Very clean, nice screened in porch, very large washer/dryer, all appliances work well.

The Sea Colony community is full of wonderful experiences from the beach to the pools, activity centers and transportation options. Unfortunately, the unit we rented for a several week stay was not nearly upto the same standards. The unit had several cleaning and maintenance issues. The shower door frame was covered with thick, embedded dirt and grime. The screened porch also had layers of dust on the wood frames. The code for the door lock did not work and we were locked out of the unit on our second day. We waited for maintenance to arrive and they "fixed" the problem until the next day when we had to have them come back. The lock was an issue and we ended up having to use a key which worked with difficulty. Another problem occurred while using the dryer. The vent behind the dryer was disconnected and we had hot air flowing into the laundry/bathroom. Once again we called maintenace to pull out the dryer and reconnect the vent hose. The lint behind the dryer was considerable. Additionally, when we arrived there were several light bulbs missing or not working. The wall to wall carpet is damaged and the kitchen ware needs updating. We will come back to Sea Colony but not to this unit.

We’ve stayed in a few of the Sea Colony properties, and this was our favorite so far. No complaints!

Our stay at sea colony itself was enjoyable but the house was just okay. The guest room bed was incredibly hard. While it is listed as being able to sleep 6, the pull out beds have no sheets available to make up the bed. The television did not work our entire stay and guest services never fixed it and accused me of being the one who cause it not to work. Other than that, the place was nice enough, safe and quiet.

We chose a larger unit with more simple decor and it was a great choice. On the same block as the tram stop. Walk to aquatic center with great splash pad for the younger kids. Wonderful screened in porch (more comfy furniture would be my only complaint out there). So peaceful.

The community was beautiful. Very quiet and well kept. The apartment listing was a bit deceitful as the “third bedroom” was really a small office with a sleep sofa in terrible condition! I wouldn’t want my children to sleep on it let alone an older adult. This is a two bedroom unit!!!!😡. I trash bags in any of the trash cans and the mirrors in all rooms were a smeary mess!

We have stayed at many different places at Sea Colony. We would usually never stay in a first floor condo because of potential noise from people living above you. This was a last minute booking and we were overall happy with the house. The people staying above us were loud when walking around at 7am but other than that there were no issues. The rugs probably should be replaced or cleaned better. Overall for a last minute booking my family and I were pleased.

Lots of room. Kitchen was well-equipped. Large capacity washer and dryer was nice. Right next to a lake with a dock to fish from.
