enjoyed every minute!

Toom is great, staff are kind and professional, location is perfect! the lounge in 10th floor is a game changer, especially in winter. no need to use a car as everything you would want to experience and beyond is near by.

in case you plan to travel a lot from hotel - its not recommended at all as the location is on an extremely busy area which makes it very difficult .

המלון מתאים רק ללינה ולא מעבר, במיקום מצויין והצוות מקסים

הריצוף מיושן בחדר כך שלא נעים ללכת יחפים בחדר ובמקלחת, הוילון לא נסגר עד הסוף ולכן נכנס המון אור בבוקר, לא ניתן להחשיך את החדר, בלילה היו רעשים איומים מהרחוב והמזגן מרעיש מאוד.

location, room and facilities were all excellent. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the breakfast was outstanding. i loved everything about my stay!

i can't think of anything i did not like. the hotel and staff accommodated my every need. keep doing what you're doing!

Great hotel for a business trip stay - amazingly helpful staff

The staff were all fantastic. Every single person I encountered was super helpful and friendly and went out of their way to provide what I requested or help me. The shower in the room was amazing and it was great to be able to have so many different international channels to watch on the TV. Big thumbs up for the breakfast too and the executive lounge.

At night time, music from a nearby bar disrupted my sleep as it could be heard until about 2am. Other colleagues also staying at the hotel didn't experience this issue however so I think it will depend on where your room is facing. I'll be sure to ask for a room further away next time as other than the noise issue the room was so comfortable and a lovely space to take up residence for a few days while visiting Tel Aviv on business.

Exceptional

It is on the most famous street, very central. It has a lounge for the guests who have sea view rooms, Dina is very diligent and kind staff at the lounge. The lounge is very very nice and you can find drinks and food free. Very nice breakfast at a very nice cafe of the hotel with very nice staffs.

Not very close to the sea but it was not important for me. I took a king bed room but the king bed was combained of two twin beds, nobody prefers this kind of this king bed.

Early check-in following long flights was a bonus. A convenient location and modern, well appointed room.

A nice option for a basic room is central Tel Aviv, but lacks of any remarkable note.

Central location close to Tel Aviv main avenue, shoreline and yet with great views (for rooms facing the sea). Our book included entrance to the VIP lounge with many drinks and snacks. Good breakfast.

Room is very small, basic bathroom (with a small water leak). Curtains are too small and did not block the light, so saidly we woke up with sunrise. Parking nearby for 70 NIS per day.

Average experience. Great location.

Excellent breakfast.

After checking in, unfortunately none of our calls from the bedroom to Customer Service or “0” were answered, despite calling more than 10 times from 8pm onwards. We had needed several items including a hairdryer, a kettle, soap and for someone to fix the bedside lamp. Needless to say, our first evening was not at all comfortable. However, our calls in the morning were attended immediately, for which we were grateful. Perhaps the failure to answer calls the previous night was due to faulty phone lines? Hopefully fixed soon. We were also disappointed with the lack of wall hooks to hang more than 1 towel. There were 2 occupants in the room. No sea view from the hotel as we were led to believe.
