Gut!

Die Lage war toll. Alles ist innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar (Restaurants, Supermarkt). Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und komfortabel. Schöner Balkon mit Meerblick.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auf jeden Fall verbesserungswürdig. Es gab weder Spülmittel noch einen Schwamm. Außerdem hat bei uns die Steckdose in der Küche nicht funktioniert.

Close to the beach, clean and pleasant apartments.

Clean and close proximity to the beach. Room swept everyday, towels and bedding changed often.

Instructions on arrival of who to contact, as owner not there. Had to ask other customers who were there who to ring about which room we were in. Would have liked a toaster in the room.

Maintenance could be better light fitting in kitchen banging on door ,electric plug not working behind bed, Shower attachments broke, everything got soaked on having shower , the front area could have been cleaned as there was a big ant problem.

Disappointing

The facility is very close to the sea and that is its biggest advantage.

Be careful and when you enter the facility, take pictures of everything and make sure you don't pass by like we did. Our general impression was spoiled by the landlady Maria, who accused us on the second day of destroying things in the rooms, using her room towels for the beach... When we asked her to come and show us or somehow confirm the accusations, she did not appear. When we went on a day trip she took a chair from the room and pulled out the sides as if they were torn. That's why I decided to post a couple of pictures of how we found the rooms when we got in the first day. The facility is really old with old things that she obviously wanted us to renovate.

This was our second visit here and will definitely return again next year.

The location is superb, right next to the lovely sandy beach which is clean and the water clear. It is within 5 to 10 mins walk from the various bars and restaurants, but far enough away to have peace and tranquility. The host was contactable and quick to respond. She even let us keep the room over the departure time as we had a late flight.

The studios are a little basic and could do with updating, especially the showers, but on the whole clean and tidy. If like us, all you want is a base to sleep and shower then this is it.

Stunning

Everything. Christos the best host in Alykes. He is very helpful and nice. The beach is so close and the sea is so clear. Everything was amazing we are going back next year again. Thank you.

An ok place for resting your head and making a brew!

The room was clean, the bedding and towels were changed regularly and the air con was brilliant and free. A fabulous little restaurant not 50 yards away. Also very quiet throughout the night. To be fair for the money it was ok.

Stood outside the place awaiting the arrival of the owner to let us in only to make a phone call which revealed the keys were hang in the door! No plug for the bathroom basin, no bracket for the shower, the unit doors needed fitting properly, and a kettle that needed a good clean - surely simple jobs that could have been done during the CoVid restrictions?

The location was great and nearby you can find amazing beaches. Plus points for hearing the waves crashing at night.

Our main issue was with the mosquitos. In the first night we could not sleep beacuse of them even though we had the blinds closed. Thabk God for those mosquito pills we bought :)

We loved it! Best location, basic apartment but super clean, lovely balcony and beach just outside your door. Caring hosts and everything you need is nearby.

Budget Apartment Right On The Beach

Location location location. Friendly cleaning lady. Regular towel changes.

Host did not bother to meet greet or even turn up at all during our stay. Stayed a couple of years back and the owners did everything they could to meet expectations. This time no show. The shower tray flooded as drains need unblocking. The TV did not work. The balcony door is not secure. Will not elaborate on our stay more so as not to offend the owner who happens to be a nice guy. We recommend spending money on these places and charge significantly more. They have degenerated since our last stay. Would we recommend.........probably, if you want a budget room right on the beach in a decent location. If you expect anything more than budget take a look elsewhere. Advertise WI-FI and there is none so make sure you have plenty of data on your account.
