave did not work and had issues with tv working no instructions on logging in to channels.
Overall it’s worth the money.

This house was way more than expected, from the check in process to the overall stay. Beds were wonderful and had a great time with the foosball table. Very nicely equipped and in a beautiful neighborhood.

The house was beautiful, perfectly clean and well furnished and equipped. The only minus was the lighting over the master bedroom vanity. There were a couple of missing bulbs that made it hard to see to shave or apply makeup. Overall, a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

We spent the months of January and February at this property and really enjoyed our stay. The house was well laid out for long term renters and was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms well supplied. Our host, Zhina, was very responsive to any request or question we had and very concerned for our comfort. The location was excellent for us - close access to freeways, grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this rental for a short or long term stay.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. House very clean. Host responsive and helpful. Me and my family have never experienced anything paranormal and there is definitely a presence in this house. Seems to be in the middle and extra bedrooms. Shadow if a man and stuffed animals flying off bed.
Would we stay again? Probably not.

We were visiting family in San Antonio over the holidays and needed lodging for our family of 6. This house was very near our relatives, tucked away in a neighborhood that seemed safe and friendly. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the foosball table, which was a fun addition. We didn’t do much eating at the house, but the kitchen seemed stocked with everything we would have needed to cook and eat. The host was very responsive and very easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Epic, super clean with Gorgeous furniture. We were really surprised the house was much nicer than how looked in the pics. Location is awesome, everything you need is nearby. I’ve been in many Rental places but this one will be a memory I would like to repeat. The host is the owner and she cared truly about us to ensure we have what we need. Our stay was short unfortunately but definitely I will come back. I do recommend this house to anyone visiting in the area! Thank you!
