The stay was perfect. Everything well arranged in advance, the host who responds immediately to everything. Clear advice and nice tips of places to visit or restaurants. On arrival very well received by the local man there. The man only speaks Spanish but helps you perfectly with google translate and this with great spontaneous friendliness. There are some stairs to get to the house. Almost feasible for everyone, but not recommended if you are less mobile or short of breath if you would like to stay longer and have to go up and down a lot. But don't panic, you get used to it quickly. The house is excellent, there is no air conditioning and that is certainly not a problem. We never experienced too much heat during the 12 hot days, there is sufficient ventilation and in the evening that even gives a pleasant cooling. Everything is present in the house, kitchen utensils of all kinds, cleaning utensils, plenty of chairs, sun loungers, bbq material, washing racks, iron, you name it, it's just there and enough of everything. The host also always responds within a very short time and is very committed. We had an exceptional private incident and the response was incredibly professional. The whole house and surroundings are neat, the swimming pool is well maintained and very pleasant in temperature. For us a big 12/10 for the total experience if possible.

Villa Mayet is located on a hill above Lloret and the first thing when you park your car in the private carport is the stunning view. We were made very welcome by the owner and his wife, who explained everything and showed us the apartment and grounds around the house. When you are there the grounds are exclusively for your use. They also put numerous things for us in the kitchen and fridge, like coffee, tea, cake, fruit, wine, beer, milk and water, oil and vinegar etc. Very thoughtful and much appreciated! The owners left for a trip of their own but questions were answered immediately and if we needed help we could contact a friend of them. We had a lovely stay at the appartement for two weeks Everything you need is there and the barbecue place, which has a roof) is very nice to eat in the evening. Recommended!

The spacious house is very well kept and contains everything you need for a relaxing break. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking Lloret De Mar. There are plenty of sunny and shady places to relax within the grounds. It is also a great base for exploring the local area, both along the coast and inland. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and the local agaent is just 10 minutes away if you need anything. I would highly recommend this property.

Tout d’abord La vue est a couper le souffle Quel bonheur de se lever et d’avoir accès à ce spectacle ! La maison est parfaite pour un couple avec deux enfants Proche de tout commerces et du centre ville Une piscine juste extra pour bronzer ou pour se baigner . We enjoyed every day the fantastic panoramic views across Lloret de Mar (even to Blanes when clear view). You have this wonderful not only on the different terraces, but also from the living room and main bedroom. The property is located on a on a steep mountain slope on the northern side of Lloret de Mar. We enjoyed the very calm and quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of shops downtown. We always used our car to overcome the 160 meters difference in height. It’s only a 10 minutes ride. At the top of the property is a parking space, enough for one car and equipped with an automatic gate with remote. Driving backwards in is a bit tricky at first, but you get used to it. From the parking space, sixty steps lead you down to the entrance of the apartment. We found the apartment spacious and adequate furnished. I only missed a radio and used the tv instead. The Master bedroom is equiped with king size bed. My wife found the cabinets above the bed not handy and used the sofa to compensate. The 2nd bedroom with bunk bed has only a small sliding window and no view. The room is tight as also the washing machine and tumbler are located there. The wardrobe is in the corridor nearby The bathroom has no window and is ventilated by a fan. A little bit outdated but conveniently equipped with a small shower cabin. Wifi is stable in the apartment, even it was not very fast, we had no problems with it. At almost the same level of the apartment entrance, is also shaded terrace equipped with large table and BBQ. I think handy on hot summer days. The pool area is 2 levels lower where we enjoyed the sunshine almost the whole day. The pool is not heated but clean and well maintained. In the evening, all the steps are lit from parking space to pool area. So no problem if we came back from a late trip. The owner was always available by email and we appreciated his concern about or well staying. Before our arriving, he send us some tips. Two tips from us: If you visit the medieval city Pals, also visit the even nicer nearby Peratallada. When visiting Tossa de Mar or Sant Feliu de Guíxols from Lloret de Mar. Even the fasted way is by boat, also the coastal road is lovely. Take the road in that direction, then all mirador are on your right-hand side. Summarized: a successful holiday

Only positive feelings about this house! Very friendly stuff and owners who help you in all points... Absolute comfortable atmosphere in whole premises. Apartment is fitted with excellent quality beds, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection... Have no words to describe the view. Swimming pool is amazing. Services as in a 5-star Hotel Definitely the place to stay in lloret :)

Our family (two grown up and two children) stayed in the house for one week (it is an apartment in a bigger house but we had the whole area for ourselves). The apartment was not luxurious. On the other hand nothing was missing. The gas run out when we were about to start making dinner. I sent an email to the owner and got a response within minutes of were to find the reserve. If you love great views like us. Then this is the place! We also had the luxury to see the firework competition during our stay. That was also amazing.
